Great location for Altrincham, Broadheath, Sale and Manchester. Clean and uncluttered with comfortable bed.

The property was spotless, the decor was fresh and the beds were comfy. Though it is on a main road, the sound-proofing of the windows was very effective and traffic did not disturb us at all.

There were some basics missing: no sink plug, no tea towel, only one saucepan. There are no instructions for the equipment but with the help of YouTube we got by.

We had a lovely relaxing few days stay at the bowden apartment. We would definitely return. Also lisa was fantastic she met all our needs throughout.. Thankyou for having us ❤️

Decent location, 15 mins walk from the town centre and parking right by the property. Good finish to the apartment. Solid WiFi. Nice space throughout.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, too firm for me. Maybe needs a mattress topper or similar. Also the pillows weren’t very supportive and I woke a few times trying to get comfortable.

So cool, great location, ideal with small kids, perfect for us!

Packing a little tight but the jeep we had was awkward

Bit unnerving not being able to lock the front door from the inside. A few more essentials would’ve been appreciated for a 2 week stay (e.g. more than 2 coffee pods, half a roll of toilet paper and a kitchen bin with bin bags!)

The location was good for the wedding we were attending. Both apartments were immaculate & modern with everything we needed.

Being on the main road it was quite noisy which made it difficult for us to sleep but not a major issue.

The apartment was spotlessly clean extremely comfortable, fixtures and fittings to a high standard.

The only small negative which was already pointed out by the hosts parking is very tight. I was fortunate that the accommodation wasn’t full but I could see I would struggle to park if other cars had already been in the car park but this was made very clear upon booking so it wasn’t a surprise.

Location was good for us to visit family. It was comfortable for a short stay. Arrival details were sent on time. There was good communication from the host.

It was chilly when we arrived. There was no washing up liquid. The check out time of 10:30 is earlier than most hotels and we would have appreciated an extra hour or so - especially on a Sunday morning.

Lovely apartment, staff communication was fantastic, nothing was ever a hassle for them. It was a good size, clean and homely. Perfect location near the centre and also the train station. Would highly recommend

It was a great location. Quiet too, but not many apartments were full as November. I really loved staying here and would recommend it. Lisa, the owner, was very helpful and dealt with any queries immediately. Thank you.

I loved this property. Parking area is tight, but I was lucky as there were no other cars parked there. No charger point in bathroom for electric tooth brush. But everything else was great.

well equipped kitchen with coffee machine/ tea/ sugar but just a suggestion, salt & pepper is always a good one to have (even if little sachets ) as most people …like us ! Forget it ☺️ and a pair of scissors.

Beautiful decor, lots of thoughtful touches like tea / coffee / branded mugs and shower gels. Well stocked kitchen. Practical layout with plenty of space. Very comfy sofa bed with proper mattress and slats. Responsive hosts.

Overall it was lovely and perfect for professionals / couples, however not ideal for small children (but not marketed as this so not the owners fault!). The door to the apartment is self locking meaning there is no way to lock it inside. Our toddler escaped out into the main hallway and was a few feet from the front door and busy main road. There were only 3 seats at the table meaning one person had to eat on the couch. The sofa bed is super comfortable but when set up as a couch it’s not - cushions slide off and are too short. It’s also very noisy in the front room as next to a fire station which runs sirens all night, and also on a very busy road. Parking is very tight but again this is explained upfront so we expected it. These things can’t really be helped but thought it would be useful incase any other parents considering.

The accommodation was clean and well maintained. Close to the town. Parking available ( wasn’t that small as some reviewers have put)Shower was amazing. Good communication from host before during and after stay. I left my hair dryer at property which was posted back to me by the owner and she didn’t charge me for postage, which was so nice. I would highly recommend this property and will be booking again when I’m back in Manchester.

The hosts were very quick to help with a minor issue with the TV and sorted the problem instantly. I felt that they were keen to support their guests and make their stay a good one.

Close to the tram. Good value for money. Lisa is a super host, very attentive.

It was easy to locate and get into the property. The facilities were very good. The host helpful and made regular contact to ensure everything was fine. Tea & coffee was provided which was lovely. Parking available on site. The property is within easy access to shops and supermarkets. There is no dishwasher, this is not deal breaker for me as you can simply rewash/handwash items, plus I don't think a dishwasher would fit in the kitchen anyway.

Excellent responsive host. Is excellent property for 2 people. Main bed comfortable - lovely bedroom Good to have a parking place.

Sofa bed provided for 2 adults was inadequate and would need to be upgraded. Tableware very limited meaning that self catering was a challenge. In the marketplace this property is quite expensive for two people - its value for four is diminished by the bed option.

It was well appointed and nice and quiet even though it's on the main road.

Lack of basics like a tea towel, sponge or cloth etc for the kitchen.

Lovely space, nicely put together. All amenities that you would need! An exceptional location for Altrincham centre and to the train station to get to anywhere!

Pictures are exactly what we arrived at. The apartment was spotless, warm, and very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. Wished we could have stayed longer.

The property was in a great location and was very comfortable, perfect for a weekend stay or longer due to the homely feel to this property. I will certainly be staying here again and would highly recommend. The staff were very efficient and helpful, we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay.

The bathroom had been very well modernised. The location was good.

Work is required on the condition of the condition and some space needs to be provided for to store the resident"s food.

A very well decorated and equipped, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Everything is new, clean and well maintained. A kitchen in the lounge / diner had washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine, and plenty of tea, coffee, milk also provided. Both beds were very comfortable with good quality duvets and pillows. The location was very good for us. Parking is provided, and we were warned that it is a bit tight, but ok!

Until we arrived we did not know it was semi basement, so very low ceilings and a bit dark if you are there in daytime. There were no carpets and minimal sound insulation from above so we could hear people above talking and walking about. However we would stay here again, knowing these points

Generously proportioned. Warm. Comfortable and clean. Good shower. Slightly tricky parking for bigger cars but we were pleased to have it as an option. 20 min walk into Altrincham town centre along safe route.
