The host contact number was unusually reachable as the receptionist confimed because i have been there to lay my complaint today i only spoke to a cleaner, who didnt come to work because no cleaning was needed as the apartment wasnt used because i didnt get access.

Great location, but the apartment needs better upkeep The apartment is spacious and has a lovely layout, and the location is excellent — within easy walking distance of Rosebank Mall and in what felt like a safe, convenient area.

However, the apartment was surprisingly cold during our stay. There is no air conditioning, and we had to request a heater because it was genuinely freezing. The overall upkeep also left something to be desired. While the space itself has a lot of potential, it felt like it could have been maintained and cared for much better. A great location and a lovely, spacious apartment, but the standard of upkeep needs improvement.

Apartment was clean, neat and well furbished. It is next to Rosebank mall, very convenient, yet very quiet. We slept really well. Safe parking.

Check in process was a disaster. I ended up in tears at the reception before someone was called to assit me. Booking.com's client services did not respond to the message and the phone was answered by AI saying we should contact the property - not helpful at all. When I phoned the propery's number, no-one answered. The booking said keys would be at reception, but reception is 2 security officers wanting to know what the unit nr is - which I did not know. Eventually, after everyone in the car was fighting, hungry, cold and tired from the drive, someone came and assited me. It took at least 45min to check in and recieve our keys. We had a very late dinner, and enjoyed the rest of our stay very much.

The location was clean, it was close to all the necessary amenities. (Restaurants, shopping and entertainment)

I paid for Breakfast and none was provided. It’s is never an option given/provided I was told at the front desk when I inquired. No proper heating as it was cold( the ending of Winter)

Friendly staff and they made our stay comfortable. We had a baby and they let us check in early just to make our stay comfortable. Definitely coming back!!!

It got really cold at night, there’s a small heater which barely heats the place so maybe consider a bigger heater for the cold winter nights.

The cleanliness of the premises & courteous staff on duty . It is situated in an excellent location, which is a few metres from Rosebank Mall . The Apartment was spacious & comfortable & neat & clean.

I couldn’t locate the air conditioner. A microwave cover would be a great addition . Checkout time should be extended to 11am .

It was very peaceful. Love that I had some peace. The apartment was waking distance to Rosebank Mall.

Only one shower for a two bedroom unit with 4 adults not acceptable. No toilet in second bathroom. No curtains in second bedroom resulted in corridor lights being unpleasant at night.

Limpeza eu paguei pela limpeza extra porque eles fazem apenas de 3/3 dias e na hora do booking não havia essa informação e mesmo assim eu pedia para trocar lençóis não trocavam pedia para trocarem toalhas no qual eu paguei um dia a trabalhadora apanhou a suja do chão e pendurou limpeza pessima. Nao foi uma estadia confortável

Location was brilliant next to shopping centre, staff was friendly. Kitchen had all the basics, nicely cleaned every day.

We pointed out a few broken items in the apartment like chairs, cupboards, blinds, ironing board that will hopefully be replaced to make apartment top notch

There was no 2 pin plugs so all equipment (wifi, heaters, tv) could not work. I requested and they said they will send 1 up to me but nothing came. Multiple messages to them and still no help

The property had great communication. Check-in was very easy and they accommodated us with an early check in. The property is within walking distance of Rosebank Gautrain station & Rosebank Mall. It felt very safe and secure. The apartment itself was extremely spacious and kept extremely clean & tidy - we'll definitely be back again.

If i have to knit-pick because the property really is just fantastic! Would be a suggestion of a blackout curtain for the 2nd bedroom. There is a window onto the hallway that is always lit, it has a blind (which doesn't do the greatest job) so there was quite a lot of light coming into the 2nd room at night.

Liked the proximity to the mall. Friendly and welcoming security at the reception and parking.

The staff member who came to collect payment at the room, was very condescending and did not take our concerns seriously. He in fact downplayed every concern by pointing out why we were wrong in having that concern. He used all his energy explaining to us why our concerns were not valid and he won't be doing anything about it. Our major concern was that this flat was the worst flat that we stayed in for the past 2 years since we began staying at Tyrewhitt. After constantly backing up his excuses with "changes in policy" for each apartment, he mentioned that housekeeping would be done every 3rd day , we are used to daily housekeeping for short stays. After confirming that housekeeping will NOT be done the next day, the housekeeper entered our apartment without us being notified. No complimentary water, small milks or anything, that we were accustomed to from our previous stays was provided. Linen was thin and worn out. Compliments to the guy who assisted us when checking out who explained changes in policies and was sympathetic to our concerns and disappointment and mentioned that he'd bring it up with management.

