facilities before we stay all good service when we enter the house gas stove finish , rice cooker problem ,after we complain them ask staff to Chang the gas stove but chage the old one n second tome complain get a new one .rice cooker also change...but waste our time when we already plan everything..spoiled our plann..

Ada balkoni besar... Berdekatan hospital avienes. Berbaloi.. pergi weekend pun murah. Xde caj tersembunyi. Cuma mula2 tu je susah sikit nk ikut step step masa ambik kunci tu. Tp lepas tu overall terbaik .....

The host not sharing the self check in information even the unit was clean early.no tolerance at all.it only can be shared at 2.45 - 3.00 pm..at the end the self check in information was given at 3.30pm.the unit is not as our expectations.not very clean.got some water tap not use but still keep it at cabinet.the kettle cover cannot close.didnt have any channels to watch TV.The bed is not comfort.the mirror was not safe for all.

The property is good but the management needs to do more work on the room. All the furniture are seems very old and no any decorations at all. Spend some money to make the unit better.

1. walaupun ada water heater, air shower sangat sikit dan slow. 2. tv kejap function, kejap tak function. 3. wifi takda. 4. tiada free parking disediakan. 5. tiada meja dan kerusi untuk makan. 6. check in & check out process pelik. disuruh ambil kunci di tingkat 1 tapi masuk lift tak boleh nak tekan sebab tiada kad, jadi kena tunggu orang lain tekan tingkat 1. nak check out pun sama. kad disuruh tinggal. nak turun ke parking, kena tunggu orang lain tekan, sebab kad disuruh dipulangkan sebelum turun. aneh bin ajaib. 7. staff tak responsive.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Many shops downstairs, easy to find eat.. Once you clear all the instructions to book the place, its OK i guess.. haha.. the amenities is ok, you got eating utensils, tv, hair dryer, ironing board, tv, aircond, water heater, kettle.. very near to the hospital for meeting.
Only 1 lift to go up from LG which is the place most shops are. There are so many rules with deductible warning, in the guide and in the room itself.. room condition could be improved, thicker blanket, more firm pillows or extra, larger size towel rather than mini towel, a shoe rack will help.. the room is small but bearable, at least it has its own toilet..

1. Complicated check in process. Took me about 1 hour to check in as their staff put the keys in different box as instructed. 2. The admin is not fluent in BM n also English. Hardly to communicate with them. 2. 1 room is locked. Had to ask how to open the room. They should inform customer earlier. 3. Limited num of lift.

the cleanliness was super bad, only 3 cups with different design and full of stain, the room smells. the balcony stinks with birds poop. the kitchen i dont even dare to use them. the room is pacious but the tv is so small maybe 24 inch etc.
