Reviewed Sep 15, 2026L'atenció dels propietaris millor impossible. L'hotel està just davant del llac, amb vistes increïbles, en un poblet molt tranquil i molt a prop d'interlaken. Tot l'hotel en general molt ben decorat i fins i tot amb sons d'ocells de fons. Hi ha galetes i fruita que pots agafar quan necessitis. I aigua gratuïta, fins i tot ampolles d'aigua fresca en una nevera. També té una petita sala on es pot planxar la roba!! En definitiva, genial!!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Ringgenberg是个宁静的小镇，酒店位于火车站后面，需要绕过铁轨抵达酒店。如果到晚了，钥匙会放在门口的box里，密码会发邮箱。酒店是座很漂亮的传统木屋，早餐厅尤为惊艳，在这么漂亮的地方吃着早饭，听着音乐，阳光洒在身上，心情变得很平和，觉得这个世界真美好啊，好想就这样静静地坐一整天。很好奇当地人生活在这样美好的地方，还会有什么烦恼吗。

Leider entspricht die Ausstattung nicht dem gezahlten Preis. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und besonders das Badezimmer war sehr klein und renovierungsbedurftig.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026La situation de l'hôtel en bordure du lac avec une très belle vue pour les chambres de ce côté. L'accueil, les conseils et la gentillesse du personnel. La possibilité de stationnement gratuite. La tranquillité du lieu.
La petite chambre que nous avions côté montagne donne sur les voies du chemin de fer dont les trains absents la nuit passent assez tôt le matin avec le bruit qui va avec. D'autant que l'hôtel ne bénéficie pas de climatisation et que nos enfants qui partageaient cette chambre, dormaient fenêtres ouvertes. Le lit double de cette chambre est par ailleurs un peu étroit pour deux adultes. Salles de bains un peu juste en taille 8

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Un petit hôtel charmant et authentique. Nous avons reçu un accueil particulièrement chaleureux et de nombreux bons conseils pour notre séjour. La situation est idéale pour visiter la région d’Interlaken. Il n’est pas nécessaire de se déplacer en voiture et vous pouvez aisément prendre le train qui vous mènera vers Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, Luzerne, … La vue sur le lac est superbe et nous conseillons donc de prendre une chambre avec balcon.
Le train passe juste derrière l’hôtel, ce qui est un peu dérangeant le matin si vous avez une chambre latérale.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026早餐丰富，在湖景边吃早餐很享受，有幸订到这件百年木屋，前台女士热情的性格可以感染到每一位客人，酒店可以给到因特拉肯游客卡，对于去少女峰自驾的游客很友好，可以坐火车前往，不用在terminal停车。最让我们感动的是，酒店有电梯，不用搬箱子上楼，哈哈。房间有提示说隔音不好，但我们住的2天还是可以感受到房间的安静，虽然火车在房间附近驶过，但没有感到吵闹。酒店附近没有什么吃的，但是可以订外卖，一楼提供一次性餐具方便住客。20:00以后会把钥匙放在钥匙盒，自主入住。酒店的国人非常多，我们看到了很多中文的评价卡。

Com as recentes ondas de calor, penso que seria interessante que o hotel investisse em um sistema de refrigeração. O quarto estava bem quente durante à noite. Outro ponto que poderia ser melhorado é o fato de os quartos não possuirem frigobar. Há apenas uma geladeira comunitária em um dos andares.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026推开窗就是美丽的景色，很静谧，wooden的房间，维护得很好。虽然不是在游客很多的地方，但是到interlaken ost等交通枢纽也有比较方便的巴士或火车。房间很干净，早餐也不错，前台很friendly，是我们在蜜月旅行中一个非常印象深刻的地方。

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional place to stay. The lake view is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were kind, friendly, and very welcoming. The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy nature and a quiet stay while being close to Interlaken. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026Very comfortable room, excellent staff and wonderful breakfast. Staff were also very helpful when we needed to change a booking incorrectly made in Germany later. The decor was very attractive throughout and English was spoken.
Nothing. All was perfect, or as perfect as possible during the awful heatwave. Our stay could not be faulted.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Easy access location by bus and train, best views of lake Brienz and mountains, clean facility and availability of kettle, water, storage space in the room. Loved the quirky paintings and decorations.
Everything was good except that we experienced smell of drainage on two nights. This was not the smell of liquid slurry on farms we have experienced elsewhere. Standard breakfast with not much variety however it was enough for the morning.

We requested a birthday surprise, and they exceeded all our expectations—it was beautifully arranged and made our celebration very special. The staff and the owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always responded quickly to our messages. Their hospitality was outstanding. The breakfast was absolutely amazing—one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend this hotel.
