The location is strategic, it is spacious. Their staff is responsive.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this place. The place was poorly maintained — hygiene was lacking, the property felt old, and it had an unpleasant smell. The corridor was dark with no lighting, which didn’t feel safe. The heater took a long time to work, and the bedsheets provided were of very low quality. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and far below expectations.

La struttura è ampia e ben posizionata. Inoltre, lo staff si è dimostrato disponibile consentendoci di lasciare i bagagli in custodia anche dopo l’orario di check-out.

La struttura, pur essendo ampia, presenta carenze igieniche: lenzuola non pulite, presenti evidenti tracce di muffa e le camere caratterizzate da un odore sgradevole. Forte umidità.

Appartamento molto grande con 5 bagni, ideale per gruppi di amici e famiglie. Noi eravamo 12 e siamo stati comodi. Piuttosto centrale.

Het was een erg vochtig appartement met vochtplekken in de badkamers. Als je eindelijk warm water had in de douche was dat voor ongeveer 3 minuten.

We love the spaciousness of the place. The rooms and beds are more than enough to accommodate us (10 adults and 4 kids). Basic facilities are complete.

When entering the complex, every outsider needs to register at the guard post. I've no issue with that. But then, the management needs to improve its system. Personally, it took us ages to access the premises.

One of room got unpleasant smell causing some people need to sleep on living room.

Very big space but still very cozy. Kitchen is very clean. Temperature was very chilly even there's no AC.

There was musty smell in the rooms, probably because there were tiny molds in the bathroom especially the ceilings and damp doors. Hot water was not available in the lower level rooms, even though the switch was on for more than 30-mins —had to shower in super cold water. The elevator was very dark, as the lights are so dim — scary for us girls to take alone but it was all fine. Be great if additional parking lot is allowed inside housing area nearby guardhouse instead of outside, as the unit block was at far back so it was quite tiring to walk to the cars. Location was not super near to any attractions, most of the viral places nearby Brinchang —but staying in Tanah Rata is much calmer, plus lots of restaurants.

The owner was nice & very helpful. The accommodation at the house are complete, just bring own clothes and food to cook. Easy access to place of attraction.

The house located at 8th floor. It’s quite scary to look down. Should bring slipper to wear inside the house because it’s very cold at night.

High ceilings with enough rooms to host a big family of 12 pax. Cozy and quiet environment

The malfunction of the water dispenser till not hot water to make coffee and tea. Feedback was shared with owner but no proper solution. The instructions were shared around 1 hour + before the standard checkout time. The water heater system is rather old as it requires to turn on for at least 30 min before taking shower.

Cleanliness and maintenance could be better.

Spacious duplex penthouse with 5 rooms and generous numbers of beds. They even have a rooftop space and barbeque grill for u to enjoy though I didn’t get the chance to do it as it was just a short stay. Superb value for money. Easy check in and out.

Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable & well maintained. Totally enjoyed our bbq & steamboat time on their private rooftop during cold weather in the Higland! Greeneries all around the place & really enjoyed star gazing during night and daytime sunset.

The facilities were excellent although it was a short stay for us. Rooms were spacious and beds are sufficient to accommodate my family. Utensils and steamboat pots should be more for use if there is a big group.

Water from the water heater was not hot enough and the pressure is quite low. Might need to check on the sewage system as well in the toilet downstairs as there is sewage smell emanating from the toilets. Other than that, there are no complaints.

Everything is complete and clean , very spacious and good maintenance. The environment also very nice. Will never regret at this stay , it’s such a amazing place.

a beautiful place to stay with a beautiful view ! super clean & well equipped with everything ( microwave, drinking water, kettle, fridge, etc ). would definitely come back here every time I come to cameron highlands. there was Netflix & YouTube on the tv as well. owner was also really nice & helpful with everything.
