Nill

Like how fast the admin response. Room and Aircon is clean.

No bidet. Toilet smells urination. Balcony must hard force in order to lock.

Another nice clean apartment, hosts also helpful

It’s near and lots of shops nearby

There were many small roaches running around. No space to hang wet towels. Utensils provided were rusty too.

High floor, clean, good location

There is a dog barking whole night

property no problem.

property no problem.

unit itself was clean and well-located

The experience was highly frustrating. Before arrival, the owner requested a security deposit via a local bank transfer—a requirement not disclosed on Booking.com. This is highly troublesome for travelers who lack local accounts and beats the very purpose of using platform like booking.com to pay for rental. Furthermore, paying in cash was not a preferred option as the collection time scheduled was 7 days after checkout. We had to literally waste a lot of time to arrange and agree on this deposit mechanism to workout as I was asked to check out if deposit was not paid. The other major issue occurred on next morning when the water supply was completely cut off till we checked out. We had to check out without being able to shower or clean ourselves. This caused us to miss scheduled appointments and waste significant time. Overall, it was a poor management, lack of communication and lack of servcie which created an unpleasant experience.

Puhas, köök, 2 vannituba.

Voodi oli kööbakas.

Nice location, stayed there quite a few times now no issues.

Apartment is big, with nice views and great location

Check-in is a total mess. They sent the details for apartment 33-07, we got to the location, they didn’t give me the code for the mailbox, once they gave it to me it didn’t work. I tried calling them but they don’t speak English. I figured out on myself that the apartment was the 43-07 and not 33. They didn’t help at all, plus they kept asking for a 200 ringgit deposit to be paid with cash promising to refund it (don’t know how given that they didn’t ask for bank details and I didn’t sign anything for the deposit, of course I didn’t give it). Nightmarish experience, avoid at all cost there are many other better options

Everything. The place is awesome and very cozy

Nothing

The location, convenience of everything! Link bridge to R&F Mall. Traveled into SG for day trip, free shuttle & link bridge to CIQ were convenient. Rooms cleanliness, comfort, staff quick reply, and Sunrise view!

There was no hanging rack in 2nd bathroom, living room fan remote was not available, balcony was dusty (but this is due to construction right opposite)

the house is clean n nice.. modern concept give good vibes..n comforble..we really do enjoy our stay thank you😁

its a hustle to go down n collect food from every delivery..

cleaness n tidy

no mirror at the room.

The TV might just be the only thing that was

The internet is TERRIBLE. I messaged to ask for help...they opened my message and ignored it. Went days with no internet or signal.

바다 전망도 좋고 괜찮았습니다. 몇가지 불만족 스런 점은 있지만 그 정도는 이해하고 넘어가야죠. 완벽은 없으니까요.

The location and cleanliness are okay

The staff is not professional, and the next day when I awake, I found a needle on the bed, they never tend to have any compensation for me. And the refund of my deposit took 10days to return, somemore its my intention to ask the refund status, if not it ma take longer time.

Location is great, and 8F is perfect. It is under good maintenance.

Clean & well maintain

Comfortable! Recommended for staying for vacation ❤️ 💯

Space enough forthe four of us. Check in and out instruction qas clear

There was only one bathroom so it was challenge to take turn for the needs. We stayed forthree nights but there were no broom or vaccuum for us to clean the unit. Washing machine was available it would be nice to have a washing liquid handy. Location not so suitable for my family. The place and location is more for chinese than others. Very limited halal reataurant around the nearby area. The nearby mall is also more to cater for chinese. I would not recommend for muslim travellers.

Cuma masalah parking car untuk extra kereta...

The location

No miror in the bedroom, smelly toilet at the rainshower area. Springgy bed for master bedroom. Fan not function inside 2nd bedroom and no light.

Host was able to assist with our request to upgrade to a higher room! We got to enjoy the new year fire works across Johor from the 45th floor unit!

swimming pool is closed on friday 9am to 12pm for cleaning!

The apartment was very new with all the required furniture in good condition. The location was easily accessible from the Johor Bahru checkpoint. The view was very nice from the apartment balcony. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. Bathrooms were neat and clean.

The apartment was slightly unclean, with some long hairs remaining on the floor. The carpet was not so clean (it is better to not provide the carpet in the drawing room in the first place). The cooking pots provided were not so clean, and they were rusty. Additional pots were required with the lid and big spoons. Water mugs were not provided. Only the induction cooktop was given and not the gas stove (instead the whole platform cooktop should have been with the induction setup; it could be more useful and safer than the gas stove).

All about the homestay is good. Very clean , fully equipped , same as the picture.

Nice location, room has everything you need

View so beautiiful. The bed and the sofa are so comfortable. Television working well.all good

Location so good

good方便

ok

The stay overall was comfortable. Just on 2nd night upstairs indians are having party that they on music very loud til 3am plus.

合适小两口，没有任何不好的评语

停车位比较难找，最后一天车位还被人用了，好彩当天晚上要交车给人，不然都不知道要停哪里。

Beautiful view from high floor, property was quite neat and clean. Rooms were ample in size, tastefully decorated. View from balcony and master bedroom looked across to Singapore, relaxing to sit at a high floor above the chaos of streets below. R&F Mall was accessible internally through covered walkways.

Could use with more utensils and some cleaning clothes/towels to wipe utensils and surfaces after use.

comfortable stay with good location, thoughtful staff and lovely spacious rooms . there were room slippers, soaps, water and towels provided that felt clean and comfortable to use

we found 2 baby cockroaches in the toilet :o and we only stayed one night… (<24h) i don’t mean to bash this property it’s still great but just a fair warning to anyone who is looking to book accommodations in this area, i was told by staff that it’s a building issue.

location, space

Bed not comfortable

Gym facility.

Rusty cooking pot. Given only 1 access card. Not safe and practical. All doors (including facilities), car park and lift in the building require the access card. Need to enter or exit together. Need improvement on direction.

The facilities were great. Swimming pool and the gym.

The mailbox to retrieve the room key is quite a walk away.

The place is nice.

The bed have bed bugs

Tiada

Semua suka sgt recommended

Dobra miejscowka, apartament zadbany czysty wszystko w pozadku

设备很齐全

清洁度吧，一去的时候下水道堵着了，清理了一大堆头发出来，还有一股异味。

Clean as described with many thoughtful touches. Provided house slippers, floor mat and hand towels.

Sofa too soft and no tissues.

This condominium is fantastic! Good price! The apartment is chic and offers a beautiful view. Clean, comfortable, with an excellent gym, close to immigration and the shopping center. To go grocery shopping, you have to cross the condominium, and you're already in the mall.

everyhting is great.
