Alia Beach Residence

Une journée après notre arrivée l’établissement a été fermé administrativement par le tourisme égyptien et en pleine nuit nous avons donc dû rassembler nos affaires pour aller dans un autre hôtel mais ce n’était pas du tout ce que nous avions réservé. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à 3 dans une toute petite chambre alors que nous avions un appartement avec terrasse et vue mer. Bref!!!! Booking n’a toujours pas répondu à ma requête d’ailleurs.

The hotel is extremely affordable and has a very convenient central location in Hurghada, within walking distance of Sheraton Road. The beach area was nice, with food and drinks served, and I have no complaints about that part of the stay. For a short stay, the hotel is fine, especially considering the price. The rooms were reasonably clean. Also, when concrete dust and debris from the construction work got onto our balcony, we called reception and they reacted very quickly — someone came and cleaned it immediately, which I appreciated. We also booked excursions to the Giza Pyramids and the new Grand Egyptian Museum. We booked literally at the last minute, only about five hours before departure, and everything went smoothly during the trip.

The hotel was still under construction during our stay. Two entire floors were literally being built, and parts of the hotel felt like a real construction site. Because of the construction work, concrete dust and debris reached our balcony. Although the staff cleaned it quickly after we called reception, this is still something guests should know in advance. The most serious issue was the electricity. We booked two rooms because we were more than five people, and unfortunately, in both rooms we experienced electric shocks from the bathroom sink. This was very concerning and should not happen in any hotel. If you expect a fully completed, flawless and very luxurious room, this is not the place for you.

Rezervasyonu yaptırdıktan sonra seyahate 1 hafta kala otelde elektrik arızası olduğu gerekçesiyle bizi dexon roma diye başka bir otele yönlendirdiler. Gittiğimiz otelde rezervasyon gözüküyordu fakat bizden tekrar ödeme talep ettiker çünkü alia beach dexon roma oteline ödeme yapmamıştı. Sonra bizi tekrardan la casa diye başka bir otele yönlendirdiler. Tatilimizi alia beacte rezervasyon yapıp la casa beach otelde tamamladık

Der Strand, Küche war sehr schlecht ausgestattet

Das ich nach drei Tagen die Unterkunft verlassen musste, da diese von der Polizei geschlossen wurde und die neue Unterkunft das Roma Dexon Hotel war Katastrophe, dreckig, Klimaanlage nicht einstellbar, Schalter defekt, Handtücher für den Pool und Strand angefressen. Kein Wasserkocher und vieles mehr.

It’s my second time here and didn’t disappoint me. The room is very spacious and we had a big balcony as well. The bed was big and comfortable and we had a see view from it. The beach is cosy and you have access straight from the building. Staff was always ready to help me and the location was perfect.

das Apartment Gebäude ist eine Baustelle. War sicherlich vor 30 Jahren top. Wasser riecht extrem schlecht aus der Leitung. Alles ist in einem sehr runtergekommenen Zustand. Überall ist es schmutzig und dreckig. Das Personal ist bemüht jedoch wissen sie sehr wohl über den Zustand bescheid. Der eigene Strand ist positiv hervorzuheben, das ist aber leider das einzigste. Völlig unverständlich ist die gute Bewertung auf booking...

A pesar que sea un edifico viejo la habitación estaba limpia y amplia, con salida a la playa a 10 minutos de la marina caminando a menos de 1 dólar en Uber (ojo solo agarren Uber) la playa es bonita, el anfitrión me facilitó comodidades al entrar, yo le doy un 10, no esperen lujo pero calidad precio me parece excelente.

O edifício está situado numa rua movimentada com comércio, podemos ir a pé até lojas , supermercado.. os funcionários muitos simpáticos e prestativos, tem uma praia linda com acesso ao hotel areia limpa água cristalina maravilhosa! Com certeza recomendo este lugar. O quarto era muito espaçoso e apesar de não ter escolhido vista para praia , tínhamos na mesma uma linda vista para o mar . Organizamos um passeio de barco para orange bay no próprio hotel. Um dia espetacular! O nosso voo era só a noite eles fizeram questão de nos ajudar ao guardar as nossas malas e ainda arranjaram um quarto para um duche no fim do dia antes de irmos para o aeroporto. Foi tudo espetacular

Domacini i lokacija perfektni,svo osoblje jako ljubazno i uljudno uvek spremno da priskoci u pomoc,dosta povoljnijih izleta preko hotela ima u ponudi na ulici traze iduplo vise,sve preporuke za Alia beach residence Na slikama je plaza koja je perfektno cista i ima jako profesionalno i azurno osoblje,sa jako povoljnim cenama dorucka i pica.A na drugoj slici se nalazi kamila stake u kome za samo tek malo vise od 10e mozete uzivati svako vece preko puta hotela Alia beach,restoran se zove Charly’s Hot Stone Steak Hurghada,a na 10 min od hotela mozete naci ama bas sve sto pomislite.

