The place is clean And spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets, which are good for my big family. All the amneties are as shown before the booking. The coordinating Staff (not sure the name) , is very accomodating And easy to communicate And fast with her responds in WA. Easy Check in And check out with less hassle. Receommended for big family. The pool at 7th floor is also nice And not crowded.

The lift. There is only 1 lift serving the unit 08 from 1st floor to 30plus floor. Waiting time is slow in certain peak hours or if there are other tenants / workers hogging the lift.

Its location is good.

Great location, highly accessible and many good eateries around, even late at night. Spacious hall and rooms.

TV a bit smallish. Sliding doors needs some fixing, as loosen, and not so strong to withstand the strong winds, so making some noise easily especially noticeable night or early morning. Bed mattresses a bit too hard for my likening, if can soften will be great. Also, a hanging shelf for body soap and shampoo will be good to have, rather than placing on floor. A microwave oven will be good too for heating up food, if any.

The floor seemed not very clean, still a bit dusty. I not sure towel not really clean or I allergy as my neck area feel itchy when I place the towel on the pillow to sleep. 😂😅 The master bed room toilet bath tub no lights, dim n we didn't use the bath tub at all. 😅😂 The common toilet don't have the shower head hose, only the top fixed one, if we don't want to wet our head, we have to tilt our head to suit the water flow down while showering. 😂😅

Great location near the mall. Hosts were quite responsive, detailed in their instructions, and quickly fixed an aircon issue.

Saw a few cockroaches in the kitchen and ants in the rooms, including a few on my bed. Only three out of four elevators were working and often crowded, causing delays.

Will be good to clarify number of bathrooms in each unit This 1-bedroom unit was spacious enough for 6pax (2 queen beds in the living room + 1 queen bed in the bedroom) with only 1 bathroom/ toilet While entire apartment is spotless, the bathtub wasn't ideal and the shower was enough only for quick wash up

The location is very strategic and alot of food to choose, fm hawker to restaurants.

1. The lift is disasters. We can wait for almost 25 mins and still not able to get into it. Have to walk down from more than 20 storeys. 2. 2 out of 5 beds are not clean. Some got insect bites all over our legs.

Efficient service, whenever problems arise, host is there via whatsapp.

Very run down facilities. When we checked in, basin choked, bidet spray leaking, kitchen cabinets spoil, balcony lights spoil, and washing machine gave a extremely loud noise which host claimed is over. To make things worse, the private lift was spoilt on our last day and it took us an hour to get to our airbnb. I'm not sure why would they practice keeping deposits when their facilities are so run down. However, the saving grace was a prompt and efficient team who helped us during our stay. Unfortunately, there are better accommodations out there.

The lift to the apartment wasn’t working and the pictures shown and actual unit is totally different and bidet not working. Aircon leaking and staff demands us to pay extra to upgrade cause the room wasn’t up to the standard of the pictures shown.

The location.If you have a big group, it's money worth if you are just looking for a bed to sleep in. The response from host was very quick.

The ad said its a three bedroom apartment but it's actually a two bedroom. We got a shock seeing three beds in the living room. The shower tap in the living room bathroom poses a danger to the user as one can knock the head against it while trying to squeeze some shampoo that's lying on the ground.

Poor house keeping, bad smell of cigarettes, dirty curtains, kitchen without basic requirements and floors never clean (no mop).

Slow lift but since it’s directly to the condo, it’s pretty good for the value still.

The toilet cleanliness can be improved as the sludge is visible. The dino swimming pool is separate and additional cost to enter.

the apt is too old and waiting for the lift is very slow and long and most importantly is the apt mattresses had issue like spring from the mattrress propping out and toilet faucet spoiled and etc we insisted them to change the mattress but was asked to cancel the booking and we take more then 3 hrs to negotiate about it wasting our time! and also the room I wanted and booked is so much difference.

very poorly furnished property. leather sofa was super old that the leather already cracked and had to be covered up by fabric to conceal the ugliness. Couldnt access to any TV channels except Youtube lousy curtains used noisy aircon compressor; unable to sleep well pillow too high, neck ache and couldnt sleep well More can be done to make the apartment comfortable. Sloppy apartment!

It was city view

Bedroom aircon was not cold, toilet bidet was leaking, bath tub was not fixed, it was shaking, cooking untensils was rusty, last day of our trip the electrical circuit caught fire and had smoke and we all panicked and called the property owner and they came and fixed it after 45 minutes. The bedsheets and blanket looked like they were not changed and reused, the bed in the bedroom was sinking in, the apartment really needed a make over, the tv was too small like a computer monitor.

Toilets were small and the water did not drain well. Aircon was leaking in the Master bedroom in day 1. No hot water kettle provided, no pots/pans provided, so having a kitchen was not very useful. Due to no room makeup service, need to manage ur trash disposal as well otherwise it would be pile up.

It was a nightmare and close shaved. The so-call three room in Towel B, #11-06 is using the hall with two queen sized beds, there is no privacy for the third room. The 7 pax got to share one bathroom in the master room as the shower glass screen was dislodged and shaky, it almost fell off as we used it. The support of the glass panel was broken. The agent didn't do a good check when given the apartment to us. This is totally unacceptable and not safe at all. The induction shove is not working also.

Bedsheets and the beds smell like they were not cleaned or changed. The bath tub was leaking and creaks when we tried showering in it. We have to stand outside the bathtub to bathe so as not to damage the bathtub. The bathroom reeks of stale urine. The lifts are hardly working and out of the four lifts, only one which we used, was working without a hitch. However, as there are 39 floors of residential units and one proper working lift, lift waiting time averages about 5-8 minutes in the mornings and in the evenings. The corridor leading to the unit reeks of rotting rubbish that emits from the room where refuse is thrown.

The unit was not cleaned. The pillow casing was not replaced and smelled bad with human saliva. I doubt the unit was throughly cleaned making it uncomfortable for us.

The location

The apartment can accommodate 10 pax but it’s a 2 bedroom apartment. The 2 big beds are at the hall. The sofa can only accommodate 2 person. The lift service really sucks. The waiting time is too long. It can’t accommodate to the crowd during festive seasons. There were 2 lifts but only one stops at level 20. During checkout it’s advisable to start to bring down the luggage early. The best way is to get in the lift when it’s going up. Going up the ramp for parking is another nightmare.

The water pressure is poor and the shower hose needs to be changed . The TV is not working . The cleaning fee of RM100 and tourist fee were not transparent

Location which are easy excess to many places. Many eateries around.

Master bedroom bathtub drainage seems like flowing out to the floor instead of drainage. Lift took so long. Everytime I took lift it's take about 10-20min.

Location is very convenient and the view from this unit was great. Host was wonderful, very responsive and clear instructions were given for check in, check out etc. It was great that this apartment is linked to the mall so access was easy especially since it was raining practically all the time during the 2 days when were were there. The only improvement that needs to be made is the elevator. It is very slow but this is probably not within the control of the host. Will definitely return if need to have a stay in JB.
