Es ist ein bissi hellhörig,das hat uns zeitweise etwas irritiert. An die Nutzung einer Klimaanlage muss man sich gewöhnen.

The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and helpful from start to finish, making check-in and check-out completely seamless. Everything was as described. Highly recommended!

I recommend it. The hotel is small but nice and spotlessly clean. It is located on a quiet street, so there are no annoying noises. I stayed in room 35. I really liked that the room had a small terrace—a big advantage for me. Both the room and the bathroom are brand new and a good size, which is great. The bed is King-size and very comfortable—and that is important! The air conditioning works perfectly. The WiFi signal was strong and stable (something that doesn't always apply to other hotels in Thessaloniki), so I managed to get my work done.

There is no reception, which makes communication difficult. There is a public parking lot in front of the hotel, but the hotel does not have its own parking spaces.

Faptul ca ne-am trezit seara la 22.00 după un drum de o zi cu un cod bun dar cu cheia camerei lipsa din cutia cu cod, ca am sunat repetat și nu a răspuns nimeni, eram Franței de oboseala, cu bagajele în strada și fără camera, fără cina, după mult timp și multe mesaje, mail-uri, telefoane date de noi și de alți turiști cazați acolo, la care nu a răspuns nimeni, a trimis cineva un mesaj confuz ca li s-a încurcat calendarul și ca ne oferă o alta camera. Nu era camera cu balcon. Era o camera micuța, greu de strecurat prin ea, la pat se ajungea la etaj pe o scara horror pentru mine care am poliartrita severa. Urcare, coborârea a fost un coșmar, sa mergi de la pat de sus, pe scara infernala, la baie și înapoi, a fost de coșmar, cu dureri și chin, cu ajutorul soțului, de ne povestit. Peste asta, a doua zi, mic dejunul plătit nu a aparut. Deloc. Deși ni se promisese ca de dimineață vom fi mutați în camera plătit, alte bagaje carate, exact ce voiam sa evitam, mutatul și caratul de colo-colo, nu a răspuns nimeni. Ne-am dus sa verificam din nou, dacă a apărut cheia, dacă au schimbat codul. Noi, altfel, având program de vacanta stabilit, nu timp de pierdut așteptând sa ne mutam și sa mâncăm. Ne-am mutat noi, fără vreun anunț, ajutor. Mesaje, mail-uri, mesaje pe whatsapp, nimic, după 12 a apărut un mesaj de regrete și care comunica despre camera ca e libera. Am solicitat restituirea banilor, pentru ca nu am plătit pentru o astfel de camera horror, pentru micul dejun pe care nu l-am primit. Nu am primit nimic, nici o compensație măcar, deși spuseseră intr-un mesaj ca vor lua în considerare ceva compensație. Impardonabil. Camera oferita nu era în rândul celor destinate clienților. Asa ca, din păcate, pentru noi a fost o mare teapa, niște gazde dezinteresate de clienți.

We dont get what we saw on Booking picture. Two person can not pass. He say we have sef check in but we are on WhatsApp 24h we have problem for parking i text there and till this moment no answer on my mesagaes . Small room. Small fridge But he have a calendar for us and small notebook from owner 🙄 From what we see we are not get even 20%

For a short stay of 1 or 2 days, this is a decent option. In walking distance of city centre and other tourist areas. Even though the street seems sketchy at night, it was generally okay. If you’re in luck, you can even find a parking space in front. Communication with the host was also nice.

Rooms look neatly organized in pictures, but sadly our room seemed worn down, which was mostly visible in the bathroom. Seems like some renovation or better cleaning would be needed. There was also an unpleasant cigarette smell all over, probably from previous guests who smoked in the room.

Otelin konumu, odaları, temizliği, kolay ulaşımı, araçlar için park alanı vb. imkânları son derece iyiydi.

Binanın ve odaların ses yalıtımı çok kötüydü. Otelin içi ve dışındaki tüm sesler odaların içine geliyordu maalesef. Ayrıca; otelin dış kapısı kapanırken, asansörün kapısı açılırken (yağlanması gerekiyor), odaların balkon kapılarındaki sineklikler kapanırken (birleşme noktalarında mıknatıs olduğu için) çok yüksek ses çıkıyor maalesef. O nedenle uyumakta çok zorluk çektim. Eğer siz de gece hayatını seviyorsanız, sabah saatlerinde uyumakta çok zorlanabilirsiniz. (07:00-12:00 saatleri arası otel çok gürültülü oluyor.) O nedenle farklı bir oteli seçmenizi tavsiye ederim..

