Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Ήταν πολύ κοντά σε καταστήματα στο κέντρο , εύκολο πάρκινγκ. Όσο αφορά το ιδιο το κατάλυμα ηταν καθαρό και μας παρείχαν ολα τα είδη υγιεινής. Οταν φτασαμε είχαν ήδη ανοιχτό το ερκοντισιον γεγονός ότι με την υγρασία και ζεστη που συναντήσαμε στην πόλη ηταν το ιδανικότερο.
Δεν ειχε άνετα μαξιλάρια και λίγο άβολο το κρεβατι τουλαχιστον σε προσωπικό επίπεδο. Οι πρίζες δεν ηταν καλα τοποθετημενες γεγονος που μας αγχωσε λιγακι για οταν θα φορτιζαμε κινητά και συσκευές.

It is a bit expensive for how minimal the rooms are but honestly given how expensive everything else on the island is very well worth the money.

Δεν είναι ότι καινούργιο υπάρχει. Θέλει πολλά πράγματα να γίνουν για να γίνει άριστο. Η πόρτα δεν έκλεινε πολύ καλά. Μετά τη χρήση της ντουζιέρας το λουτρό ήθελε βατραχοπέδιλα. Μια μακρύτερη κουρτίνα θα έλυνε το πρόβλημα. Δίπλα στο κρεβάτι δεν υπάρχουν πρίζες για να φορτίσεις το κινητό σου. Υπάρχουν αλλά σε άσχετα σημεία. Δεν υπάρχει ανσασερ. Βέβαια πληρώνεις αυτό που αγοράζεις. Με τόση χαμηλή τιμή δεν έχεις πολλές απαιτήσεις.

La struttura appare datata, con qualche piccolo accorgimento l' host potrebbe vendere l'appartamento ad un prezzo di gran lunga superiore Il mio giudizio è quello di una persona che lavora nel settore, quindi più che alla guest experience, non posso fare a meno di valutare anche il business Plan. Il letto è un po' piccolo per due persone, ma devo dire che ho riscontrato questo problema in ogni struttura in cui sono stata in Grecia. Io e il mio compagno poi siamo entrambi altri oltre i 180cm, quindi immagino sia un nostro problema

Very disappointing stay. As soon as I got to the room, I found two cockroaches walking around. They were very fast and disappeared into hiding, so I spent the whole night worried they would come back. I couldn't sleep at all because of it. The room was also dirty, with dust and poor overall cleanliness. It's unacceptable to find insects in a hotel room, especially when the hygiene standards are so low. It's a real shame because the hotel offers good facilities and has potential, but the lack of cleanliness completely ruined my stay. I would not recommend it unless the management seriously improves hygiene and pest control.

La cuisine : sans plan de travail et surtout vaisselle sale, vieille, sans équipement minimum : on n'est pas sensé d'être obligé de manger au restaurant. Si on loue, au moins un minimum correct ! A part la cuisine, appart propre.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Hébergement de bonne taille, confortable, grande salle de bain. Système de code qui permet les arrivées et les départs à toute heure. Le port des ferries est pratiquement en face, 5-10mn de marche.
Cuisine minimaliste, très peu d'ustensiles disponibles. Mobilier vieillot, beaucoup moins beau et neuf que sur les photos.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Έμεινα στο Alexander Rooms & Apartments για μία νύχτα και η διαμονή ήταν γενικά καλή. Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι εξαιρετική, ακριβώς μπροστά στο λιμάνι και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Ηγουμενίτσας. Είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμο και ιδανικό για όποιον θέλει να εξερευνήσει την περιοχή. Ένα θετικό σημείο ήταν το παρκινγκ. Παρόλο που το κατάλυμα δεν παρέχει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης, υπάρχει δημόσιο παρκινγκ ακριβώς μπροστά του, οπότε ήταν εύκολο να βρω θέση για το αυτοκίνητό μου χωρίς προβλήματα. Όσον αφορά την επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα, ήταν άψογη. Μου παρείχαν έγκυρες και σαφείς πληροφορίες για το δωμάτιο και την παραλαβή των κλειδιών, κάτι που έκανε την άφιξη και την εγκατάσταση πολύ πιο εύκολη.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο, αλλά υπήρχαν κάποια περιθώρια βελτίωσης στον εξοπλισμό, κυρίως στο μπάνιο. Ορισμένα στοιχεία θα μπορούσαν να ανανεωθούν για μια πιο άνετη και σύγχρονη αίσθηση. Συνολικά, η διαμονή ήταν θετική και ιδανική για μία σύντομη απόδραση, αλλά με μικρές βελτιώσεις, θα μπορούσε να είναι ακόμα καλύτερη.
