The bedsheets, pillows and towels looked very dirty. The bathroom was dirty too and can smell damp in the whole property

Très bien située, à 10 min de la gare des bus et à côté des snacks, resto et marchés. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très agréable et disponible. Bouteille d eau offerte par personne et par jour. Petit jardin agréable mais non utilisé.

La propriété était moyenne et moisissures sur le plafond de la salle de bain et pas de table pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

Great location with plenty of dining choices near by and a lovely view of the mountains/town. Host communicated well and gave good recommendations on tours and places to eat. Comfortable bed and clean facilities, photos match real life.

An easy walk to food markets and hiking trails. We were met by a very helpful man and anything we needed was supplied.

Some other guests were quite noisy - which I know is out of their control.

Excellent property just a short walk from the center of Tanah Rata. The location is super convenient, extremely close to everything (restaurants, 7-Eleven, shops), yet situated in a quiet and pleasant complex. I stayed on the 6th floor and didn't experience any noise at all during the night, so I was able to get a great night's sleep. Communication with the host is strictly remote via WhatsApp, but the instructions provided were crystal clear and more than enough to check in smoothly and enjoy the space.

There is a bit of humidity, but that’s pretty standard everywhere across the Cameron Highlands given the cool climate, and it wasn't a problem at all.

Tous les appartements ne se valent pas a priori. J’avais demandé un logement au calme, le nôtre était le premier proche de l’ascenseur, on entendait les bruits d’ouverture et fermeture avec la petite sonnerie. Une fenêtre qui ne fermait pas avec seulement du simple vitrage pour les autres. On entendait toutes les voitures et moto scooters toute la nuit. Seul contact une vidéo par WhatsApp qui explique comment rentrer pour prendre les clés. Aucune explication sur le parking souterrain. Très et ne mérite certainement pas 8,6 concernant cet appartement. Une barquette de fraises déjà, consommé, dans le réfrigérateur…

Het was een groot en schoon appartement met alle voorzieningen die nodig waren. De locatie was prima en centraal gelegen. Het contact met de beheerder was op afstand maar prima. Al met al een fijn appartement. Ook de nieuwe handdoeken na een dag waren erg fijn.

I stayed with my husband & 3 year old son. The checkin process was very easy and the host had great communication. We liked the room and the balcony. The sliding door to separate the two double beds was great for us so our son could sleep separately. The location was very convenient, we could walk to the local restaurants and town centre.

Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well on our first night as there was a lot of noise from families staying in the same building, past midnight.

We liked the place as it’s pretty much in the city centre, close to all the shops and restaurants. The host was super friendly and he gave us some tips about restaurants and tours as well. Highly recommended for the price.

La limpieza es mejorable, en un principio las sabanas, el canapé de la cama, los cojines del sofa y el interruptor estaban manchados pero llamamos al chico que nos hizo el checkin y nos cambiaron las sabanas y toallas a unas limpias

Nice place to stay and clean

Center location, many places to walk-to nearby esp for food. The weather is great. If taking bus, the bus station is a 10-minute walk. The staff is responsive. The cleaning guy was so friendly. The room with balcony, the comfort of the balcony-loved it. The room has a fridge and microwave. They give plenty of bottled water.

The sofa is really stained and worn--needs to be changed or can use a cover. There is only a single mirror which is in the bathroom. It needs a full length mirror in the room too. Insects and plenty of ants in several places. The responsive staff did spray, but better if this didn't happen. It could be the Highlands itself, not sure. Not the best use of space, this can be improved. Put pictures on wall, keep iron board and iron in closet. Missing a blow dryer.

All was great, good location, good host, amazing housekeeping and cleanliness. All accessories was quite updated and new other then the bed. Overall unit facility is as per describe in Booking.com.

HOWEVER, biggest pain is literally the king sized bed is TOTALLY WORNED OUT and its like sleeping on planks. Had major back pain after 3 nights. Managment should look into replacing the bed.

I think this the 3rd time's im staying at blue jade studio. Room very clean,safe, the view balcony facing the mountain . The agent give clear introduction to take the key and parking. Please repair the balcony light and put one mirror near the TV. Overall I love it so much . Thank u

This is the second time with Blue Jade Studios, just a different unit. The unit was good and had adequate amenities. - Easy check in and check out, the staff was very helpful. - Location was really good as near various shops/restaurants (you're on top of a mall if sorts) - Clean and tidy when we checked in. - TV and Netflix worked fine (needed to login with host Account, just message the staff) - Towels were provided. - Microwave/Oven/Fridge/Electric Kettle worked fine. - Bedrooms were good, with fans, and cold throughout the stay. - All bathrooms had heaters, water pressure was also really good, shower cream was provided.