Kahvaltı yeterli ve güzeldi konumu iyiydi. Klima ve soğutması iyiydi, memnun kaldık.Herşey yeterli ve çalışıyordu. Mesajlarımıza hızlı dönüş ve yardımcı oldular.

Everything was perfect.

Only if your with car, parking availability is 50/50.

Even though we arrived at midnight, we were able to find a parking spot for our car. Checking into the apartment was also very easy. It offers excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

The soundproofing could perhaps be improved a little. Other than that, there was nothing we disliked.

The accommodation was pleasant, and the room was clean, well-equipped, and featured an amazing, spacious balcony.

The downside was a misunderstanding and unclear instructions regarding breakfast. We paid for it, but didn't receive it and didn't get a refund.

Struttura essenziale, ma pulita, con tutto il necessario ad una permanenza di qualche giorno a Salonicco. Come plus c'è la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice e dei Locker per le valigie.

Posizione non ottimale in un quartiere abbastanza trasandato a 20 Min a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio auto molto difficile su stradine strette e colme di macchine parcheggiate.

Communication with the host was perfect, and we received detailed instructions. Everything was perfectly clean and we didn't mind the size of the room (we expected it to be small, but cozy and well equipped, as it is). There is enough of everything, the bathroom has racks to place your things, they even fit tables in the room, a fridge and two TV-s so there is absolutely everything you can need.

The ONLY thing we didn't like was the air - the room did not smell fresh when we got in and upstairs it's very stale. It is not easy to ventilate as the only window and the AC are downstairs, and the bed is upstairs where the hot air stays (we visited during the heatwave, so that was a bit of a problem). Just a suggestion for the host to maybe try to solve this somehow. We loved everything otherwise!

Όλα είναι προσεγμενα και ρυθμισμένα σε αυτό την μικροσκοπική μονάδα δωματίων έτσι, ώστε να κάνουν την διαμονή πρακτική, άνετη και ξένοιαστη... Δεν θα έλεγα ότι τα περισσότερα δωμάτια είναι κατάλληλα για οικογένειες με παιδιά, μεμονωμένοι ταξιδιώτες, όμως, και ζευγάρια μπορούν να εξυπηρετηθούν πολύ ικανοποιητικά εδώ. Οι χώροι ίσως σας φανούν εκ πρώτης όψεως μικροί, όμως έχουν αξιοποιηθεί στο έπακρο, για να καλύψουν τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών. Η καθαριότητα είναι υψηλής στάθμης και η τοποθεσία βολική εφόσον προσφέρει σε απόσταση αναπνοής πρόσβαση σε τρένο, μετρό και πολλές γραμμές λεωφορείων.

Αν παραβλέψτε την, ενίοτε, στενότητα χώρων, θα εξυπηρετηθείτε εδώ σε πολύ αντάξια των παροχών τιμή.

Odanın dizaynı ve modern tasarımı güzeldi ama bizim kaldığımız oda 2 kişi için çok küçüktü. Tesis sahibinin iletişimi ve ilgisi yeterli ve güzeldi. Selanikteki 2 günlük konaklama için fiyat performans dengesi iyi. Tesisin civarında ücretsiz otopark yerleri de bulunabiliyor. Biraz sanayi bölgesini andıran bir konumda ama merkeze yürüyerek 15-20 dk da ulaşabiliyorsunuz.

Odanın çok küçük olması dısında hiçbir sorun yoktu ama sanırım tesiste daha büyük metrekareye sahip odalar da mevcut. Oda seçerken dikkat edilebilir.

Best place we have ever stayed in MN externally safe. The locals are really nice kind and happy people. Breakfast was very very good. Too much food. . But fresh and a good variety

Ayant réservé une chambre simple, j’ai trouvé l'équipement vraiment complet. La décoration est très bien. La chambre était propre, le personnel très réactif. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Temiz ve merkeze çok yakındı. Yataklar rahat ve klima gayet iyi çalışıyordu.

Kaldığımız dairenin birinde hiç mutfak olmaması kötüydü. Otopark konusunda tereddüt yaşadık. Önündeki araç parkının bize ait olup olmadığı konusunda çok tereddüt ettik çünkü sadece 15 dakika süreniz var yoksa 40 Euro ceza kesilir tabelası bize baya korku yaşattı. Ev sahibinden teyit alıp emin olduktan sonra aracımızı park edebildik.

