Sunny 45m2 Penthouse with Balcony and Terrace - R65C

Posizione centralissima, e casa molto pulita. Molto grande anche per 3 o 4 persone. Bellissimo avere il terrazzino (2 in verità) a disposizione da sfruttare soprattutto nella stagione estiva. Comodo avere la cucina. Bagno confortevole.

Purtroppo la cucina era priva del minimo indispensabile per poter mangiare come ad esempio forchette, coltelli e/o cucchiai. Mancavano rotoli da cucina. Mancavano i condimenti minimi ed essenziali quali almeno il sale. Mancavano detersivi per piatti completamente esauriti. Per il bagno mancava il sapone per le mani completamente esaurito. Sarebbe da migliorare questo secondo me. Letto soggettivamente poco confortevole perché troppo morbido, ma questo è il mio gusto personale.

La ubicación excelente, en una de las calles comerciales del centro con multitud de tiendas, supermercado y restaurantes. Vista a la catedral. Cocina cómoda y bastante equipado.Detalles de café e infusiones en la habitación. El hecho de tener lavadora, secadora y lavavajillas es un punto extra No había mando a distancia de la tele y lo reclamé por el chat de Booking y vinieron al día siguiente a traer uno.

Muy impersonal. Lo gestiona una inmobiliaria. Escaleras empinadas. El acceso es con contraseña así que no sé cómo hubiera ido si falla o si se va la luz. Prefiero las llaves de siempre.

Apartamento precioso, super bien equipado, camas cómodas, toallas y sábanas de algodon de calidad, nos encontramos con cafetera y cápsulas, asi como té y algunos utiles para cocina. Dispone de dos terrazas espectaculares y unas ventanas muy aislantes tanto para la temperatura como para el posible ruido ya que se encuentra supercéntrico. Las vistas sobre la iglesia de Santa Catarina son increibles y el barrio dispone de todo lo que puedas necesitar.

Es war super und die beiden Balkone waren eine Überraschung. Ebenfalls war die Lage perfekt.

Es lag ein Zigaretten stummel auf den weißen Schrank neben den Bett, die klobürste war nicht so hygienisch und auch schon angefangen klopapier ist nicht so schön

Amplasarea centrala, suprafata mare a apartamentului, bucataria bine echipata, avea tot ce trebuie pentru a sta confortabil. Cele 2 terase sunt minunate cand vremea e frumoasa, noi nu am putut sa ne bucuram de ele pentru ca a plouat. E foarte usor de accesat, primesti codul si totul e ok, nu interactionezi cu nimeni. Noi am ajuns cu vreo 20 minute mai devreme si mi-ar fi placut sa pot intra dar nu s-a putut decat la ora 16 fix. In plus nu stiu ce poti face cu bagajele daca ai avion mai tarziu decat checkout-ul de la ora 11, e adevarat ca nu am luat legatura cu gazda. Superb apartament

Scarile destul de abrupte si multe pana la apartament. Faptul ca nu se daduse cu aspiratorul, era praf cam peste tot.

De los mejores apartamentos en Booking en los que he estado, presenta dos terrazas y unas buenas vistas a la catedral. Tienes tanto el Museo Philips como el Van ABBEMUSEUM al lado y se encuentra a 500 metros de la principal calle de fiesta de la ciudad.

-The duvet was not clean inside the cover (big stain that looked like pee) -The balcony doors don't lock (but it's a safe city) -No shampoo in the shower, only body wash (for its price, they should at least provide samples) -The password did not always work manually (pressing the button-numbers), so I used my phone to open the door contactlessly. This might create problems if more people stay in the apartment and want to leave and return at different times from the person who has made the booking and has access to the contactless unlocking -A cleaning rug for the kitchen would be appreciated for those who cook -Kitchen paper, napkins or tissues would be appreciated for the kitchen and living room Neutral comment: Very noisy throughout the day and after midnight from people and parties (we actually liked that, but if you're looking for a calm and quiet spot, maybe that's not the place for you)

The location and the 2 amazing balconies were the highlight of our stay at the property! Nice clean and comfortable, right in the middle of the city!

There are 3 sets of steep stairs to reach the apartment. If you have suitcases like us, it was a challenge, however the great location and the balconies make it worth the climb!

L'emplacement était top, on peut faire le maximum à pied ou à vélo. Le logement est sympa et propre. Les terrasses un petit plus très appréciable.

We zijn een nachtje wezen slapen in Eindhoven en wat waren wij blij met dit penthouse! Het zag er echt super uit en wat een top locatie! Konden zo kruipend naar het penthouse ‘s nachts! 😋 ook super fijn contact gehad met de eigenaar als we vragen hadden en snel antwoord! Ik zou hier zeker de volgende keer weer terug gaan.

We went for the Glow Light Festival, and we could actually see a part of the light installations from the balcony!!! Next to that beautiful church, with all the hustle of that walking area: it was amazing. Comfortable, clean, 2 balconies, nice bathroom.

