The location is really good, the flat is a great value for money

The smell in the bathroom was kinda bad the whole stay. We bought a deodorant for it

Communication was great, easy self check in. Location is central, with metro station and many bus stations nearby. While you have a balcony, you cannot really enjoy it because it is was loud. Also, the building was kind of old, elevator was under construction with no doors. But overall ok if you plan to stay only couple of nights in Thessaloniki.

It was loud, you can hear the elevator going up and down. Noises from the streets.

The room was nice and the location good.

The entrances and common areas felt a bit strange and were not particularly clean, with doors often left open. The elevator was under construction during our stay, with open boxes on the floor. In an already old building, this made using the elevator feel quite unsettling and honestly a little scary. The lack of shutters and proper blackout curtains was also a major downside, as the room became very bright as soon as the sun came up, making it difficult to sleep. But the biggest issue, by far, was the hot water. For all four days of our stay, we did not have properly hot water and had to take cold showers. I contacted the owner and was told to let the water run for a long time. I tried this for around 15 minutes, wasting a huge amount of water, but the water was still only slightly lukewarm. If I increased the water flow, it became cold again. Having no hot water for the entire stay was extremely disappointing, especially for a property that looks so nice in the listing. More importantly, no actual solution was provided. This was definitely not the experience I expected, and the lack of basic hot water significantly affected our stay.

W momencie gdy weszliśmy do samego budynku i windy byliśmy przerażeni jej wyglądem , panował tam niesamowity brud a przy wejściu leżały osoby odurzone i ten widok nie był przyjemny , wejście dla osób z mocnymi nerwami

Kirli havlular, pis ve güvenli olmayan asansör, yırtık perdeler, kapanmayan sineklik, hiç bir kanalın çalışmadığı televizyon, gece geç saatlerde gürültülü komşu daireler ve herkese açık erişimli şifresiz wifi.

Smeštaj se nalazi na dobroj lokaciji, blizu centra. Apartman je čist i uredan i lepo opremljen. Pogled sa terase je dobar. Parkin u blizini uz doplatu, 8 eura dan. Internet odličan.

Sam ulaz u zgradu je malo specifičan. U prizemlju su lokali i prodavnice odeće. Smeštaj je na zadnjem spratu zgrade pa je poprilično sparno kad su velike vručine.

We didn't stay in the room I saw in the photos; we were given a smaller room.

SUPER central location , literally 15 minutes to the port waterbus to the two main water served beaches (Neoi Epivates & Perea) , less than 10 minutes from day &night restaurants streets & shopping (Politechniou/Tsimiski) , in front of Democracy Square Central Station. 5 minutes from 01X airport-city-airport bus stop that takes 40/50 minutes . The studio I stayed (3) was literally a little home away from home with cozy bed, Thessaloniki skyline view from the 7th floor balcony with chairs and smoking table set , you can do your laundry using the washing machine available in the little hallway lobby and you're offerse free wi-fi and free locker usage in the same floor to store your luggage in case you need after the checkout .For the price you pay? Unbeatable place . Thanos the host has been super kind and helpful

Konumunu ve temizliğini çok sevdik. Balkonu olması çok iyiydi.

Cadde üstü olduğu için biraz gürültüsünden rahatsız olduk.

El balcón era muy agradable y tenía vistas al mar y al estar el apartamento en un séptimo piso las vistas son despejadas y ves un trozo de muralla. Que se ofrezca lavadora con productos para lavar la ropa incluidos en el precio y que haya taquillas para guardar el equipaje se agradece mucho. Hay sitio para aparcar gratis muy cerca. Café en polvo disponible para los clientes en la habitación

El rellano del edificio daba miedo. Parecía que alguien hubiese consumido heroina en la entrada y hubiese dejado la papeleta. En los bajos está lleno de armerías y justo enfrente hay una zona de chabolas, por lo que la primera impresión al llegar de noche fue horrible. El ascensor estaba también en mal estado. Para tener las llaves de tu habitación parecía que tenías que hacer un scape room. En las fotos la habitación parecía mucho más grande de lo que era en realidad. También parecía tener bañera pero era solo un muro con una ducha. Algunas cosas no estaban bien cuidadas (basura en el balcón, cartel con moho en el baño, salvamanteles también con moho. No lo recomiendo nada para familias

דירה חמודה מאוד, קצת הסתבכנו להגיע. לא היה מספיק שילוט או ברור. יש מדרגות עד למעלית. מעלית בשיפוצים. הכניסה בעזרת קודים. מסודר מאוד נקי וריח טוב.

