Overall, the apartment is clean, nice, and spacious. The area is in a good location, close to the Singapore border.

The check-in process was extremely difficult. The host was rude. When we asked for a late check-out, it was not arranged. After check-out, there were some empty boxes that we did not use and kept in a corner, but the host forced us to pay extra for cleaning.

Our stay was only 2 days 1 night, spent most of the time outside the unit, so overall, it was a pleasant stay and the unit is clean. Quick respond by the owner or management when we need to communicate.

The smallest bedroom only has a ceiling fan and no air conditioning, so my family members have to sleep at the living room. The pin number to open the mail box for the access key was not working, however, the management was quick to respond to my message and provided me with a backup in. The main road to the residential maybe jam as it is also one of the roads to Malaysia custom.

Nearby to CIQ or JB Sentral is you want for group travel and more aminities here.

Noise and speeding vehicle from JB Sentral cause of massive traffic jam. Narrow road for pedestrian from JB Sentral to homestay cause of Rapid Transit System (RTS)'s construction and be careful when you walk there.

The host was very responsive when I couldn’t figure out why the aircon wasn’t turning on — it turned out there was a wall switch to be turned on first. When I mentioned that the room was quite dusty, the host offered to touch up, but we had already done it ourselves and were staying only one more night, so we declined the offer.

The room seemed dusty, as if it hadn’t been occupied for a while. The fridge wasn’t functioning, and the TV connection was unstable. Considering the price, we feel we would have been better off staying at a hotel.

Staff is so unfriendly. Burn our deposit for a thing that already broken before we arrived. Amenities incomplete.

Only the toilet when you showered, no partition so the floor is very wet on the sink and toilet after shower. But overall is nothing. Me and my family are satisfied with our stay, and the owner is very responsive and kind.😊

The apartment was very good. With a good view over the causeway. Facility in the apartment is ok except for the light in the smaller room which is not working and the bidet sprayer in the common toilet which is leaking.

The instruction to reach the apartment is not very clear. Getting the key is easy but no instruction were given to go to which wing, and also turn where when reached the level etc.

location wise is good. beds were comfy. toilet spacious. scenery good

aircond in master bedroom need to be serviced. put on 16°C whole night in master bedroom barely felt any coldness. had to use ceiling fan to cool the room

Nice place to stay. My family like it very much because just nearby to CIQ. The rooms and toilets are clean and comfortable.. quiet with peace..Will come again next time

The apartment was clean and well maintained. Check-in instructions were clear. High level so the view from the balcony was nice. Grab was easily accessible. Host was super nice not to take the deposit of 100 Rm as the payment method was not readily available for foreigners. Close to CIQ, city square. The swimming pool was nice as well. Nice view of singapore JB causeway.

First of all we were greeted by a very rude indian security guard who was literally barking at us like how we ended up there despite already registering with another person at the security post. Secondly the booking.com page says check in time is 3pm, however only after booking we are informed that check in is 3.30pm so that info is a little misleading. Thirdly the jam around the property is horrible especially in the evenings so a lot of time got wasted stuck in the traffic jam. Lastly like what some reviews says that it takes 5 mins to walk to jb sentral etc, is not accurate. There is no walking path so you will literally have to walk on the road which is very dangerous and not recommended especially with kids.

All in an instruction via whatsapp, but I struggled to get the details through in time, as my phone connected to a new network. I wish all instructions had been sent before we took off from England.

Just the entry procedure, when you are tired from a big travel, it just seemed a faff

Short walk from JB Sentral around 300 metres convenient foodstall 50 meters away. Room was on the 27 floor facing the city- awesome Pool, leisure and fitness room we’re fantastic however there was one steam and sauna were not working- disappointing

There was no staff and the security guards whose job title is security guard have a further role as receptionist. Why are the sauna and steam room in permanent state of maintenance?

The location was walkable to the shops, the big city square mall and the shops on Jalan Wong Ah Fook. The view was good even though the unit was the 11th floor. The gym was very well equipped and had a great view of one side of JB especially the night view. I didn't have a chance to use the pool but it looked nice and clean. Overall, it was a good experience. The aircon in all the rooms cool down the unit very quick and the ceiling fan helped to circulate the cool air.

There are few things that can be improved. 1. Install shower curtains. The floor gets very wet after every shower 2. There's no place to hang the clothes after washing. My suggestion is to get a portable clothes hanger as the balcony faces the morning sun. Otherwise, the guests has to hang on the balcony rails or on the chair on the dining table. 3. Check in instructions are excellent. BUT the time is strictly 3pm. Please ensure the guests know that there is no reception (no luggage can be left unattended) and the lobby is not meant for guests to wait for the room to be ready. We were lucky that the security guards allowed us to wait 2 hrs while waiting the room to be ready. 4. This is just a comment. My 2 sons are adults, so they took the 2 queen beds in the master room with the ensuite. My wife and I had to settle for the smaller room with one queen bed. This is not an issue.

One of the room light not working, and no air con only ceiling fan. High storey, strong wind blowing and the main door keep on making as if knocking sound. took them 3 days to return back the Deposit with us having to keep on msging.

