L'emplacement est idéal! Tout est à disposition juste à côté du logement.. Une petite galerie de différents commerces se trouve au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble. Vous trouverez petit déj (endroit super sympa!), pharmacie, shop.... Les bus sont au coin de la rue. Une belle plage à qqs mètres. Plusieurs Take away très bons à qqs pas. Franchement, très pratique ! Si vous voulez aller sur Victoria, 45’ si ça roule bien en bus. Sinon on peut le prendre pour aller explorer d'autres plages paradisiaques vers le sud.

The apartment had everything we needed. There is a shop in the same building. And, the cleaning was done every day. It's a great place for a family stay.

I thought it was a beach apartment. But, it's wanst so.

The location is great, everything is clean, and the apartment has absolutely everything you need — from a hairdryer to an iron. It’s a really lovely apartment and nothing is missing. The shops are close by, and there are takeaway places and a delicious restaurant downstairs. Everything was really great! 😊

Large rooms, large, comfortable beds. Clean. They even did the dishes in the sink. Friendly and service oriented staff. Good location.

Little things, like missing or non-working remotes. Fixed on request, but should not have been a problem in the first place. Rooms booked were not available, so our group were split up. Some of the rooms had an insect problem. The staff tried to fix the problem, but it should have been fixed before we arrived.

Apartmant was great, it has everything you could possibly need, it is in nice part of the town. The staff was very nice and very helpful. We had a rental car and there is a free parking in front of the building, there are also stores, suvenire shops and pharmacy near by. It is also a great location.

Très mauvaise expérience. L’hôtel est situé juste en face d’un établissement qui semble servir à la fois d’école, d’église et de salle des fêtes, avec énormément de nuisances sonores. Nous n’avons pas pu dormir correctement pendant plusieurs nuits. Le bruit était tellement désagréable que nos vacances ont été en grande partie gâchées et nous avons finalement décidé de quitter l’hôtel 6 jours plus tôt que prévu. Malgré plusieurs réclamations et rappels auprès de l’établissement, aucun geste commercial ni remboursement pour les nuits non utilisées ne nous a été proposé. C’est vraiment regrettable, surtout lorsqu’on réserve un hôtel pour pouvoir se reposer pendant ses vacances. Au vu de notre expérience et du manque de considération face à notre situation, je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

Очень хорошие апартаменты! Приветливый персонал. Плита с духовкой, тостер, кофеварка, стиральная машина, все есть. Посуды если не хватит, всегда принесут, что нужно. На первом этаже аптека, обменник, продуктовый магазин со свежим мясом! До пляжа Анс Рояль на машине 1 минуту, пешком 10. Вернёмся снова!

Big room and big bathroom. 5 min walk to beach. Plenty of parking space. Daily house keeping.

Cleanliness could have been better. Kitchenware was bare minimum...

We did not have breakfast included in our package. we catered for ourselves. The staff were very friendly & very helpful, outside shower is a good idea. Also was good to communicate on whats app.

The rate per night is expensive for South Africans.

Die Unterkunft war leicht zu erreichen, sie war sauber, täglicher Reinigungsservice. Das Personal super zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Dadurch dass man mich kaum gesehen hat, wurde sogar nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob es mir gut geht. Als ich ein Problem hatte mit meinem ersten Zimmer haben sie mir innerhalb von wenigen Minuten ein neues gegeben. Das Zimmer und Bad sind sehr groß.

Das einzige was ein wenig störend war ist einfach, dass die Vorhänge geklappert haben wegen der Klima, egal wie niedrig sie gestellt war. Wenn man sehr empfindlich ist und einen unrhigen/ leichten Schlaf hat, könnte es stören.

Really friendly staff and lovely apartment. Had a great spacious bathroom. We were there for 6 weeks so utilised the washing machine which was great too. Great location especially for exploring the south of the island. Very short walk from Kafe Kreole which is a lovely place to go for a drink/food.

