At first was I was a bit worried about the proximity of railway, but finally it was not a problem.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the most wonderful stay at Chalet Diana! From the moment we arrived, we felt so comfortable and at home. The views are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. 🏔️❤️ The chalet had absolutely everything we needed for a perfect stay, and I have to mention the shower… honestly, the BEST shower! 😂🚿 Diana was so lovely and incredibly helpful throughout our stay, making everything so easy and enjoyable. We have absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend Chalet Diana to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. Beautiful serene location with an unobstructed view of lake brienze away from city hustle . Host Diana was cooperative .

Chalet Diana is situated right on the lake and has private access if you want a quieter swim. We went as a family of four. The adults had a separate bedroom and the kids (10&11) both had sofa beds in the open plan. The kids loved it. Probably the most scenic place I’ve ever been.

We have no complaints at all.

דירה נפלאה שנראית בדיוק כמו בתמונות. הדירה נמצאת בקומה העליונה של ביתה של דיאנה המקסימה, שמקבלת את פניכם ומסבירה כל מה שצריך לדעת. דיאנה, את נהדרת! 🤗 בדירה יש סלון, מטבח מאובזר עם תנור, כיריים, מקרר, תה, קפה, מכונת אספרסו עם קפסולות וכלי מטבח. חשוב להביא אתכם את מוצרי המזון שתרצו, כדי שתוכלו להכין לעצמכם ארוחות בדירה. יש ארבע מיטות, שתיים באזור הסלון והמטבח ושתיים בחדר השינה, שפונה אל האגם הטורקיז. בחדר השינה יש מזגן חזק ונפלא שעזר לנו מאוד בימים החמים. בחדר הרחצה יש אמבטיה, שירותים, מכונת כביסה עם אבקת כביסה, מייבש ומתלה לכביסה. מומלץ להביא שמפו ומוצרי שיער אישיים. יש מגבות רחצה, אך כדאי להביא מגבות נפרדות לאגם. האגם הטורקיז מרהיב ביופיו ונראה בדיוק כמו בתמונות, ויש גישה לאזור פרטי ושקט על שפת האגם. יש חניה צמודה לדירה והאזור מלא במקומות נפלאים לטייל בהם. אהבנו מאוד ואין לנו ספק שנחזור. תודה רבה על המקום הנהדר ותודה מיוחדת לדיאנה המקסימה. A wonderful apartment that looks exactly like the photos. It is located on the top floor of the lovely owner Diana’s home. She welcomes you and explains everything you need to know. Diana, you are wonderful! 🤗 The apartment has a living area and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, stove, refrigerator, tea, coffee, an espresso machine with capsules, and kitchen utensils. It is important to bring the food you would like so you can prepare your own meals in the apartment. There are four beds, two in the living room and kitchen area and two in the bedroom, which faces the turquoise lake. The bedroom has a powerful air conditioner that helped us a lot during the hot days. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, washing machine with laundry detergent, dryer, and clothes drying rack. It is recommended to bring your own shampoo and personal hair products. Bath towels are provided, but it is a good idea to bring separate towels for the lake. The turquoise lake is breathtakingly beautiful and looks exactly like the photos, and there is access to a private and peaceful area by the lake.

Chalet Diana is an amazing, quiet apartment with direct access as well as a great view to the beautiful Brienzersee. The apartment was fully equipped, easy to find, and had good access to public transport to Riggenberg center and to Interlaken. Check-in was very easy, despite our late arrival, Diana and her daughter showed us around. Cooking basics were also available in the kitchen.

The view was just outstanding, waking up in the morning in front of the lake was worth every penny , everything was clean and the bedroom even had an A.C which for me was impossible to find in Switzerland, Diana was very kind Thank you for everything

Къщата е разположена до зона за плаж и къпане, непосредствено до къмпинга.Тихо и спокойно е с невероятна гледка и от двете големи тераси.Едната я огрява сутрин, а другата следобед, така че в зависимост дали търсиш сянка или слънце, имаш избор.Удобните мебели те карат да седиш и пиеш кафето или чаша вино дълго, съзерцавайки езерото. Diana е мила и ненатрапчива домакиня.Беше ни оставила достатъчно кафе за всичките дни престой, прах за пране и таблетки за миялната. Има голям хладилник, което е добре, защото си напазарувахме за всичките 7 дни и ни беше много удобно. Наблизо няма магазин или заведение, но има автобусна спирка недалеч и с безплатните карти, които Diana ни даде за транспорт в околността, лесно се стига до Интерлакен и някои други села.Удобство е и предоставеното ни паркомясто,защото бяхме с кола.Хареса ми и отворения гардероб в спалнята- без врати, което се оказа безкрайно практично :) Много хубава къща, която надхвърли очакванията ми. Благодарим много!