Cistoca je bila za egipatski standard skroz uredu,to sto ljudi ocekuju hotele na nivou svajcarske a dolaze u egipat,tu nastaje problem,za njihov standard cistoce na nivou drzave cele,nasa soba je bila perfektno cista,Naravno bitne stvari kao casrasf,jastuci,posteljina su bili izuzetno mekani i jako dobro oprani,kao i peskiri,A ono sto je najbitnije,domacini su otvoreni za svaki dogovor i sigurno bi izasli u susret ako bi gost primetio neki problem u cistoci.

La gentillesse du personnel très bien situé, l'appartement était trés grand.

Les travaux de rénovation de l'étage supérieur, nous étions réveillé à 7h30 tout les matins à coup de marteau piqueur. Intolérable pour un hôtel accueillant des touristes le samedi matin c'était encore pire. Accès internet trés limité et sois disant TV connectée mais aucune connexion.

Nice location with small private beach. Close to many restaurants and shops. Nicely refurbished rooms, although...

Refurbishment is ongoing so you can hear some of it during the day. They start around 8am. Also the rooms are oddly refurbished, nice walls and lights and some furniture but they left old doors (some not closing or opening), some old furniture, ac units, cracked tiles... so you get a mixture of new and 20+ years old. Was not a problem for us but it does impact the nice new looks it could have had. Also although it was generally clean, the floor is just mopped over with some scented spray so the dirt gets smeared all over rather than cleaned. This was noticeable throughout, it left loads of dust on your feet or slippers. They should properly wet mop it instead, at least every once in a while.

Этот потрясающий вид с панорамными окнами впечатляет. Каждый день был наполнен красотой. Очень просторно, много места и кроватей. 2 дивана в зале и тахта, одна двуспальная кровать в одной спальне и 3 односпальных в второй. В вторую спальню можно взять отдельный ключ, если у вас большая компания - это удобно. Спустился и ты уже на закрытом частном пляже с свободными лежаками и зонтиками. Вход в воду удобный, без кораллов. Очень лояльный и отзывчивый персонал в отеле. Помогали по любому вопросу. Заселили поздно ночью без проблем.

Не было на кухне средства для мытья посуды, губок и тряпочек, мыло в ванной тоже не хватало. Стиральный порошок докупали. Благо рядом есть много магазинов. Мебель очень уставшая. Песок на полу по всюду. Видимо это специфика Египта. Но самое ужасное, нас замучали комары по ночам. Хоть и стоят сетки на некоторых окнах, рамы устроены так, что пропускают стада комаров. Две ночи мы не спали. Купили фумигатор - он не помогал. Спас только спрей от комаров: обильно опрыскали все щели в окнах, изголовье кроватей и себя.

Das Personal ist sehr,sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Man kann sich zu jeder Zeit an sie wenden und einem wird geholfen.Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants im nahen Umfeld.

Die Sauberkeit war für unsere Verhältnisse eher nicht ok.Unser Zimmer sah aus,als wäre es überhaupt nicht gereinigt worden, lediglich die Betten waren frisch bezogen.Das Zimmer wurde dann aber auf Nachfrage sofort gereinigt.Leider fanden auch Bauarbeiten im Haus statt ,was wir als sehr störend empfunden haben,dies wurde uns vorher nicht mitgeteilt.Das fanden wir sehr schade.Die Eingangstür hat einen riesigen Spalt wo unten der Wind durch pfeift,ohne Ohrstöpsel konnten wir leider nicht schlafen.

The staff were very very helpful and supportive. The hotel had a nice private beach with sun beds and a beach shack. The location was excellent being right on Sheraton road and close to the bazaars.

The hallways could have been a bit more cleaner. The rooms also have outdated furnishings but usable. I assume there are some renovations going on the top floors. The bathroom could have definitely been done better .

We had room 304 and 302 at this wonderfully located hotel with fantastic Red Sea views. We were incredible comfortable with the apartment and the amenities, including small kitchen and washing machine. The location in relation to local attractions is good and it’s easy walking from the hotel to get groceries and souvenirs. The staff are very helpful and they offer a range of well priced tours and activities that can be easily booked through their front reception.

Es war sehr zentral und der Strand war wirklich toll. Das Apartment war für Ägyptische Verhältnisse sauber und sehr groß.

Es war mir bewusst, dass es kein Luxus Hotel ist. Es gab nichts was mir garnicht gefallen hat.

