Légkondicionálás csak a hálószobában van, az emeletre, ahol a másik ágy van nem jut fel a hideg így ott kellemetlenül meleg hőmérséklet volt.

Loistava sijainti aivan keskustassa. Huoneistossa oli pieni takapiha, mikä oli kiva yllätys. Koodeilla sisäänpääsy oli toimiva ratkaisu, kunhan sisäänkäynnin löysi.

Vain alakerta oli ilmastoitu. Yläkerrassa oli yli 30 astetta lämmintä koko ajan, joten nukkuminen siellä oli tosi vaikeaa.

WC ir dušas skirtinguose apartamentų aukštuose. Pirmą kartą mačiau tokias griežtas taisykles dėl svečių ir pan. Tai nėra svarbūs trūkumai apsistojant vienai ar kelioms naktims ir galbūt tam yra priežastis, bet verta priimti domėn

It was clean.

Not friendly for family with toddlers.

The apartment was very clean and in order. The location was perfect and support team was very responsive.

The air conditioning was non existent on the second floor. There was a remote control on the wall that didn't work, on the first floor there was air conditioning but there is no way for it to be able to cool down the second floor and it gets very warm there during the day even with fully open windows. When the capacity of the apartment is for 4 people is highly inconvenient to stay in the sauna upstaris ... Also the soap was liquidy with water and non existent. And because we are close to the church every half an hour on a hour there was a loud bell.

De hygiëne, het was niet echt schoon. Het ergst waren de handdoeken met oranje/gele vlekken

It was super close to the center, everything was at walking distance, and I don't usually walk.

There's a sharp staircase to the bedroom, and the toilet was upstairs. For a person needing to go to the bathroom two or three times per night it was not great.

Als je boekt, krijg je direct een mail in het Frans, aangezien Booking.com gehackt was, zijn wij daar niet op ingegaan omdat wij dachten dat het spam was. Uiteindelijk zelf het NL tel. nummer gebeld en kregen wij weer een mail in het Frans en moet je alle gegevens online ingeven en ook toestemming geven om eventueel verdere betalingen van je debetkaart te halen (vonden wij ongelofelijk brutaal). Dan krijg je een mail met alle extra's die je nog kan kiezen en krijg je 2 toegangscodes. Allemaal heel onpersoonlijk. De ramen waren heel vuil, je kon er bijna niet doorkijken. Het uitzicht is lelijk. Op TV alles in het Engels, mijn vriendin spreekt dat niet, dus geen TV kijken. Koffiemachine werkte niet met de pads aanwezig. Wij zijn vriendinnen en wilden apart slapen, er waren geen lakens voor het zetelbed aanwezig.

Fantastic central location, spacious, comfortable.

Appartamento molto carino, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa. è disposto su due piani collegati da scale molto ripide, in stile tipicamente olandese, quindi non adatto a persone con mobilità ridotta. Ottima la posizione in pieno centro a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e vicinissimo a ristoranti e pub.

La disposizione dei servizi non è molto comoda infatti il WC si trova al piano superiore, mentre la doccia è al piano inferiore. Il piano superiore tende a scaldarsi parecchio e l’aria condizionata è presente solo al piano inferiore.

The location is top of the top! Communication with the host was perfect. There is a possibility to use a sauna, but this is paid separately. We had a great time and probably would come again.

The lighting in the living room is a bit dimmer. The pillows need replacing. Security deposit € 200

Nagyon jó helyen van a központban, könnyen megközelíthető, sok étterem, bolt van a környékén. Jól felszerelt a konyha és mosogatókapszulából is eleget kaptunk.

A kanapéágy sajnos elég gödrös volt, a franciaágy matraca túl puha. A fürdőbe jó lett volna egy fürdőszobaszőnyeg, a kis mosdóba pedig egy kéztörlő. A szaunával kapcsolatosan semmilyen infó nem volt megosztva.

The apartment has two levels, but in the second floor. To come in it is necessary to go upstairs, then to the bedroom and garden - downstairs

Well equiped apartment, with smart TV, kitchen, patio, AC.

Great location, in city center. Nice, stylish, modern and cozy.

One downside of this apartment was that toilet is on different floor from bedroom, so going to toilet at night via steep steps (which are a bit noisy) is a little bit inconvinient.

Bellissima casa, abbastanza spaziosa con ottima posizione e molto tranquilla. Posizione della casa perfetta, si trova nel centro e vicino a tutti i negozi e strade principali. Veramente confortevole e con tutte le necessità: tostapane, bollitore, macchina per il caffè, asciugatrice e lavatrice, ricambi per asciugamani e coperte etc... Ottimo soggiorno anche per chi deve pernottare per una settimana o più, presenti tutti i confort, dotato anche di attrezzi per la pulizia come: aspirapolvere, sapone piatti, sapone per lavastoviglie etc.. Zona esterna molto tranquilla

L'appartamento è gestito da una compagnia e mancano molte accortezze rispetto a normale affittuario: sono presenti thè e caffè, ma assoluta mancanza di acqua che per chi arriva dopo un lungo viaggio farebbe piacere. La pulizia va rivista perché per quanto sia un bellissimo soggiorno appena arrivati in appartamento non vorrei lavare i piatti di chi ha soggiornato prima di me: bollitore d'acqua in condizioni pessime che a parer mio andrebbe solo buttato, un tostapane cosi tanto pieno di briciole da sembrare appena usato, bicchieri e posate non perfettamente lavati. Zona esterna per quanto tranquilla ha poca privacy non viene specificato che l'altro appartamento ( 51C ) affaccia sopra con conseguente probabilità che le persone vi guardino dall'alto come ci è successo. Il bagno di sopra è veramente piccolo e utile solo per i bisogni, tutto il resto bisogna prepararsi al bagno di giù che non dispone però del gabinetto e all'interno della doccia non è possibile appoggiare bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Consiglio a chiunque legga questa recensione di soggiornare qui e di non vederle come delle critiche pesanti, ma anzi proprio perché l'appartamento è piaciuto molto e anche confortevole che vorremmo avvisare il proprietario i prossimi clienti di tener conto di queste piccoli dettagli. L'appartamento e il resto sono ottimi e per questo risolvere questi piccoli problemi avrebbe reso il soggiorno tutto perfetto, ma ne siamo rimasti comunque molto soddisfatti.

The apartment is right in the middle of downtown Eindhoven but still quiet and comfortable for sleeping. It was clean and well organised, perfect for a group of four. Getting in and out was pretty convenient with the door codes. The kitchen was well equipped and offered everything we needed, including coffee and tea. The small outdoor area was very nice to relax after a long day around the city.

Some hangers for towels in the bathroom and toilet would be much appreciated

Clean and nice apartment in a very central location.

When I arrive I had the code, but it wasn't stated with letter was the flat. But I was lucky to met someone knowledgeable who told me this property was letter b.

Top floor could be doing with A/C or a fan it’s was very hot and wouldn’t cool down even with the windows open but overall great place to stay

The perfect spot for work or visiting Eindhoven right in the city center. It feels like your home away from home. It is generously furnished with everything you need, good bedroom (bottom floor), good bathroom (bottom floor) and a nice living room (top floor). Everything is clearly new and very well insulated, even though it is in the city center there is not a sound to be heard inside the apartment.

It is a bit tricky to locate. There is an appartment with a lock just like this one right next to it. Fortunately the hosts provided a whapsapp account that was very responsive and quickly resolved the matter.