לא הצלחנו להבין איך מפעילים את הכיריים החשמליים, לוקח זמן עד שיש מים חמים במקלחת, המזגן ישן. אין מספיק כלים למטבחון. היה שמן בישול שנשאר כנראה מאורחים קודמים אבל מאוד מעופש. סהכ נחמד

Balkon hätte mir gefallen. Aber es war überall sorry nicht sauber. Ich konnte mich nicht draussen hinsetzen weil es windig war ,.. U. Sie verstehen... Innen boden und im wc barfuss gelaufen,fussfläche schmutzig geworden. Nur lage ist gut. Aber es gibt in nöhe noch andere hotels..

U sustini je sve ok, ceo sprat gde su apartmani je cist nov i sredjen iako tako ne izgleda sami ulaz u zgradi.

Experiență dezamăgitoare. Nu am primit apartamentul pentru care am plătit, iar pentru parcare am achitat suplimentar 100 €, deși ni s-a spus că este disponibilă. În toată perioada șederii nu am primit lenjerie de pat sau prosoape de schimb, iar curățenia a fost minimă. Consider că serviciile oferite nu au corespuns celor prezentate la rezervare.

Machines à laver le linge commune disponible Emplacement idéal dans un quartier pas trop touristique avec d’excellents restaurants autour L’entrée et l’ascenseur ne sont pas si catastrophiques que décrits dans certains commentaires. Nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis en insécurité

Il manquait juste un étendoir pour le linge une fois lavé (on m’a dit qu’on pourrait m’en apporter un s’il y’en avait de disponible mais ça ne s’est pas produit). Avec les ceintures et mini étendoir sur la terrasse ça allait pour une machine .

I liked my stay here, first of all the location is close to the sights and there is no problem with the public transport. The bus stop and the metro is close. You can reach the beach, which is outside of the city, by two transfers, the bus stop to which is close to the apartment, so it is easy to do it. The apartment was clean and there’s everything what you may need.

The only disadvantage is the elevator, which is quite scary, but you can get used to it :)

Dejligt sted med god beliggenhed

Şehir merkezindesiniz. Metroya ve otobüslere çok yakın. Balkonda güzel bir manzarası var. Ev sahibi arabanız için size çok yakında bir otopark öneriyor ve gecelik 15 Euro. Bu oldukça uygun bir fiyat. Aksi takdirde arabanız için yakında yer bulmanız biraz zor.

Bina girişi bir han içerisinde ve biraz ürkütücü ama bir hiç bir şey yaşamadık.

La posizione è ottima e c’è una gradevole vista. Abbiamo parcheggiato in strada senza nessun problema.

La stanza è molto piccola e il palazzo vecchio è un po’ decadente. Tuttavia la cosa più fastidiosa è che non ci sono tapparelle e le tende non sono oscuranti, così ci si sveglia all’alba a causa della luce.

The appartment is clean and newly renoveted. The coridor before the appartment is also clean, and has a separate locking door wich makes one feel safe. It is grat that there are washing machines, if one is staying longer.

Fist the elevators are creepy, they were renovating when we were there but still, we got to see the old one and it was scary. The entrance of the building does not resamble the new floor with new appartments, and it makes one wonder is it safe ot not. We spent 4 nights and nobody came to take the garbage out, al least that. The worst part for us was the thirs sofa bed.. honestly it is not for 3 pople. The other bed is ok, but the sofa is terrible and it is not ment for one to sleep on it.

Room was not clean enough with some stains on the sheets The shower faucet is almost blocked by salt and has minimal flow. Very hard to have a proper shower. The sun blinds doesn't work properly which makes it very hard to sleep during the day.

The apartment's location and view were excellent. The landlord responded quickly, and the cleanliness and amenities were very good. Location: Right next to the metro station.

There was glass between the balconies. You could hear and see from one balcony to the other, but no sound came in when the balcony door was closed; the door insulation was good. The building entrance seemed confusing at first. You enter through the area with shops selling military supplies, and the elevator was a bit old.

We stayed for a couple of nights in Unit 7. Wonderful studio - the bed was super comfortable. The urban vibe was strong - great view of the boulevard from the 7th floor. Close to everything downtown. I absolutely loved the spacious shower! The hosts were super flexible and nice to provide an elegant solution to our requests. We loved the place. You can even see the water over the top of the adjacent buildings.

Parking is hard to find, but you can get all day private parking nearby for 15-20 euros a day.