La playa era lo mejor y la zona también era muy buena, ellos fueron muy amables en todo momento nos dejaron entrar antes y dejar las mochilas al irnos también, muy pendientes de todo.

This aparthotel was a really great experience for us. First I would like to thank the kindness and the professionalism of the staff, the 2 managers ! Ahmed gamal and Mohammed fouad helped me a lot in many aspects. I could let my luggage at the reception for my Luxor trip and they managed to give me the same room when I came back after 3 days. This hotel has a beach with coral and sea life : all types of fish and I also saw a pastenague Ray with blue marks. Ambiance is totally great and the staff is at 100%. They put music on the beach and drinks are available on sales. Room with balcony 309 on the right size of the hotel. Comfortable beds, nice view. Nice sunrise at 6am in March and sun till 2pm. A must have to really enjoy vitamin D bath. Room was clean and the water pressure was high, perfect for a warm shower. Only little problem: after each shower, bathroom is kind of flooded and you need to push water with a broom to the hole. The kitchen is perfect to prepare a great breakfast for 2 persons. To sum up I really recommend this hotel, for the service, the quality price ratio, the kitchen and the view ! I spent a really nice holidays there and I'm sure you will too. Definitely coming back soon !

The location is very good and they have nice private beach. The view from the room was good. The apartment itself was spacious. The managers at the property were very helpful. All the tours we arranged were through them and went well.

It is an old property and so everything needs a refurbishment. The wifi is flaky and slow.

Posizione perfetta sulla strada principale, vicina a negozi e ristoranti. Vista mare meravigliosa, c'è anche una piccola spiaggia privata ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti della struttura. L'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato era molto spazioso e moderno con cucina abitabile, ampio salone, ampia camera e due bagni, ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative, lo consiglio vivamente.

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Privatstrand direkt am Roten Meer. Es gibt auch ein kleines Restaurant mit leckerem Essen. Ausserdem liegt das Hotel sehr zentral an der Sheraton Road. Man kann alle Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuss erreichen. Uns hat sehr gut gefallen, dass wir eine Küche hatten, wenn wir nicht ausgehen wollten. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wenn etwas kaputt war, haben sie es innerhalb von Minuten repariert.

设施老旧，酒店特别大，房间特别多，床垫特别脏，上边只有一个床单，卫生很恶心。

退房后，我们出海回还可以让洗个澡

虽然设施比较旧，但是性价比很高，而且在我们退房后，房东依然可以让我们利用淋浴设施，非常热情。

可能是靠海的原因，房间里的蚊子太多了，希望能提供相关蚊香

就在海边，海滩不是很好，但对得起这个价格，房间很大，是个性价比很高的酒店

Konum harika ,fiyat performans. Odalar güzel geniş ocak dolap küçük bir mutfak var. Kendi sahili var oda güzel ama öğleden sonra güneş görmüyor kumsal :) Bize çok yardımcı oldular erken giriş yaptık geç çıkış yaptık. Otelde tur paketleri var güvenilir bit şekilde alabilirsiniz. Dalış turunu otelden aldık transferler dahil çok iyiydi. FP dışarıya göre. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar. Herkese iyi tatiller şimdiden.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, das Personal und insbesondere der Manager sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir den privaten Strand und die Ruhe im Apartment. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick

Ich kann nichts Negatives sagen über die Unterkunft, es war alles perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt

Das nach Osten ausgerichtete Zimmer war außergewöhnlich großräumig, lichtdurchflutet und angenehm warm für diese Jahreszeit. Der Balkon war groß. Der Strandabschnitt für das Hotel war gepflegt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

The Alia Beach Residence team were incredibly kind and helpful to me and my family. From the moment we arrived at the airport, they supported us with everything and guided us throughout our stay, including arranging a wonderful tour. They were always attentive, caring, and genuinely supportive, which made us feel very welcome. We truly appreciate their excellent service and willingness to help make our stay so enjoyable. The residence has an amazing area with direct access to the sea, and the service there is also very good. It is conveniently located near restaurants, markets, and everything you may need. The tour arrangements were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable. We had a great experience and highly recommend Alia Beach Residence.

Ruhige Lage, Fenster schalldicht, sehr großes Fenster mit Fliegengitter, saubere und schöner Strandabschnitt, großer Balkon nachmittags schattig

Zum Flur hin hellhörig und ab ca 8:30 Uhr unruhig. Kein Tisch auf dem Balkon. Balkontüre lässt sich nicht sicher schließen und ist immer von außen zu öffnen (Einstiegsgefahr eher gering da Balkon nicht so einfach zugänglich).
