Everything was amazing really

We had a lovely stay at this house! The place looks very similar to the pictures, and the location is great — it’s within walking distance of the beach as well as a supermarket, which was very convenient. The owner was absolutely lovely, very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. She made us feel very welcome and was always easy to communicate with. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the place for a relaxing getaway. ❤️

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this gorgeous penthouse! The space is stunning, immaculate, and offers fantastic views, making it the perfect home away from home. Our hostess was warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish, ensuring we had everything we needed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience or a more accommodating host. I highly recommend this booking to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay in El Gouna.

Very nice property with lovely furniture, a comfortable atmosphere, and an excellent location made it very easy to get around and explore the area. Highly recommended!

The only area that could use some improvement is the rooftop, which would benefit from a little maintenance and better lighting.

The wiev was absolutely astonishing. I spent so much time up there and enjoyed lying in the sun.

The accomodation and the bed were dirty . It looked like as they did not clean at all. the duvet was not cleaned as well, there were black spots on it.

- The property was not properly cleaned upon arrival. - Shards of broken glass (from a previous stay) were found on the rooftop terrace upon arrival. - No toilet paper, soap, cleaning products, or extra trash bags were provided. - The “nanny room” was extremely small and uncomfortable — it should not be advertised as an additional bedroom unless meant for someone you don’t like. - The washing machine broke after a single use, trapping clothes inside. Maintenance had to come fix it, and we didn’t dare to use it again afterward. - Two sinks were unusable upon arrival (clogged or with stuck plugs); maintenance was required. - A strong musty odor lingered in all bathrooms. - One bedroom with broken, immovable curtains. - Bedding was of poor quality — sheets frequently came off the mattress during sleep. - Bath towels and mats were old and worn out. - Kitchen equipment (e.g., pans) was very old, with peeling non-stick coatings that made them unsafe to use. The panini grill did not work. - Several doors, handles, windows, and sinks were poorly installed. - None of the bedroom or bathroom door locks worked. - The swimming pool was outdated with many broken tiles, and guests were not permitted to use the newer pools in the Mangroovy compound. - The “rooftop swimming pool, hot tub, and pool bar” mentioned in the description did not exist. - There was a noticeable quality difference between the older and newer units in the Mangroovy compound, despite similar pricing. - Additional fee required to access the beach.

The assigned beach is not really the best being too shallow, we were actually using the Moods beach but with extra charge.

Property looks stunning from first look it has mostnof what you need for a stay. Dee the host was the only reason we went on with the stay, she was on top of everything and she solved the situation and all issues, very friendly and hospitable.

Property was not clean when we arrived. Pool facing the unit was OOO for 2 days but we could still use other pools. Beach not so fantastic.

We had an unforgettable stay at this property in Mangroovy! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location directly overlooking the pool. The facility was top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The penthouse itself was incredibly cozy, providing a perfect blend of luxury and homely comfort. What truly made our stay exceptional was the host. She was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their helpfulness and warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this penthouse for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway in Gouna. We can’t wait to come back!

Great location, walkable to Abu Tig but also great to see the other side of El Gouna with Fanadir Marina two minutes away. Lots of space, light, great facilities and plenty of room would come back with kids.

a few minor things would make the stay perfect, for example there was no dishwashing product, no extra trash bags, limited kitchen equipment, no toilet paper. quite unpractical when you arrive in the evening.

Luxury stunning penthouse that is fully furnished equipped and designed to a modern standard

Uber is not the easiest and tok tok is available but only takes 3 people each so it can be difficult to get 2 for a family. Getting into the apartment was always hard due to closed roads works causing diversions to go around but once you are at the location it is amazing

The apartment was very well furnished and felt very homey. Roof deck was also very nicely furnished with a nice dining area and seating.

The property itself is lovely and very spacious. WiFi was quite slow but once I contacted Delia it was sorted. Delia could not have been more helpful responding to every request, giving advise and sorting any issues immediately.

There is still lots of building work going on all around the property which causes some noise with large vehicles for the construction sites and quite a lot of dust on the roof. There were lots of workmen around the surrounding area a lot of the time and a large building being built at the back which you can hear. I was told there was no building work or noise but this wasn’t the case. I would recommend the apartment and once all of the building work is finished it will be a much nicer area. The pools were extremely quiet when we were there and not a lot in the immediate vicinity for food / drinks etc but we got Tuk Tuk’s down town.

Nothing about the property it self, the only thing is the beach “you need to walk over 300 meter inside the sea and the water wont reach your knees”

By far the best property i have ever booked, the best customer service i have ever experienced. everything exceeded our expectations. Delia was communicating with us on daily basis during our stay to see if we needed any help, she also has sent us many messages after we made our booking. the space was so beautiful and clean, full of amenities and very well furnished/decorated. Pictures don’t do its justice. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone that is looking for peace of mind stay.

Perfect place to stay at Gouna, very clean, very comfortable and very helpful property management from Ms. Deeliah to be specific, only negative (which has nothing to do with the property) was the beach; very shallow water and we had to walk for 15 mins inside the sea to reach a suitable depth we can swim at, the shades are small and can take 3 or 4 people max. our family had to stay in 3 different shades, no music or any kind of entertainment. But still beside this we enjoyed our stay in the property and swimming in the pool.