Квартира просторная , с высокими потолками, всё чистое, новое и хорошего качества. Матрас хороший, но для нас был слишком мягким, если кому нужен твёрдый, то обратите внимание. Кухня огромная, есть несколько кастрюль разных размеров, две сковородки, всё опять же очень хорошего качества и в отличном состоянии. Мы жили на втором этаже и у нас из окна был великолепный вид на джунгли. Тишина, красота, птички поют. В здании гостиницы есть продуктовый, обменник и аптека. В деревне на пляжу есть два замечательных ресторанчика. Еда вкусная, цены туристические, блюдо примерно 30$, коктейль 15$ (местный шикарный ром 3$ ). Пляж как с открытки. В воде полно разных рыбок. На пляже лежаки, зонтики, можно под деревьями лежать, есть возможность взять лодку на прокат. Место супер! Всем советую!

Spacious and quite modern. Located next to the University and then offers some less touristy amenities and shops. Like Foodpro and a fish market. Fairly close to the beach which is quite nice for swimming and snorkeling. Also it is not far too from other mpre famous beaches like Anse Intendance. They let us do a late checkout and let us borrow beach towels. We had a car but didn’t drive around all that much.

A little too strong lobby perfume and the kitchen could have been slightly better equipped.

O apartamento é super confortável, limpo e equipado, ex cozinha com fogão, cafeteira, torradeira, microondas, etc. Localização - está a 5 min da praia, com bar com excelente estrutura e comida. Ao redor tem mai de 5 mini mercados.

Não deixam toalha para praia, tem que pagar.

The location is close to shops, buses and beaches. The unit is very spacious and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'm definitely going back.

Апартаменты чистые, просторные и очень уютные, есть всё необходимое для семейного отдыха. Локация отличная, рядом красивый пляж Анс Рояль, тихо и безопасно. Отдельная огромная благодарность менеджеру Christine — она была всегда на связи, очень внимательная, доброжелательная и действительно помогала во всех вопросах. Благодаря ей мы чувствовали себя спокойно и уверенно на протяжении всего отдыха. Мы прекрасно провели время и с радостью рекомендуем это место для отдыха на Маэ, особенно семьям с детьми. We stayed at the accommodation for 7 nights. Everything was great. The room was cleaned every day and the location was excellent, close to the beach. We most often went to Anse Intendance, which was about 15 minutes by car. A big advantage was that we could rent a car directly through them, and in the end it was cheaper than renting from a car rental company. I would definitely come back to this place again. 😊🌴

Big nice apartment with high ceiling😍. Bathroom was huge and bed was big!! We liked a lot. The location was also very good, just 5 minutes walk to the main street and a beautiful beach!

Actually nothing, but If we must say something.. the view from our balcony was not so nice, it was facing the forest and mountains. But it did not make any harm, anyway we stayed at the beach most of the time.

Великолепный вариант размещения! Бронировали апартаменты с 2 спальнями, реальность превзошла все ожидания. Огромные просторные апартаменты, кухня-гостиная невероятных размеров, большущая плита, двустворчатый холодильник, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, микроволновка, тостер и кофеварка. Вся техника рабочая и хорошего качества. В каждой спальне свой санузел, что было очень удобно! В санузле тоже все чистое, свежее, отличный напор воды. Кондиционеры и потолочные вентиляторы в каждой комнате. Балкон просторный, стоит стол со стульями и сушилка для белья. В спальнях большие двуспальные кровати с большими матрасами (а не просто сдвинутые кровати, когда в итоге получается щель между матрасами). Во дворе гриль угольный и большой стол со стульями. Администратору Кристине отдельное спасибо - очень приветливая и чуткая, всегда готова помочь. Вида на океан нет, зато в апартаментах тихо! Они в стороне от главной дороги, по вечерам тишина, нет шума машин и автобусов. До океана 5 минут пешком неспешным шагом. Прямо в здании апартаментов есть кафе, аптека и магазин, где можно купить хорошее мясо и даже свежих осьминогов. Не пожалела ни минуты, что остановила свой выбор на этих апартаментах.