Konum mukemmel, cok temiz, cok rahat, hersey dusunulmus. Thomas mukemmel bir yonetici bize cok yardimci oldu.

Curat, pentru 1 seara in tranzit e ce trebuie

Затишний готель з сучасним ремонтом та системою обслуговування гостей. Номер нехай і маленький, але чистий та з усіма необхідними речами для проживання. А ось балкон це дійсно додаткова локація для гостей! Сніданок дуже ситний, навіть залишається для подальшої подорожі.

Не зрозуміло чи дійсно безкоштовна парковка.

Η ησυχια γυρω. Το μπάνιο. Η κυρία που καθάριζε ήταν πολύ πολύ ευγενική εξυπηρετική και γλυκιά. Μου επιτράπηκε να κάνω check in νωρίτερα κατα την άφιξή μου.

Μια μικρή ίσως ανανέωση, αν χρειάζεται καπου.

Zanim przyjedziecie przeczytajcie opinie osób, które dały ocenę 1. Byliśmy tam w cztery osoby. Czujemy się po prostu oszukani. Przede wszystkim zdjęcia pokojów robione są obiektywem szerokokątnym co może sprawiać wrażenie, że pokoje są przestronne. Niestety nie są. Są tak małe, że ściany praktycznie przylegają do łóżek. Jest mini balkon, a gdy z niego wyjrzycie zobaczycie jakieś rozpadające się budynki, obraz nędzy i rozpaczy. W okolicy po prostu śmierdzi, tak jakby ludzie wyrzucali śmieci i odchody na ulicę. Niecałe 50 metrów obok jest Monastiriou - najbardziej znana ulica Salonik słynąca z pań do wynajęcia na noc, które stoją na każdym rogu i nie tylko. W związku z tym nie radzę samemu spacerować nocą. Kolejne oszustwo to śniadanie w formie małego boxa, nie pozostawia Ci zbytnio wyboru co zjesz i nie da się nim najeść - dwie kanapki własnej roboty w domu dałyby Ci więcej niż cały ten box. Kolejne oszustwo to parking, pod budynkiem wszystkie miejsca ciągle są zajęte, w okolicy ciężko o miejsce, a BOHO teoretycznie oferuje miejsca parkingowe, ale w jakimś innym budynku i za opłatą. No i niestety na koniec kontakt z właścicielem. Gość odpisuje np. po dobie. Więc jeśli macie problem w danej chwili to i tak Wam się nie uda skontaktować, nawet jakbyście mieli problem z wejściem do mieszkania. Stosunek ceny do jakości - porażka. Przy dwóch nocach nocleg wyniósł nas około 200 zł/dobę/osobę (łącznie niecałe 1600 zł) - realnie powinien być wart z 50 zł/dobę/osobę, i to pod warunkiem, że o tych wszystkich niedogodnościach zostalibyśmy poinformowani przed przyjazdem. A na koniec nawet samo łóżko dwuosobowe było tak małe, że bardziej było dla półtorej osoby niż dwóch. Zanim przyjedziecie przespacerujcie się po okolicy w Google Maps. Cheap and clean toilet. Working AC, so it never got hot in the room.

We had one blanked less than we were supposed to have, meaning that one of us had to sleep without a blanket. We made contact with the staff, but they didnt answer, even though they did so 5mins before the message. Makes you wonder if they just ignored us, because they didnt want to do extra work and fix the problem they caused by being careless.

Όλα καλά. Αν εξαιρέσουμε μια μικρή μυρωδιά από την αποχέτευση που δυστυχώς την έχουν τα περισσότερα παλιά κτίρια στην Θεσσαλονίκη δεν είχα παράπονο.

It was the best cost performance place I’ve ever stayed, it was the cleanest place, not a single dirty spot, the building seemed new, it had a lovely balcony with hanging seat, very comfortable bed, very friendly and fast replying staff, easy parking, I would %100 stay here again.

Felt like a prison room I had to pay for. Tried to call them and message them, not responsive at all. Contacted the customer support because I did not want to stay there, got no response. Asked for an extra towel for my hair, 0 response. Not even a bedside table. The view, shocking. Nothing good about the property or the stay honestly. For the same price, go somewhere else.

Room was clean. Air conditioner was amazing. They delivered breakfast in the morning. Check in and check out was easy. Property was easy to find.

Neighborhood was a bit sketchy, although we had no issues. There was a washer and dryer on the premises; but the dryer didn’t dry the clothes.

