La cabaña es estupenda, amplia, cómoda, en la cocina tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, en el baño también. Además de lavadora, tendedero...hemos estado de 10.

En la entrada al apartamento se hizo una gran placa de hielo que nos hacía difícil el salir y entrar a la casa. No es culpa de la cabaña pero deberían tener en cuenta este problema para evitar accidentes ya que resbalaba muchísimo.

De locatie is ons zeer goed bevallen. Er is een grote supermarkt in de buurt (op ongeveer 15 minuten lopen), het huisje ligt in een niet al te drukke omgeving en je bent snel in zowel het centrum als op het vliegveld. We keken daarnaast uit op het Ounasvaara skigebied. Inchecken met behulp van een sleutelkastje was ook top.

Het huisje zelf is ons iets minder bevallen. Er is geen hele comfortabele zithoek en eetgelegenheid (kleine houten bankjes). Er hangen verder alleen lamellen, die hier en daar ook aan vervanging toe waren (er waren gordijnrails, maar er hingen geen gordijnen - in de andere huisjes wel). De achterdeur stond bij aankomst open en kon heel moeizaam gesloten worden. Je hebt er meer dan voldoende ruimte en de wifi - we hadden twee tieners mee - is overal goed. We waren er 6 dagen, waardoor dit voor ons meer gaat om wat kleinere verbeterpunten. Wij raden het hierdoor alleen niet aan om er heel veel langer dan een week te zitten.

We stayed here for 3 nights in December, it was so warm and cosy and everything we could possibly have needed was provided in the apartment. It was spotless on arrival and easy to access. It was such a safe area for the kids to play outside in the snow and sleds were left at the front.I would definitely stay again if returning. It is on the street to the ski slopes so ideal for anyone wanting to ski.It is also only a few minutes drive to Santa Park and SCV to easily to get to by rental car or uber.

The only thing I would suggest is investing in another small couch.Even just a 2 seater.We were fine as 2 adults and 3 young kids but for an older group,it would be better.I would still highly really recommend here though.

Olohuoneen pelkistetty sisustus oli hieman hankala. Koko perhe ahtautui samalle epämukavalle sohvalle iltaisin. Toki sisälle ei paljoa vietetty aikaa.

The house we had (A3) was very spacious. It was only 2 of us but could easily fit 4 or even 6 people. With 2 bedrooms and a sofa in living room. Two bathrooms. Large living area with an open kitchen. Kitchen was fully equipped with anything you may need. We had issue as couldn't get the balcony door open. We contacted Safartica and they were so helpful and nice. Told us to try just push it as it might be just frozen (and it was), otherwise they would send someone to help us. We felt very well looked after. Especially that we could leave our luggages in their Rovaniemi office before check-in. The sauna was the cherry on the cake! We loved it! There is an instruction in nearly every language. There was also a washing machine which we were happy to use

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we booked again so this was our second stay. The property is clean and spacious. We love the location as it’s away from the centre but not too far away from a supermarket and the bus stop.

The unit was easy to locate as we were driving from the airport. Instruction to obtained the keys were given via an email few days earlier. But in booking.com it stated that someone will meet us up upon check in. I made the booking 2 months prior with understanding that someone will pass us the keys. So we waited until 4 pm even though we could have entered early if not for the conflicting instruction. The house was spacious for 2 of us. Kitchen was fully equipped and made it easy for us to cook our meals. They even provide sugar, cooking oils etc. The switch button for the sauna is located at the base of the sauna heater. I was able to enjoy the sauna few times during the stay. Oonasvaara park is literally behind the house.

Conflicting instruction in getting the keys causing inconveniences. The house was not very warm in winter.

The chalet was lovely, warm and very clean. The location was remote but also accessible. The slopes were near by, the walks were lovely. We saw the northern lights outside the apartment. It was great.

There were extra pillows supplied but no pillow cases.

Everything it was amazing! Very clean , veeeery warm. Santa Village very close, ski slope nearby. It's a very spacious apartment and you can find all what you need to cook,washing machine etc. Me and my family we had a great time in Apartament A3 Talja . Thank you so much, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND and promise to come again here in 2026 !!!

The accommodation was spacious and very clean. The outside area is lovely for the children to have a safe space to play in the snow. Bedding, towels, essential toiletries and cleaning products were all there which is so helpful if you are not travelling with a car. WiFi works brilliantly. We were very happy with our stay here especially as we thought it was very reasonably priced and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

If you don’t have transport, the property is a 15 minute walk from the nearest K-mart and the bus stop which goes to Santa Claus Village. It’s a lovely walk over the bridge but just something to consider if you are relying on public transport.

The house was spotless and bigger than we thought. If into skiing then is ideal as is located close to the ski slopes. We had a car so gave us easy access into Rovaniemi and to Santa Claus Village - the property is roughly halfway between both. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Can't really comment on this as we were very happy with everything. As Non Sauna experts maybe should have instructions on how to use it. Also as above, we hired a car so location was not an issue but maybe it would have been if we had to use the bus network.

The location was great, directly in front of ski slopes. The apartment has everything we may need. In general we were happy to stay there. There were two toilets which is also great.

Nothing, only do not forget to bring shampoo.

The apartment was location in beautiful surroundings. It was located on the outskirts of Rovaniemi, it was close enough to the town and the Santa Claus Village (although you will need to take a taxi or drive). The advantage is that even though you are close enough to the city, you have a feeling of being in a remote beautiful place, a real winter wonderland. There were lots of slopes for sledging, and the snow was sparkling white, because there were so few people there. Our children had lots of fun playing with the snow. The apartment itself was warm, clean, well stocked, we had even some board games in our apartment. Sauna was great. We had great time, everything was absolutely fantastic.

Quiet and has enough space to keep 4 people. Clean rooms and kitchen. Parking right outside of doorstep.

Arriving before check-in and receiving the keys, there is no place to leave the suitcases. Everything is digital and impossible to solve problems as they come.

no WIFI password availabe anywere. After few hints where i cant find it (without success) Support sent finaly only automated info that they're having a lot of questions and the'll reply "later" regarding wifi password, what never happened

Location, very clean and warm.

The location was top. In Rovaniemi but still, because a little outside the city center you could enjoy the Lappish cottage feeling very much. Furnishings were the hammer. Had almost everything. Even a dishwasher and a washing machine with washing powder were available. The host Anatolii was unique. I have never had such a helpful and accommodating host. Helped us anytime when we needed help in planning trips.