Сложно это отнести к минусам и больше похоже на придирки, но не хватало на кухне какого-то стартового набора от предыдущих туристов. Типа растительного масла, перца... Были только соль, сахар и чай, за что уже спасибо)

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal auf allen Ebenen. Das Apartment ist absolut geräumig und sauber. Alles was benötigt wird ist vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit mit Supermarket und Butcher im Gebäudekomplex. Zum Strand haben wir ca. 10 min zu Fuß gebraucht. Ebenso zum Frischemarkt ( Fisch und Obst ) Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ebenfalls dort.

Das einzige war der Fahrstuhl , welchen man nur außen herum im externen Gebäudekomplex erreicht. Insgesamt waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden

Отдыхали в январе 2026 года. Отличный номер, есть все необходимое, уборка каждый день, очень удобное местоположение, близко пляж, много магазинов и кафе. Заселение и выезд без проблем. Озывчивый и дружелюбный персонал. Очень рекомендую.

Big Room. Best beach in Mahe nearby.

The location was great, very close to the beautiful beach and all the necessities like grocery stores and bus stop were close by. The beach itself was amazing with only small waves, it was very clean and calm, so it was great even for not very strong swimmers. Even though we did not rent a car, fairly large parking was on the premises. Apartment itself was spacious, there was large bathroom with a closet, large balcony and kitchen with all the necessary amenities like stove, microwave, cutlery, pots and pans, so it was actually possible to cook there. We definitely recommend this accomodation and we would stay there again.

Everything was as expected.

Great location, comfortable and clean apartment very well equipped, professional and efficent staff, simply great choice to stay at. Walking distance to shops, fish market, farmers' market, butcher shop... Nearby Anse royale beach is excellent for swimming (calm sea) and for snorkeling . I recommend Kreol caffe for beach bar choice, nice place to rent sunbeds and enjoy coctails and good coffee under palm trees. Royale Suites by Arc Royal Luxury Apts are very convenient and great place to stay at. We really enjoyed our stay there and we will come back for sure. Highly recommend!

Das Apartment (Zimmer 105) ist sehr geräumig und bietet eine gute Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Backofen, Gasherd mit Dampfabzug, Mikrowelle, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Küchenpapier sowie Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator beim Bett. Die Klimaanlage ist angenehm platziert und bläst einem im Bett nicht direkt an. Der Stil des TV-Möbels, des Betts und der Nachttische gefielen uns. Zur Begrüssung standen zwei Wasserflaschen (je 7,5 dl) im Zimmer bereit – eine nette Geste. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war sehr gut, und es gab immer warmes Wasser. Die Kissen waren sehr bequem. Strandtücher konnten unkompliziert an der Rezeption abgeholt werden. Die Lage ist gut – in etwa fünf Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss den Strand, Supermärkte und Bushaltestellen. Wir konnten das Zimmer bereits gegen 11.00 Uhr kostenlos beziehen, obwohl der Check-in eigentlich später gewesen wäre. Auch der Late Check-out war sehr flexibel: Wir hätten kostenlos bis 16.30 Uhr bleiben dürfen, konnten gegen einen Aufpreis von EUR 50 sogar bis 18.00 Uhr bleiben, was uns dank des späten Rückflugs sehr entgegenkam. Gepäckaufbewahrung ist möglich. Die Mitarbeitenden waren per WhatsApp erreichbar und antworteten stets schnell und freundlich, auch ausserhalb der Rezeptionszeiten. Das Check-out verlief unkompliziert – da die Rezeption geschlossen war, konnten wir die Schlüssel einfach in eine Schale legen. Die Nachbarn waren nicht zu hören, nur einmal ein Kind im Treppenhaus.