Clean, silent room and location, balcony very useful, very close to center, private parking front of hotel, all safe.

L'emplacement et la possibilité de se garer facilement. Nous avons déjà séjourner dans l'établissement et avions un meilleur souvenir.

Je n'ai pas aimé la chambre avec le lit contre un mur, le petit déjeuner servie dans la chambre car ils ont suprimer l'espace dans l'hotel a cet effet et donc pas de possibilité de poser le plateau, pas de table.

Despite the relatively high ratings on Booking.com, I would not recommend this property. Our experience started poorly when, just three hours before arrival, our room was changed without our consent or even a proper explanation. This created unnecessary stress and left a very unprofessional first impression. The parking situation is also far from what one might expect. Parking is not guaranteed at all — there are only eight spaces available for the entire building, and guests can only park if a spot happens to be vacant. We paid extra for breakfast, only to find that it was delivered as a takeaway lunch box rather than served in a dining area. Since the terrace was dirty and not suitable for use, the only practical place to eat was on the bed in the room. Additionally, on our first morning only one breakfast was delivered, despite our reservation and payment being for two guests. While the property may appear attractive based on its online ratings, our stay was marked by poor communication, misleading expectations, and a lack of attention to basic guest comfort. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the price, and I would not choose to stay here again.

היתה אמורה להיות ארוחת בוקר כל יום, אבל בפועל קיבלנו פעם אחת. לאחר תאונה בטיול כשאני מגובסת, הארכתי את השהות בעוד יומיים וכנראה זה לא היה כולל ארוחת בוקר. החדר היה מאוד צפוף בלי מקום לשים את החפצים וביקשנו בהזמנה 2 מיטות וקיבלנו מיטה זוגית. והנוף שהיה אמור להיות לא היה באמת נוף העיר, אלא הבתים שממול.

A améliorer : plus de variété dans la breakfast box (cf. Fruits par exp) même si le principe de livraison ds la chambre est pratique pour les excursions.matinales.

Lyhyt kävelymatka keskustan nähtävyyksiin ja ravintoloihin. Metroasema lähellä. Aamiaisboxin sisältö runsas.

Alueen lähiympäristö ei ole se kaikkein viihtyisin. Näköala terassilta kohti autioita rakennuksia. Aamiasboksissa tai huoneessa olisi saanut olla muutama pikakahvipaketti yhden sijaan.

Breakfast was good. room was quiet, clean and always had hot water.

You’ll spot Boho Rooms right away: it’s the only nicely renovated building on an otherwise rather unattractive street. The interior has been renovated as well; everything looks new and clean. The bed is comfortable, the Wi-Fi is fast, and there’s a fridge and a kettle for tea and coffee. I chose this place based on price and its proximity to the city center and the train station, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. My window faced the street, but it was quiet and didn’t bother me. The only drawback I encountered during my entire stay: the vending machine for drinks and snacks displays a software error and doesn’t accept cards. Boho Rooms poznáte snadno: je to jediný pěkně rekonstruovaný dům v jinak škaredé ulici. A rekonstruovaný je i uvnitř, vše vypadá nové a čisté. Postel pohodlná, wifi rychlá, lednička, konvice na čaj i kávu k dispozici. Vybíral jsem podle ceny a vzdálenosti od centra a vlakového nádraží, výběr to byl optimální. Okno jsem měl do ulice, ale ta byla klidná a nerušilo to. Jediný nedostatek za celou dobu pobytu, na který jsem narazil: automat na nápoje a cukrovinky hlásí sw chybu a neakceptuje karty.

Remek elhelyezkedés, a város történelmi részei rövid sétára. Kellemes ház, minden modern. A környék nyugodt, nem forgalmas. A szobában volt hajszárító, vasaló, a ház földszintjén mosó és szárítógép.

Néha az utca éjjel is zajos volt, de azért tudtunk aludni.

Πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο σε ήσυχη περιοχή. 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια είσαι σε παραλία και στο κέντρο. Το πιο σημαντικό είναι πως έχει και parking.

We needed it just overnight, so that was fine. Location is good and the host was kind and helpful.

The room was very clean. Many things had been thought of, even an iron. Check-in and check-out were very convenient. Many major destinations are within a 15-20 minute walk. It was very close to the metro, but you won't really need it. There are also nice places to eat in the area.

The area was a bit deserted in the evenings, but I wouldn't say it was unsafe.