Excellent location, exceptionally clean, and extremely comfortable The location was excellent, both for getting around and for exploring the city on foot. The metro station is literally one minute away, and the bus stop with connections to the KTEL bus station and the airport is about a five-minute walk away. Ladadika, with its many tavernas, Aristotelous Square, and the seafront promenade are all within easy walking distance. There is also a large Sklavenitis supermarket just two minutes away, a Greek food place open until very late only one minute away, and even a nearby hotel with a rooftop pool that can also be used by non-guests. The apartment itself was very well equipped and had a very tasteful, aesthetically pleasing interior. The kitchen had everything needed, including cutlery, plates, cookware, a microwave, an induction cooktop, and three different ways to prepare coffee: filter coffee, traditional Greek coffee in a briki, and frappé. The owner had also thoughtfully provided jars of traditional Greek coffee, filter coffee, and instant coffee. The fridge had a very large freezer, which was especially useful in the summer, and there was a bottle of water waiting in the fridge on arrival, together with some welcome sweets. An iron and ironing board were also provided. The private terrace was spacious and perfect for relaxing, spending time outside, or even sunbathing when you cannot be bothered traveling outside Thessaloniki. There were washing machines in the locked communal hall, with all the necessary detergents provided. The bed was VERY comfortable, and the bathroom had a spacious shower. The air conditioning worked extremely well, the internet connection was fast and flawless, and the soundproof windows helped keep the apartment quiet despite its central location. Overall, the apartment was exceptionally clean, tidy, comfortable, very well equipped, beautifully presented, and extremely convenient for accessing all parts of Thessaloniki.

We stayed in studio nr 5 and we had an amazing experience. The view to the port, the location near the train, bus and metro station, the restaurants and the shops near by made our experience even better. The studio had all the facilities you would need: utensils for cooking and making coffee, ice packs in the freezer, cold water in the frige, a big balcony, very comfortable bed and sofa. The host was very nice and polite and he helped us with everything we needed, he answered all our messages very fast and answered all our questions. He even offered a free cleaning service since our stay was long. Be careful with the doors because you can open them only with the key and they lock automatically!!! We also had access to lockers for out luggage when we needed a late check out.

We had some problems connecting to the netflix account on the tv, but the city was so beautiful that we haven’t used the tv that much.

Location was great. Host is responsive and very nice. Rooms were okay and comfortable.

Faptul ca au putut sa preluam camera înainte de ora de check in. Patul super confortabil, toate facilitățile necesare.

Blocul era sinistru, se auzeau zgomote de la vecini, uși trântite.

Il mini appartamento era molto accogliente, pulito, molto luminoso ma anche attrezzato con delle tende oscuranti adatte a permetter una buona qualità del sonno anche al mattino. Le immagini erano veritieri e in linea con lo stato di fatto dell'immobile.

Ci sono una decina di gradini anche stretti per accedere al piano rialzato con gli ascensori, avendo bagagli pesanti ed essendo da sola è stato impegnativo. Purtroppo non ho potuto usufruire del condizionatore la prima notte del soggiorno perchè per qualche ragione non nota, l'interruttore magnetotermico corrispondente al condizionatore nel quadro elettrico era abbassata. Comunque il giorno successivo ho contattato Thanos che mi ha risposto con solerzia e mi ha supportato, così dopo qualche verifica ho capito quale fosse il problema e migliorato nettamente la qualità del sonno delle due notti successive.

We had a good stay at Sky Studios in Thessaloniki. The studio was spotless and very comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center, restaurants, cafés, and public transportation. It was very convenient for exploring Thessaloniki. The studio is well-equipped and has almost everything you need for a short stay. The kitchen and other amenities were practical but we didn’t need to use it. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Sky Studios to anyone looking for a clean, well-located, and comfortable place to stay in Thessaloniki.

Don’t be scared at the elevator, it is just 5 second arrival!😅

Let’s start with positives. Location is quite central, close to the city centre, port as well as subway and bus going to the airport. I usually prefer higher floors so this accommodation was perfect. You could even see the bay. Room was big enough for two, kitchen equipped with basic things, bed was quite comfy. Host was helpful and approachable via WhatsApp. Easy checkin instructions.

Location, especially building is a bit scary, but I didn’t have any problem even when coming back late in the night. Cleaning would be a bit better, but nothing serious.

C'est très bien situé, proche de la gare centrale, et non loin du quartier des bars et restaurants.

Wszystko z godnie x opisem, czyściutko, personel bardzo miły, lokalizacja super, wszędzie blisko-wspaniała baza wypadowa. Polecam🙂

Apartamenty dość dobrze wyposażone, czyste i funkcjonalne, duże tarasy pełne słońca, lokalizacja blisko centrum i atrakcji. Pod domem przystanki autobusowe, niedaleko do nadbrzeża. Meble i sprzęty funkcjonalne, praktyczne szafki i wieszaki, haczyki, detergenty, oliwa, przyprawy, kawa, cukier, itp. Właściciel responsywny, szybko zareagował na awarię hydrauliczną mimo dnia świątecznego. W pobliżu sklepy, lokale gastronomiczne. Niektórzy narzekali na hałas, ale nie było tak źle, jak na lokalizację w ruchliwym punkcie miasta.

