The unit felt homely and comfortable, with a pleasant view.

Access card issues resulted in a parking charge at checkout. Wi-Fi details did not work, the master bedroom air-conditioner was leaking. The agent was non responsive too. Even after feedback was provided.

Was nice and spacious for the four bedroom.

We had a horrid time getting to our apartment. Difficult to locate. We had tried calling the number and our driver helped us get in contact with the hosts. We had booked for a three night stay but on our first night we had trouble looking for the apartment and they had double booked the place. We were then relocated to a small three bedroom place. On the second day we were relocated to our four bedroom place.

Bidet only available in common toilet. Mattress beds super hard, only book if your preference is such that. Pillows super flat, have to use my backpack for additional support. No microwave, no cutlery. I may book again in future if only for 1 nite

The place was not clean. Dirty toilets. No toiletries & uncomfortable beds. Far cry from our previous accommodation. Very disappointed..

my 3rd/4th time booking and staying in this apartment. rooms were clean. grocers and food were convenient. towels were provided. indoor sliders were by the door and convenient to use. common toilet has a bidet/spray.

there weren't any toiletries such as disposable toothpaste and toothbrush, besides the shampoo and body soap. to walk from ciq is still hectic due to the construction. but it's fine. It can't be helped.

Location is great

There are ants everywhere. There’s a layer of dust on the tables. When we flush the toilet for the first few times, the water is brown. Use the tap water when brushing teeth and there is a strong rust taste. No toiletries. Only a packet of tissue paper.

U can see the traffic going into the immigration chks at the border Grocery store was downstairs Everything was working well Finishes were impeccable although a little over the top with the marble borders on all floors The bay windows were a nice touch, if only the view were towards the sea The dining and kitchen area were very comfy

The area felt a little too foreign No view of the sea Buses honking at night Master Bed was a little small and bedsheets were not breathable Only 1 pot to cook with and had to heat stuff using the stove oven.

Too many procedure & form need to fill up. I only get the whatsapp from owner after I ask in the morning of the same day. Suppose to be 1 day before?

I love how clean the unit is and the information given is accurate.

Checking in was fuss free. Instructions given was very clear. The place was very clean and very convenient as right below is massage place and KK MART.

There is no netflix. Wifi coverage is also bad. I cnt find any signal in the masterbedroom. Aircon control in the living room was a universal one but is not functional. But luckily it was cold on a reset.

The cleanliness.. the detailed info from the host. Overall the apartment is comfortable

Collection from mailbox was a breeze. Unit was relatively well located. Jaya Grocer is just downstairs and there’s quite a few eateries if u need a quick fix. The security guards were awesome - very friendly and approachable. Yussy Staff were very responsive as well.

Toilets didn’t come with rubbish bins and the apartment should have provided broom and dustpan so that we can do our own cleaning. There’s a mop but it didn’t come with a pail so I can’t mop the floor as well.

1. Convivence. Easy travel to CIQ & Eateries. 2. Host is responsive and easily contactable 3. Scenic view 4. Access to the grocery is a breeze.

1. Hygiene - Mugs are dirty. Floor is dirty. Tables are dusty. Towels are available but too afraid to use it 2. Lack of essentials like hand soap. 3. Ants crawling between rooms. 4. Mattress is worn out - hard surface to sleep in. 5. Mosquitoes bites - feeling of a camping ground than a home stay. 6. Rumbling of Motorcycles and movement of vehicles can be heard especially in the night. 7. Smell of Cigarettes smoke (subjective opinion - I am a non-smoker).

Good location, responsive hosts, good security. Was a good stay overall.

Only 5 cups were provided for 6 people. Would be nice to have basic condiments for cooking as well.

Basically at R&F mall which offers lots of dining options. Host is very responsive and friendly. Guesrs should bring your own shower gel as only shampoo is provided. Toothbrush is also available if you need one. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The unit does not seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. Stains on sofa and in kitchen. The common toilet seat has a very well used/ stained look. My friend refuses to use it. The host can consider deep cleaning for the apartment and replace the toilet seat. The beds are extremely hard and flat so it is challenging to get a good rest/ sleep.

Great location. Loved that there were 2 bathrooms. The host was communicative and met us to pass the card. The premises were secure as there was always a security guard outside the entrance to our block. There was also a convenience store within the condo premises so we could easily get bottled water before heading upstairs etc. Overall, value for money.

Some stains on the sofa made it look a bit unclean.

No tissue box, not enough dustbin, don’t have spare pillow(only 2 per room), one hairdryer shared among us (4 bedrooms apartment) and the hairdryer is not even working well (no hot air). The aircon in master bedroom is very loud, affecting the sleep quality. Endured for 2 nights stay, don’t think will book again.

No regret of booking this unit. Strategic location (many eateries choices) & very comfortable during our stay in this unit. The host was superb helpful & patient in guiding us during our check-in, even though we were late in reaching there.

The process of getting the card to enter the parking and the unit is very tedious, the entire property is too big to navigate even by car, the car park is big & not well labelled, the car park card does not work the first time

Suggest to change the shower head for the common toilet. The internet too slow until the tv can't load any show.

The bed and sofa is extremely hard that ended up we didn't have a good sleep at night. It's like sleeping on a wooden board Toilet was dirty, toilet bowl has yellow stains that we had to take the bleach and clean it up. No bidet. Toilet drains has a lot of hair. Electrical jug still contains water from previous user. Cups dirty too Bed has no bedsheet only mattress topper

Thank you for a memorable stay here in jb. The apartment is beautiful and clean and the sleep on the bed is so comfortable. Aircon works well and cooling. We had a wholesome cozy experience in the very well renovated apartment with a priceless view. We are so pleased and thank you for the hospitality. ☺️

Apartment is clean with toileries provided.

For first timer u will face problem check in. No doubt the host is kind to explain the check in thru whatapps but u will still have so delay getting the keys from the letter box. Take some time to locate the block to the letter box, take some time to drive down to the basement carpark to find your block as the signage is not clear. Checking out need to tap the card 2 times to exit the carpark before returning the keys to the letter box. If u miss this step like me will end up unable to exit the second carpark gantry outside as yr touch n go card so no entry record. I need to go back to the letter box get the carpark card to exit outside the carpark gantry n then return the card again to the letter box. As say maybe first timer staying there will hv some problem
