Some smell in the master toilet. The spare quilt does not come with a cover on the 1st night, and had to bear with the “stains and mould like spots”. Requested for a cover the 2nd day. Unit could have been better cleaned as some common area had mould growing (edges of the toilet shower screen and the sink area).

Reviewed Aug 11, 2024Smooth Check In. Details were clear by Host. Host was polite & prompt in replies too. Location for meals & Malls were quite convenient. Security in building was friendly. Lifts were smooth. The only plus point is Host requested for additional carpark lot as we have 2 vehicles driving in.
I guess it wasn't my Lucky long weekend staycation to get the Apartment where the condition of it has ALOT of improvision to be done. Walls were very dirty, stove was rusty, kitchen soap, toilet soap & shampoo could be more presentable. Instead of just using hooks for hanging of towels, a good steel bars should be installed. Some of the room curtains were not properly put up. Found some dirts in the quilt. I guessed for those reviews who mentioned they found ants could the same apartment that I've gotten.

Quite close to massage parlours and health spas, where many workers are staying in the units. It feels quite dodgy and a discomfort to me to see females in skimpy attires loitering around the establishment.

Cleanliness,there's a lot of ants in the kitchen table top especially cabinet near to the stove.Left over food(otak2) was found at top of the cabinet with army of white ants surrounding it.Kitchen cabinet near to sink loose.No tv channel or tv box and only youtube channel.Light for ceiling fan at hall no cover at all.Master bedroom shower tap loose.

What I saw in the picture is completely a cheat compared to what I got. Many things under the list of facilities were not provided. Faulty power sockets near the stove area, no match box or flickers for the stove.. smell gas leaking cz we were trying to find a way to use the stove, Faulty hairdryer and microwave, having a kid and a sick patient heating up the food and making some thing healthy wasn't possible. No mineral water as stated ..I had to buy my self, others..see my attached. Lizards and dust making us regret taking a homestay instead of hotel rooms. What is the point of cleaning fees? I think the unit n place really needs good maintenence, dirty pool, Faulty window, hvg a room at 28th floor is so risky with kids. I upgraded the rooms because the pics looked amazing.. The owner was polite in responding to my msg and gave us two parking lots but our stay n experience was ruined. None of us were happy but since it's alot of money, we had no choice to stay but we left before 12pm cz really wanted to check out fast

The unit appears to be quite dirty and dusty. It's evident that the curtains haven't been washed in months, as they're covered in dust and have turned grey. Additionally, one of the mattresses in the rooms is dented and not in acceptable condition.

Reviewed Feb 3, 2024The location was superb and the facilities like pool and gym were good. Lucky us they just reopen the pool after few months of shut down. The unit is quite big and spacious.
The unit itself is very basic. The toilet sink in the master bedroom could be polished better. They do provide android box with mouse but the mouse was not working and navigation was a lil bit difficult using remote. The internet was not that fast as what’s been reviewed by other users.