- You have to bring your own prayer mats. - Sink drains slowly (not clogged, but can be very slow) - It mentioned there was a sofa bed, but we couldn't get it to open, no issues since we didn't actually use it.

The location of the property is within 10 minutes from most restaurants.

1. Water heater in both toilets does not function well. 2. There is no indoor slippers provided given the floor is cold. 3. The door of the master bedroom and its toilet make noises during the night due to the strong wind blows disrupting our sleep.

Bardzo ładny, nowy apartament. Dostałam większy pokój z 2 sypialniami bo akurat w moim pokoju była jakaś awaria. Duże przestronne wnętrze, trochę na uboczu od głównej ulicy. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Podłoga w łazience była w plamy, więc chyba niestety nie jest sprzątana po każdym gościu.

Localisation of the studio is excellent : close to a lot of restaurants in Tanah Rata, close to bus station, close to some activities departure and close to a lot of banks (to withdraw cash). The tenant is nice and will assist you if you need

The studio is riddled with damp and is far from clean. There are visible signs of dirt; the sheets aren’t very clean, and the cushions are dirty or even completely mouldy (see photos). The cutlery provided is very basic (no glasses), and it isn’t a proper kitchen for cooking, just a small space with a sink and a few pieces of cutlery. Finally, collecting and returning the keys will require you to be flexible and responsive on WhatsApp to get the instructions, which isn’t ideal.

Die Lage war sehr zentral gelegen. Supermarkt, Cafés etc. - alles direkt vor der Tür. Man hat regelmäßig auch Wasser in Form von neuen Flaschen aufgefüllt bekommen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß.

Die Zimmer sind ohne Schallisolierung. Daher sehr laut. In der Küchenzeile und auf dem Tisch liefen Ameisen. Die Bettlaken waren fleckig. Daher entstand ein „unsauberes“ Gefühl.

Room was clean and comfortable, really enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come again—highly recommended! Self check-in is very convenient, and got basement parking for car and motorcycle, very easy. Just a suggestion, maybe can provide a place to put luggage if arrive early since check-in is 3 PM. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom does not provide toothbrushes like most other homestays. I hope this can be improved in the future. The door lock also seems to have a slight issue, as it can sometimes be difficult to open. Additionally, it may be worth considering adding an extra lock inside the room for better safety

Отличные апартаменты, останавливались на одну ночь, остались довольны, всё комфортно и чисто, было приготовлено много бутылок с водой. Чудесный вид из окна. Ночью прохладно, здорово было поспать с открытыми окнами, а не кондиционером. Отдельное спасибо хозяину, который очень выручил нас. У нас закончился бензин за 10 км до пункта назначения, ночью, заправки все закрыты. Хозяин приехал за нами с ребенком и довез до апартаментов, чтобы мы не ночевали в машине. Огромная благодарность!

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra w samym centrum miasta. Wszędzie blisko. Menager był bardzo pomocny ponieważ przyjechaliśmy ponad 2 godziny wcześniej przydzielił nam inny pokój który już był wysprzątany. Zatem zaraz mogliśmy zostawić bagaże w naszym apartamencie i ruszyć na zwiedzanie, za co jesteśmy wdzięczni. Ponadto mnóstwo lokali gastronomicznych w okolicy, sklepów. Blisko głównych atrakcji. Otrzymaliśmy niezbędne informacje, możliwość rezerwacji wycieczek, jak również opisy tras do samodzielnej realizacji. Piękny widok na miasto! Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Łóżka bardzo wygodne. Po prostu POLECAM!!

Bien situé! Le soir il y a un marché juste à côté. Propre et bien equipé.

Comme il n’y a pas d’air climatisé, il y a une legère odeur de renfermé dans les armoires et lorsque les fenêtres sont longtemps fermées.

When we arrived, the room floor was a bit slippery and sticky. The bath towels smelled a bit. But the rest was ok. Overall is good, but if possible, the cleanliness needs to be looked at.

Lo único que aconsejaría es que no permitan fumar a otros huéspedes pues notamos un cierto olor de cigarrillo remanente pese a que evidentemente habían aireado a conciencia.

Hotel had good space large bed, large balcony, good facilities for cooking aswell. Located above a mall you can’t hear anything but it was nice just walking around a shop close by aswell. We had trouble with ants in our room but I notified the owner and they had it sorted straight away and we had no other problems after that.

Wardrobe... there is a peculiar smell, clothes cannot be hung in it. The bathroom water heater is not hot enough. Overall it's good. They outdoor view from the room very nice at night 😊 The area downstairs of the studio is very lively and has everything you need, which is very convenient. 👍🏻

L’emplacement, la terrasse très agréable, la literie, le parking au sous sol, le prix très raisonnable.

L’équipement de la cuisine n’est pas terrible et ne suffit pas pour cuisiner. Il n’y a pas de verres, tout est dépareillé.
