Pas d information pour l arrivee. 1 h d attente . Pas de clefs , personne qui répond au tel . C est le gardien qui nous aide . Pas d info sur piscine je sais même pas si il y en a une ! Draps sale . Pas de pile dans télécommande. Pas de PQ . Lavabo cassé. Bref pour 60 euros je ne recommande pas ce logement

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026The property is nice, as per picture. the location is good, near to all attractions place. The facilities is nice. The parking is near to the lift.
The property is not well maintained such as the shower is broken, the windows can not lock, the sofa is not really comfortable, can feel the spring when sit on it, the sinki table in the bathroom broken, and lastly, there are few cockroaches running around the living room and bedroom😅.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2023Room is small but comfortable for 3 adults. Location is good, can use e-hailing if you need to go to the town centre. Choices of cafes & fast food outlets. Pool is big & nice. Clean apartment. Owner very responsive is definitely a bonus.
Key collections can be improved. First we have to park our car at a designated space. Then we had to get to Level 1 to get our key cards from the mailbox, while to get access to the building you need access card. A better system of checking in is essential. Room for 3 but only have 2 bath towel.

Reviewed Oct 8, 2022- Cleanliness 4/5 due to so many ants in a toilet sink. - Comfortable 5/5. Sofa, bed, dining, extra blanket, extra toto. - Facilities 5/5. Basic household is there, tv with netflix, kattle, iron, iron board, hair dryer, mop, brush, bin, kitchenware and whatelse is all there except for washer machine. - Aircond and fan 4/5. Total review 4/5. Outstanding.
- Lift only have 2 that serviceable another one remain U/S and make us waited for quite some times and we have to take stairs to the parking from 18th floor to 5th floor.
