Was playing at the Waihi Beach RSA so location was perfect. Nice, friendly couple showed us everything about the accommodation. Great shower, plenty of tea, coffee, milk plus lots of breakfast cereals, bread, yogurt & tinned fruit. Comfy bed (shame there wasn't a headboard attached). Small table & chairs outside to have your morning coffee/tea with nice garden view. Parking outside so my music gear was safe in my Ute.

Need a headboard for the bed (not nice resting on the cold concrete wall) & a humidifier in the room to get rid of the pervasive smell of musty damp.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped. We had everything we needed :) Moreover, we appreciated warm welcome from Pam and Keith!

We were sorry we could stay only one night :/

The place was well appointed, had everything you could need. The included breakfast had plenty of options, and was very thoughtful. The hosts were very gracious, and met us on arrival to give us a few local tips and tricks and in the room itself there was a couple of local maps and a well put together pamphlet with all the local details, as well as room details.

Large apartment in a quiet street. Walking distance to Waihi Beach village. It was clean and the hosts were very kind and helpful. Nice breakfast of toast, and cereals. A real home from home.

All good nothing we didn’t like.

By far the best accommodation we experienced during our three weeks in New Zealand. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and well appointed, with a private outdoor setting. The breakfast selection provided was an added bonus.

The unit is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The sunrise in he morning us fabulous!

We really appreciated the fresh milk, bread and cereals every day. Bonus of home grown tomatoes which were delicious. The accommodation provided us with clean bath towels on demand and they also had beach towels we could use. The unit was lovely and clean, quiet and perfect for our stay. Very handy to the village and to the beach. Hosts were very accommodating and I would definitely recommend this property.

The property was nice, clean and tidy. Has a lovely view out of the kitchen window. The hosts were lovely and easy to deal with.

All the little details; tea, coffee, chocolates and good selection for breakfast - jug of milk was so nice compared to the little packets we've had in other accommodation. The hosts have clearly well thought out, considered place to stay, walking distance to shops and eateries and not far from the beach also.

Footsteps and muted voices from room above was noted but it wasn't obtrusive

Spotlessly clean with every amenity, just like home. The bed was very comfortable,the kitchen was fully stocked. Loved it!

I loved practically everything that was there. The place, location, the hosts were most inviting and friendly. The furniture and the bed were comfortable and adequate. The utilities provided were indeed in excellent condition, the cleanliness of the kitchen was immaculate. All electrical appliances were in good working order. The bathroom was clean inside and the nettings around the bottom apartment was a bonus for during the evening to prevent mosquitoes from entering. Outside on the porch held a lovely view of the beach and the field. With morning breakfast provided and restocked, my fiancé and I felt much at home. Everything is as should be.

Everything that we needed was provided including generous portions and good variety for our sell serve breakfasts in the good sized kitchen. Thank You. Unit is very roomy. Outlook was good and we had an easy walk into town for coffee and lunch venues. Hosts provided us with the necessary card for easy use at the local RSA. We enjoyed our three night stay.

This is a lovely ground-floor studio apartment within the owners' house. They greeted us warmly on arrival but respected our privacy throughout the stay. The space is open-plan, with the bed and kitchen in the same room, and it felt spacious and well laid out. They had thoughtfully prepared some breakfast items for us on the counter and in the fridge. The beach is just a few minutes away by car—though we visited in autumn and couldn’t fully enjoy it!

I had to deal with a few spiders in the bathroom, but given the beautiful garden at the back of the house, it’s not surprising to encounter these occasional uninvited guests.

A clean and comfortable room. Plenty of breakfast options. A short walk to the township with its cafes and bars, and the lovely white sand beach. A sliver of sea and a spectacular sunset from the window of the property.

I can't think of how it could be improved. It was perfect for us for a couple of days.

Breakfast was included in the room rate, great choice of cereals and fruit, toast and choice of spreads, lovely not to have to go out and find somewhere to eat. The hosts were very welcoming.

No complaints, would stay here again if back in Waihi Beach.

This accommodation is in a lovely setting with a pretty view, close to the main centre. The owners were welcoming & friendly. They provided breakfast supplies. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed & a very clean bathroom. Highly recommended.

Keith met us on arrival. The property had all you required and was close to the town. The breakfast that was provided was great, all you needed to set you up for the day.