It was the coldest day of the year. The apartment is freezing with no heater and 1 thin blanket per bedroom. I froze and got very sick from that 2 day stay.....

Meu caso em particular: eu ia lá com alguém , então pediram que enviasse a foto dos documentos para o acto do check in , independente de qualquer situação só podia ir com aquela pessoa, na última hora a pessoa não podia vir comigo pelo que tive ir com outra pessoa, então tinha enviar documentos da nova pessoa mas com alguma dificuldade se fez a troca , imagina se a terça pessoa por alguma situação não podesse ir ??? Epha sinceramente acho que estas coisas pecisam deixar claras antes do pagamento , fora a isso estava tudo bem !

Host was just very very difficult to deal with. We had issues during our stay but Host was not willing to deal with them with the client best interest at heart. I felt he was just doing things by the book even though most of the issues were beyond my control I would not recommend for anyone to deal with this Host.

dApartment had no internet router and was sorted out the next day. the main room window could not be closed as the window handle was broken. this issue was reported but not fixed.

The superior 2 bed apartment was amazing…. Well kept and clean. Perfect for a girls weekend away with my bestie. Walking distance from the mall and all the vibey restaurants. Very safe to walk about.

We initially had a small issue with our original apartment due to water problems, but the way the staff handled it was impressive. They responded quickly and upgraded us to a much bigger suite, which made the experience even better. The service throughout our stay was excellent, professional, and welcoming from check-in right through to check-out. You can tell they genuinely care about guest experience. Would definitely stay here again.

The concierge, Ash, was absolutely outstanding. Made me feel extremely welcome and saw to every need. The location is brilliant. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was spacious with a lovely view and enough storage space.

The soft furnishings such as the carpets and curtains need a thorough professional deep clean. The beds were too soft.

It is beautiful. And centrally located just next to the mall.

We ran out of electricity...The person who stays above our flat started hitting on something at 3pm on Sunday until 11pm at night and it was very noisy. Iron had water coming out and splintered on clothes and the floor. The fact that we can't change towels is unsettling and they were very hard.

Very unprofessional. The pics did not look like the apartment. There were no toilet paper in toilets and towels weren't replaced daily. The 1 little heater wasn't sufficient for the entire apartment and was throwing sparks. Cleaning staff was very unfriendly. The apartment was extremely cold. Very unpleasant stay!!!!

Perfect location, close to all amenities. Away from all the noise. People in the building mindful of their noise levels which makes for a pleasant experience.

Vehicle parkings too small for bigger vehicles and parking allocation for two vehicles were not next to each other.

Very smooth and easy check inn process. The reception staff were friendly and quite helpful, ensuring that waiting time was short. The property is close to the core of Rosebank and the train station, making commuting so much easier. It was also a good self catering apartment with all the equipment needed.

The beds and headboards could use some change. The same applies to the bedding and linen. Always recycle these components, they are prone to wear and tear.

I struggled to get in, the responsible people were off, i had to take a very long calls exchanges to get in the room, since i was with kids, this was very frustrating

The accommodation is centrally located, walking distance from Rosebank Mall and close to Sandton, Johannesburg CBD and other locations. The team are helpful and responsive.

Some features in the apartments need maintenance (cushion covers, lamps).

I loved the location. Beautifully furnished apartments, close to the mall - all hotspots, a walk away from the best restaurants. Friendly and helpful reception and staff. I loved staying here, it was a pleasure to get back from the few late nights to a clean and fresh apartment.

Just the towels situations. Expect them to be washed every second day, so it doesn't hurt to bring a spare one. There is a washing machine however, which is in the apartment to use. There are also no adaptors, make sure to bring your own.

The apartment is a bit run down, it needs maintenance, the furniture is worn down and there is a fair bot of mold in the shower.

The location was great and receptionist was really friendly and all staff is really friendly

The room had a weird smell, it was not clean at all, sheets were stained, items like a kettle was missing, the smell on the room actually made me a little nauseous.

- Functional space and facilities for solo traveller - Great proximity to Rosebank Mall - Wonderful view of the Johannesburg Suburbs with occasional fresh breeze. - Secure space that is serviced every other day.

- DSTv not fully functional as it kept rebooting / upgrading, thankfully Netflix was available alternative. - Heavy front door that may need you to intentionally close it otherwise it bangs quite loudly.

Small room not feeling well airated, Lounge chairs need a change (overused), incomplete kitchenware like no cooking Pan, an overhead shower in the main room bath tab would be useful.