Като препоръка бих дала да има повече съдове, за да може миялната да се използва по-рационално.

Diana responded quickly via messages. Instructions were clear. The place was clean and relaxing. Love the lake view. There were 2 washing machines and the kitchen utensils were complete! Free visitors' card, can take buses and get discount.

This was a charming chalet in a quiet neighborhood a bit outside of Interlaken, though free public transportation cards were provided and the bus line was very straightforward. The host was very communicative, and parking was easily accessible. The home was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The views were exceptional with 2 balconies to chose from. It was out of Interlaken a bit. We thought this was geat. very easy to get too by boat, train or bus.

Excellent location beside Lake Brienz. 10 mins by bus from the Interlaken ost station. Owner is friendly as well and all the basic amenities are provided.

I stayed for 5 days during my trip to Switzerland and I couldn’t be more satisfied. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The chalet was spotless, well-equipped, and offered a breathtaking view of Lake Brienz right from the balcony. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to Interlaken for easy access to shops and transport. It was the ideal base for exploring the Jungfrau region. Diana was incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing clear instructions and even thoughtful local tips. The atmosphere was warm and homely. Plus point that Diana was very thoughful enough for installing the bidet in the toilet. This is surely hard to find anywhere else in Swiss! It truly felt like a home. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a serene, scenic getaway with all the comforts you need. I would definitely stay here again!

The host was incredibly friendly and responsive and make checking in and out a breeze. The location could not have been better, with beautiful views of Lake Brienz and a short walk to both the bus and the rail stations. I did not realize there was a washer and dryer, which was an added bonus. The AC and WiFi worked great, and it was very nice of our host to include adapters for the electrical outlets.

We were only provided one roll of toilet paper and needed an extra roll because we ran out on our last morning. Luckily we had baby wipes on hand. We were also only given two bottles of shampoo and no bath soap.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful water view. This is probably the best location to enjoy the most beautiful scene of Lake Brienz. I stayed here for five days and saw different skies above the lake and mountains. Just amazing and mostly breathtaking.

No. I never thought I would see the most beautiful nature next to the main train station. Some distance from the city center is a necessary trade-off. Reigenberg is only a 10-minute bus ride away, no problem at all.

It was pretty quiet and calm. Easy to reach. You get a lake view from bedroom and its balcony. Host is lovely and helpful.

No shops nearby. Make sure you carry things to eat or any medical kit required.

The location is awesome, right next to the Lake Brienz. The Chalet is very clean and has everything a family needs on their vacation. The kitchen has all the required utensils and basic spices, oil etc which was helpful. The towels are very clean and the blankets are very nice and cozy. Everything about the Chalet is perfect. And the owner Diana is a lively lady who was very helpful and waited for our late check in time and didn't even charge us any extra amount. Also she was so kind to waive off the city tax as we checked out in rush. I will be glad to come back to stay here again and highly recommend this place.

there is a kitchen，quite after 10pm

we were assigned to ground floor room，barely see the lake view as there is one chalet blind your sight/view….The upstair family are extremely noise during our stay， the chalet has no soundproof！Owner is lived in the chalets behind guest chalet，but her ones are much nicer than the guest house，believe she rent out the old one/less renovated one to the guest cause facilities are quite old and not that clean；We stayed few nights but towels only offered on first day！Owner wont clean the room everyday，we have to throw the trash ourselves and we dont have the trash bags in the room！ In this price better find more convenient hotel in Interlaken. Also，the gravel road to her chalet scrached our new suitcase……

The place was unbelievably great! It’s right next to lake Brienz, offering stunning views. The studio was well kept and quiet. Best of all, the host/property owner Diana was super nice and helpful!! After checking out, since it was raining, she even offered and dropped us with our bags to the bus station in her car. Thanks Diana! Would definitely recommend this place for those visiting Interlaken.

Awesome location on the lake. Able to cook food with small kitchen. Provided with guess card for free bus around area.

Shower was leaking water all around bathroom even if we were carefull with curtain. Owner had advised us.

No washing machine during these 5/6days

The place we stayed was well equipped with all facilities. We can cook our own food. Clean clothes, dishwasher is available. Coffee maker. Oven, fridge. The view from the room is mesmerising. The host just handed over the key and after that we just saw her once, no interference. Very loving and enthusiastic host I must say.