I wasn't aware when booking, that there will be a security deposit, too. I got it back all right, but only after 4 or 5 business days. Until my arrival, I only got automated messages, no actual answers. Despite all these, I highly recommend this place. And their environmental commitment is great.

Two balconies, light and bright rooms, spacious, washing machine

Apartment marketed as eco conscious so the plastic plants inside the apartment and same plastic 'green wall display' on the front balcony seemed to rather contradict this. A mural on the balcony wall might be a better idea than plastic?

It designed so well, so you feel very comfortable. The location is perfect and the views from both balconies is amazing. It has everything for cooking meal and cosy stay.

It took a bit longer for hot water to get warm, if more than 2 people use it one by one.

The location of the apartment is perfect, the bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on and the balcony was perfection during the day and night

Was really hot inside, I couldn’t turn off the under floor heating.

The place was perfect for relaxing, with a living room/kitchen area and bedroom and two terraces with good views. We had been travelling for two weeks so it was just what we needed to relax before heading home. The location is very central but the bedroom is located at the back, so it is quiet.

There was nothing to dislike.

Amazing property! Firstly the property was beautiful and clean, the bedding and towels were lovely and fresh all the cooking utensils were spotless and it was so cozy. Secondly the property was located in a great area with all amenities needed and beautiful views from both balcony’s. The hosts were great and easy to get hold of! Would 10/10 recommend this property! We have already booked to return in a few months.

Nothing to add here. Things that would make it perfect: the shower hose was broken (perhaps replacing it would be great), the shower door did not close completely, which caused water to drip everywhere in the bathroom (probably adjusting the door would fix this aspect)

Excellent location. The place has a luxurious feel to it. Enjoyable balcony.

The location was convenient. It was in the heart of the centrum. A lot of restaurants and night life. We felt very safe. Highly recommended.

Parking is limited and very expensive. A lot of stairs to get to the penthouse, we needed to adapt to this. But after a few days, it got easier.

Apart from the dancing toilet seat and duvets too thick for the season, everything was fine.

Breakfast was not included. Stores around facility start very late. So had to reach railway station to get breakfast

The place is really amazing, the location is really great, in the middle of city center with so many options of restaurants to go right there, the place is even better than the pictures, the terraces are really amazing, and I think it is a really great value for money, for sure will book here everytime I have to come back

This flat was exceptionally comfortable, quiet, clean, and well furnished. The large windows in the front (living space area) and back (bedroom area), as well as access to two porch areas made the space feel even more spacious and sunny. Access to a washer and dryer was a bonus. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and had adequate lighting for reading and laptop use. The location is very safe (directly across from St. Catherine's Church) and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, supermarket, and subway area. Despite the business area noise, the apartment is extremely quiet-I never heard anything. The host was immediate with responses to any questions I had before arrival. By far, one of the best stays I had during European travels.

Head & pubic hairs on my unmade bed - bedding delivered following morning! Lovely looking patio area..locked - empty soap containers and it was like sleeping above a night club - apart from this it very well located

The location was perfect-in the heart of Eindhoven. The owners were very helpful and cooperative. The apartament was spacious and the 2 terraces did the job:)A highly recommanded place.

Everything about this apartment was exceptional from the price to the location. Apartment was very comfortable and the facilities were perfect. The keypad system made life so much easier and was easy to use. I would hope to be visiting this apartment in the near future.

Everything was amazing! Location was beyond impeccable! Kitchen well equipped, and host also allowed us to leave our luggage before check in time which I promise you made our stay even more relaxed! Would definitely stay again! Toilets were spot on and clean, the bedroom was very spacious and a lot of space to spread our your stuff. Nice evening atmospheres on the balcony, and the living room was with warm lighting was just perfect! If I could, I would give it 11/10

Overall a good accommodation, situated in a great location and with a nice view. The appartement itself is also quite lovely and good for up too four adults. A fair service for a good price.

However, we were surprised and disappointed by the level of cleanliness. I have found multiple hairs and stains in my bed and the bathroom was not properly clean either. When I tried contacting someone about it, I never received any reply. But we noticed the next day that the appartement was cleaned and sheets changed when we went out and came back later that day (would like to be notified though that someone would come over to clean during our stay). I would appreciate a better communication.

The apartment is amazing, perfect for 4 people. So comfortable and cool. It’s right in the city centre but it’s not chaotic so you can relax during your stay. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. Totally recommended.

Centrally located, this little apartment is perfect when you need to spend a few days in Eindhoven. It has all the necessities: Comfy living room with couch and dining table, little kitchenette, laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing, ironing board and iron, etc. etc. The interior is stylish, and the balcony and terrace are so nice to have, just to get some fresh air without having to leave the building, and in summer I can imagine how lovely it would be to lounge in the sun. I always prefer apartments, they are so much more comfortable for work, but this one is definitely one of the most if not the most comfortable apartment I have stayed at. And it is smack in the center, close to Markt, bars, restaurants, shopping, train station and in my case 5 mins from the office. Highly recommended and I will definitely try to book again when I travel to Eindhoven for work again!
