Need to enter the pin every time to enter and the pin is long. No extra lock from inside ( a bit scary if anyone know the pin, they can enter while we sleep ). Dont know why they tape the lock at the door. Lighting need to change. Too many warm light.

En arrivant cela peut faire « peur » car ce sont des grandes tours mais en fait c’est très sécurisé et safe!

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025The apartment had all the facilities needed during our stay. Temperature controlled apartment, hot water for shower was available. The place was big enough to accommodate 6 people. I did not go to the restaurants from there so can't comment on it. We brought our own food which we warm in the microwave for dinner and for breakfast we made our own tea with their kettle so that was also Good. The apartment was clean with nice white sheets and towels.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025Mit einem Mietwagen war es sehr praktisch zu erreichen, Parkplatz ist auch direkt vor dem Haus, Wohnung ist geräumig gewesen.
Man bedenke, dass es in der Wohnung keine Heizung / Klimaanlage gibt. In den Cameron Highlands / in Tanah Rata kann es allerdings sehr kühl werden. Dazu gibt es für die Betten zwei Decken, allerdings ist es in der Wohnung dann insgesamt sehr frisch. In der Küche gibt es einen Wasserfiltergerät. Nach aufmachen und checken war innen drin alles schwarz. Wir haben Wasser im Laden gekauft und würden anderen Gästen das auch empfehlen.

Security guards were terrible. They took their own sweet time to let us in. Made us wait for more than 10 mins when it was drizzling. Car park was horrible, visitor carpark is outside the Condo's compound. The towels were stained. The baby cot was not stable and almost collapsed when we put the baby on it.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2025The unit itself is very comfortable and clean. Kitchen appliances is aplenty and you can cook a feast here. Rooms are nice and tidy and great for a good night sleep. Location is great as it's just a brief 5 mins walk to the main Tanah Rata town. Overall recommended to stay here during your visit to Cameron!
The check in process with the guardhouse is a bit slow, the day that we wanted to check in, there's a massive jam from the condo to the main road outside, and the guard request us to park our car outside before registering but we have to jam another 15 mins after registering before we can enter the condo area. I know that this is not the correct procedure for security but could be avoided if guest registering can just enter the parking area while registering to minimize the jam.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2025The location was good. A lot of restaurant within 5 mins walk from the apartment. The host was responsive and gave recommendations regarding things near by which was really helpful.
The bathroom wasn't the best. The drainage wasn't good and the layout was in a way that when you shower the entire bathroom would be wet (no separation between bath area and toilet). There was an odd drainage smell. Lastly, towel was provided however there was stains on them which felt unclean.

Probably due to the climate and lack of natural light, one of the rooms had a mouldy smell and was perpetually damp despite humidifier use in it. Access to Netflix on the TV would have been welcome too.
