Very clean

TVs didn't connect to the internet and neighbours was very loud

It was very quiet which was nice it was warm once we figured the heating out

I was left standing outside waiting to enter the property was told to wait as the property wasn't ready didn't know if I was at the right property looks nothing like the photo when all comes to all there had been a mix up and the key was there the cleaner had said it wasn't ready If I had seen the quilt before I'd slept there I wouldn't have done it was disgusting the bedding was old not in good condition the quilt was thin and just fit over the bed the bed was very uncomfortable I could go on we were very disappointed had to ring about the shower had to ring about the TV and wi fi nightmare really very dissatisfied

Plastic sofa with only 2 cushions and tiled living room floor didn’t make for a cosy feel to the place.

Comfortable house in a fantastic, quiet location, with excellent hosts. Just a couple of minutes walk from beautiful parkland and canal walks. Major supermarkets 5 minutes away, Burnley town center and stations less than 10 mins walk. It was a perfect place to stay while visiting family in the Burnley area. Would highly recommend. Thank you to the hosts for being so responsive and accommodating too!

Everything was great. Maybe one more chair in the dining area as we were a family of four!

Clean, modern. Just basically a home with all the necessary gadgets. Microwave, kettle, fridge.

There was nothing to dislike.

It's was conveniently close to family whom I was visiting for a 40th birthday. And better than a hotel , we could all be together. Also the fact it was a much better price that booking a hotel. If it's available any time I want to visit family again I will be booking.

Parking on a narrow street.

Clean and equipped with every thing needed .

Although parking is available right outside but street is really narrow. I had to park my car out on the road so I don't block the traffic.

Great support from the owner, this was a clean and well equipped terraced house on a quiet side road.

Bedroom was cold but that could have been a combination of very cold weather and my inability to figure out the radiator.

it was clean throughout

there was no tv aerial so couldn’t watch tele . it was quite damp in certain areas . cars pulled up at 2 in the morning chatting with the engine on for an hour( but that’s not the property’s fault ).

Excellent for what we needed! Used as a base to sleep with more comfort and options than a standard hotel room. Quiet location and beds were gorgeous! We both had fantastic sleeps which is unusual for us in a different bed! Excellent communication with host and very helpful and responsive. Thank you :)

It was tricky to get to grips with the shower - we could only get the hand held shower to work but that could have just been us missing something obvious.

Needs a bedside table for putting things on at night and a coffee table in the living room.

The location for us was very good we have family i Blackburn .Overall cleanliness was very good it was better than a lot of hotel establishments we’ve stayed in before.Instructions for keys were very clear.Amenities in apartment were very good had great appliances, Great for our family.

The point we had 6 people in our party didn’t realise you had to pay extra for downstairs toilet maybe do away with the extra cost , you could build the cost into the package. Stairs quite steep maybe two railings, could do with better lighting some mirrors in bedrooms also a bedside table would be useful.

2nd time staying here brilliant place before same again for what we needed and wanted

The host responded to any questions very quickly. The house was clean, well furnished and conveniently located so all around pretty much perfect for a weekend stay.

Plenty of beds for our family of 5. Clean, warm and easy entry etc. Helpful owners.

Manual for microwave would have helped but we worked out a way to use it.
