Spectacular 70m2 Penthouse with Terrace - R51C

Pretty flat and had full apartment amenities.

Wifi and TV not working. Shower door stuck. Not the operators fault, but loud football fans were up and down the street all night.

De locatie midden in het centrum van Eindhoven met parkeergarage om de hoek.

Onze 1e indruk was dat het een prima appartement leek, maar gedurende ons verblijf kwamen we toch een aantal gebreken tegen, de belangrijkste: - niet alles was even schoon, met name bovenop kasten e.d was het toch aardig stoffig. - de douchedeur was een drama, die is echt aan vervanging toe. - 2 handdoeken per persoon voor een heel weekend is wat weinig.

Bellissimo appartamento, molto spazioso anche per 4 persone. Ben organizzato e in una posizione strategica.

Ha bisogno di una migliore pulizia. C'è troppa polvere sulle tende oscuranti e sullo specchio. Le lenzuola avevano delle macchie. Per favore sistemate lo sportello della doccia, è fuori dai binari e non si chiude

Mooi ruim appartement in het centrum van de stad ! Toplocatie! Zeker een aanrader !

Onfrisse geur in de badkamer!

Ruim en schoon appartement. Er was wat mis gegaan met het reserveren, dit werd vlot en zonder problemen opgelost. Je zit midden in het centrum. Genoten in het zonnetje op het terras.

Niks, een heel klein puntje; een badmat zou fijn zijn.

Puiki vieta, pačioje centrinėje gatvėje, buvo girdėti bažnyčios varpai, aplinkui pilna užkandinių ir restoranų. Šalia apartamentų yra bandelinė. Dar buvo puiki, didelė terasa.

Buvo daug dulkių ant šviestuvų ir žaliuzių, vonioje nebuvo kabliukų kur pasikabinti rankšluoščius.

De badkamer stonk een beetje

Spatious and well equipped. The location was excellent, close to the central station and the main attractions.

It was cold in the bedroom, the heating system was stuck at 18 degrees. I had to sleep heavily dressed which was uncomfortable. Also, it was poorly isolated, so our sleep was totally disturbed by noise from the streets. A strange, unpleasant smell was felt in the house.

Location is very in the center. Clean. Spacy.

Great location, clean and lovely terrace for moring coffee and croissants from the bakery downstairs.

Quite noisy from the nightclub in the square and the street cleaners (they start early)- but perhaps because of the marathon weekend that was on!

Sehr gute Lage! Mitten in der Stadt, was jedoch in der Nacht auch hörbar ist. Die Ausstattung ist gut durchdacht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen wieder…

La terrasse

Apartamento confortable, muy céntrico y muy bien insonorizado. Oferta muy amplia de restauración. La estación de tren a tan sólo unos 10 minutos a pié.

just a small inconvenience - leaking water from shower

Very nice apartment with terrace in a central location near to Eindhoven Central station and shops/amenities. Very clean penthouse apartment with modern facilities sleeps 3-4 people comfortably with double bed and double sofa bed so suited more for couples.

Due to central location it was quite noisy at night. This is worse during the weekends. Very steep stair up to apartment so not accessible for people with some disabilities.

Floor in the bathroom was not heated, it was cold. Also bath math missing. But overall, very nice place!

The apartment is clean, quiet, spacious, with nice terrace. In the very center.

The apartment is in a good location on the pedestrian street, in an old house, very close to the bus and train station. Well equipped, preserving the authentic old balks. There is a kitchenette and all equipment and dishes. Comfortable shower, high-quality anti-fog mirror with lighting for make-up. Comfortable bedroom and a big terrace if the weather is good :)

The church bells every hour

Ample space for our family. It was a very cosy & comfortable stay along with a beautiful terrace to gaze sky. Flexibility of making your own food occasionally was the sweet spot for our family.

Stairs to access the room were very steep and were not very comfortable with our luggage.

It was spacious enough, could make good use of the laundry machine and the other appliances. The terrace was a nice feature as well.

The bathroom was not cleaner properly when we arrived. The bed was a bit on the edge of comfort but the pillows definitely a setback. Overall quite noisy during the weekend due to the area of its placement.

A little hard to find the entrance as it was not numbered however the staff were very helpful when I phoned and sent a picture of the doorway

Very clean and nicely decorated space, in the heart of the city center, close to the central station. Nice terrace, to seat and relax. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay and I totally recommend it!

It is not recommended for tall people. Those pieces of wood could be dangerous if you are not constantly alerted. Some noise at night, from people shouting in the street, the bells ringing the time and some seagulls, but the owner provided ear plugs.

Plenty of amenities like lots of towels, soap, coffee, tea and even kitchen utensils were in good supply. Fantastic location right in the heart of the city with everything you could want accessible through walking. Loved my stay and would look to book again if I found myself in Eindhoven.