The parking lot - no direct access to lift lobby. The toilet - slow water pressure and slow water flow (drainage) The carpet - dirty The ironing board - not comfortable using sit-down ironing board The main fan - not able to use when the lights are switch off.

Host was friendly and responsive. Apt was very nice and clean. Great view. We had a very enjoyable stay. Hopefully next time we can stay for a longer period.

There were 2 baby cockroaches probably from the drain. The switches were a bit confusing. Maybe can label them especially for the aircon.

However, the aircon is not that strong. Thus, the room is not cold. Luckily there are fans in the room. Mattress are very hard. People who like soft mattresses will not like such beds.

The heavy traffic to city Square. There is hardly any walk way and it's really dangerous to Jay walk across the heavy traffic.

Nice property with well equipped gym, swimming pool, bbq pit. Rooms were clean and comfy. Check in and out process was smooth. It's located close to CIQ and JB City Square/ Komtar.

The walk to the mall can get a little harrowing depending on the time as it traverses the busy street that serves the CIQ and Sentral bus terminal.

Great location, within 5-10 mins walk from Border Malay-Sin. The apartment is very clean, like walking to a hotel. we didnt expect it will be hotel like so it was super for us. The swimming pool is great for kids as well as adult to exercise.

I booked and paid for 9 pax, but total towel, pillow, blanket and bed only available for 8 pax. I msg to ask for extra but was told that the owner only provided inside room and don't have extra. If the owner can not provide the facilities as per headcount request, please don't accept the booking, i can find other accommodation that can accommodate my stay. It make our stay not comfortable. This was not last minute booking, i booked it since Apr 2024. I stayed here before in Jan 2024 with 6 pax and it was comfortable that why i choose to stay again, but in future i will not choose to stay here again. The mattress also no clean, got stain.

5-min walking distance to JB Sentral, good city view, clean, with drinking machine and microwave. Can request for changing towels for long stay.

1 No complete pedestrian walkway to JB Sentral, need to walk at roadside sometimes. 2 Not happy with the check-in process. The host said RM30 per hour will be charged if we check in earlier, however when we reach at 3pm, the cleaning process still hasn't completed, we only managed to check in at 3.30pm. When the host is particular with the early check-in charges but couldnt fulfill on-time check-in, I think it's a bit unfair, because the host didn't refund for delaying the check-in process and early check-out neither. 3 Need to walk through a staircase before reaching the lift from the assigned parking lot. 4 All the beds and mattresses are hard. 5 Toilet drainage needs to be improved, flood quickly when showeing

The apartment was clean and neat.

Some of the fixtures need maintenance - e.g. room 3 ceiling lights are fused. Bathroom has leaky tap and window panes' handles are loose.

Not able to alike this apartment. Will not come again though near to CIQ.

Agent didnt informed in advance the check in procedure until we informed we reaching the apartment around 3pm. Owner didn't provide toothbrush and toothpaste was ok. But basic items like tissue paper, toilet roll, shower and shampoo also never. This very surprising to us who used to travel. For Check in, we waited till 3.30pm. There was a big cockroach under the side cabinet after we came back buying bathing stuff. A picture being sent to the agent. They tried to make 'good' for extending our check out to 12noon. We left at 10am.

Close to CIQ which driven is to try this apartment unit.

Noisy throughout the night with loud traffic noise, there is a mosque right in front of the apartment with loud speakers, water pressure for shower in both bathrooms are weak and frail, not much utensils available if you want to prepare light meals, staying there for 2 nights, both nights were disturbed due to next unit guests couldn't access to their unit and knocking at our door and heard their unhappy tele-conversation with the host due to failure to open the door to their unit, it ended up, we had to help them to unlock for them to access, very annoying and disturbing nights. The access card to the front gate for car access didn't work for the entire stay. Won't come back for sure and won't recommend either.

Room was not the size as advertised. we arrived 5 people but room only has 2 double beds. owner claimed it was a mistake on booking.com but said they were unable to do anything about it. they provided an extra mattress that was pretty dirty and no extra sheets. the room is so small that there was barely enough space on the floor for it. Also lots of long hair from previous users on bathroom floor…eeew!

Comfy bed n pillow (most important), bathrooms with water heater, facilities like swimming pool (nice one), gym, leisure area and carpark.The unit is so clean, with aircondition unit in bedrooms and living room. Internet with wifi, smart tv perfect pair with sofa. Complete sets of kitchen appliances including microwave, refrigerator , induction cooker, water filter/heater system, cutleries, and dining table with seats. Washing machine as well. Quite decent area of balcony.Basically, the unit has everything that every human needs to live the life. Just dont forget to buy some groceries. Plus plus points, it is near Masjid Bukit Chagar, like 2 mins walking from Pak Guards house and before arriving at Masjid, there are 2 restaurant that selling breakfast and lunch, other than that, the residency also near CIQ/JB sentral about 7 mins walking to be at building. Also got petronas and shell petrol/diesel station nearby. Got 24 hours convenient store down the street, but it is a little bit pricey.

This is the new residency. Expect some noise from renovation works.

The property is quite new and quite comfortable.

The location. Although it is near to custom check point but you cant cut across to go to the shopping mall (city square) . You will have to take Grab. since it is near check point, there will be traffic jam to and fro this apartment. Not very accessible.