Das Apartment war leider nicht sauber. Der Boden war schmutzig – nach kurzer Zeit waren unsere Füsse schwarz. Die glatten Bodenplatten sind suboptimal, da man jeden Fussabdruck und die Spuren des Wischmopps sieht. Das Sofa wirkte etwas schmuddelig, und die Vertikallamellen sind altbacken. Auch der Balkon hätte gereinigt werden müssen. Unter dem Tisch war ein sichtbarer Fleck, und nach dem Sitzen auf dem Stuhl waren meine weissen Shorts schwarz. Die Bodenmatte auf dem Balkon ist sehr grob und eignet sich zum Abstreifen der Schuhe – barfuss kaum begehbar. Nachdem wir sie verschoben hatten, kam darunter viel Schmutz zum Vorschein. Das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig. In der Dusche lag ein altes Pflaster auf der Ablage, das während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht entfernt wurde. Die Badezimmertür aus Holz und Milchglas hatte Fettflecken. Das Milchglas selbst ist zudem ungünstig gewählt, da das Licht nachts direkt ins Schlafzimmer scheint. Die Wassertemperatur schwankte stark zwischen heiss und kalt. Der Lüfter im Badezimmer ist mit dem Licht gekoppelt und sehr laut, was störend ist, da mein kein Wort versteht, wenn jemand ausserhalb des Badezimmers mit einem spricht. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt etwas kahl – einige Bilder oder Dekorationselemente würden das Ambiente deutlich aufwerten. Durch die Grösse des Raums wirkt er sonst etwas leer, fast hallenartig. Die Vertikallamellen verdunkeln nicht richtig, weshalb es morgens sehr früh hell im Zimmer ist. Sie sind eher dazu geeignet, tagsüber die Sonne abzuhalten. Die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert – man hört alle Geräusche von draussen deutlich, was insbesondere dann sehr ärgerlich ist, wenn frühmorgens die Motorsäge oder abends Autos mit lauter Musik zu hören sind. Die linke Schiebetür liess sich zudem nicht verriegeln, was wohl zur Lärmdurchlässigkeit beitrug. Kleine Details wurden leider vernachlässigt: Die Toilettenpapier-Ersatzrolle wurde nicht aufgefüllt, sodass wir nachfragen mussten.

Zimmertüren sollten auch abgeschlossen von innen zu öffnen sein (Sicherheits-/Panikschloss) Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung, Teller, Besteck, etc. Geschirrhandtücher gerne aus Baumwolle und nicht Synthetik

Hotel bem localizado, perto da praia e a uma curta caminhada. Boas acomodações, tudo novo e bem cuidado. Equipe prestativa e simpática, e o local é bem organizado. Permitiram fazer check-in antecipado, o que ajudou bastante. Também fica perto de supermercados e restaurantes, o que é muito prático.

O chuveiro nem sempre esquentou de forma adequada e também há muitos mosquitos.

Everything! I love the bathroom so much, it’s huge! We could even store our luggages in it and leave the living room look tidy. Thanks for letting us check out late without extra charge🙏🏻

Нас встретила Кристин ! До вылета мы указали свой номер рейс и они отслеживали наш прилет. Это я поняла, тк рейс задержали на 6 часов. Всегда на связи. Апартаменты полностью укомплектованы, есть пляжные полотенца. Идеальное расположение относительно инфраструктуры. Пляж один из лучших. Очень много отдыхающих с маленькими детьми, тк пляж без волн с белым песком. Апартаменты немного в стороне от дороги и это большой плюс. Тишина везде

Great location, very close to the beach, with many restaurants and supermarkets close by. Really clean and neat apartment, with daily cleaning. Air-conditioned and also has all the cutlery & crockery you may need.

Lack of attention to minor details, e.g. The unit is not sound proof, and the external door leading to the lift is not a soft close, which means you hear it slam shut at 2am when people are getting back. There is no duvet for the bed, but you can ask for another sheet if needed. The blinds in the apartment are not block out, which means you are up with the sun.

Отличное, даже великолепное расположение, все что нужно для отдыха и жизни, в 5 минутах ходьбы максимум.

The neighbourhood is very safe, apartment is right across the university. Also, it is very close to Anse Royale beach and the bus station. There are few stores nearby and a green market. Parking is available. Place was very clean with all facilities needed.

Отличный отель, персонал вежливый, в номерах убирались каждый день, белье и полотенце меняли раз в 3 дня. Неподалеку располагался хороший пляж, внизу есть лавка с необходимыми продуктами и обменник. В лавке свежее мясо и овощи, в обменнике курс хороший. В 5 минутах ходьбы Минимаркет ChopShop, нам он показался хорошим, все необходимое там есть, он открыт до 20:30.