Ideałem byłoby małe doposażenie w kieliszki (w innych apartamentach były), wejście do budynku/klatki schodowej jest nieco ukryte - patrzcie w górę - tam w bramie jest duży szyld z informacją.

Great location walking distance from the city centre and train/bus station. The studio was clean and had everything needed, easy self check in/out, smooth and easy communication with the host who will provide you with any help or information you need.

It was far from white tower but walking distance from the main strip. Basically on the opposite end of the main strip from white tower.

Property did not match any of the photos posted on booking.com. it was by far the most scary and unnervy feeling getting into a building and then an elevator from back 1940s. Loose ceiling in the elevator with hanging electical wires did not help either. Air conditioner blew very pungent smell all night and you can't sleep without it in plus 34° temperature. Definitely not worth 100 dollar a night maybe 50 if no other hotel available in the city. Booking.com should have a policy for these properties to update their photos every 6 months.

FANTASTIC location, above the metro and not noisy even though it's on the main street.

The terrace wasn't the cleanest.

The room was clean, and the communication with the owner/manager was very good beforehand. The instructions were very detailed and clear for every step of the way. It's possible to find free parking on the streets around the building, which was convenient.

We booked the room, which was advertised for four people, but the setup didn"t really match that expectation. The main double bed was clean and comfortable, however the other two guests had to use a foldable bed that was extremely hard. It felt more like sleeping on a table or on the floor than a proper bed. Given that, it feels misleading to list the room as suitable for four adults. Additionally, the building entrance felt a bit unsafe and uncomfortable, especially when returning in the evening. Overall, the experience didn't quite meet expectations. It also takes quite a bit of a walk from the centre and the main attractions of the city to get there. I could only recommend this sleeping arrangement for two guests, not more.

Lokacija je dobra, smeštaj komforan i udoban. Osoblje je fino i pristupačno. Izašli su mi u susret prilikom ranijeg check-in a.

Dno tuš kabine curi. Voda je išla po podu. Mimo toga sve je srazmerno fotografijama. Rekao bih da zebra zavese nisu dovoljno jake da zatamne prostor u toplijim mesecima. Meni je u maju bilo dobro.

Everything went even better than we expected! In the kitchen there was everything we needed, in the bathroom also. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had enough space to feel welcome. The stuff was really nice, always available for our request.

We had a little problem with the water but the stuff help us in time. I didn't like the curtains in the shower.

Le lit d'appoint est vraiment limite. Notre fils de 5 ans n'a pas pu dormir dessus déplié c'etait une planche de bois avec un matelas de 3 cm. L'équipement de la cuisine ne permet pas de faire vraiment à manger, plus pour réchauffer.

The property is located next to the metro station and a short 20ish minute walk to the waterfront. Rooms are well-equipped and the balcony has views of the city and the water. There are chairs and a table to enjoy the outdoors. The laundry facilities is a big plus, bed is soft and comfortable and the rooms are kept clean.

The physical building is in a state of disrepair and abandonment. It is only these apartments that have been renovated around 2018. Upon entering at night, it feels like stepping into an abandoned, deteriorating structure. It feels like someone could jump out at you from the numerous shadows at any moment. To make matters worse, the hallway light on the 7th floor should remain on, preventing residents from exiting the elevator into darkness, especially since the building itself already look abandoned. While I understand that the host doesn’t own the entire building, they should at least make an effort to improve the appearance of the entrance and lobby, ensuring that they are not so dilapidated. My second major issue was the incessant noise. I should have paid more attention to the reviews. Growing up in a city, I’ve grown accustomed to traffic noise, but this was different. There’s a water pump right outside room 8 (which impacts rooms 7 and 8 the most), and it sounds like a vacuum cleaner is running all night, right next to your bed. The walls are so thin that I could hear every word my neighbors said, and even the sound of their pee stream going into their toilet. It’s not like muffled noise; the wall cavities seem to amplify it. To make matters worse, the elevator room is directly above, and every time it’s used, it fills the room with a loud mechanical motor sound. And to top it off, construction is still going on all day, from morning until evening. It felt like they were drilling and sawing right behind the bedroom wall. I was wearing earplugs that I use to block out loud noises, but I was still woken up by every sound. At under 150€ for 3, nights I can be okay with these issues, but any higher and there’s bound to be better options.

The room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable.

The entrance to the apartment building is bad, especially at night. It feels scary, and the elevator is really dirty. There is no free parking, so you have to pay for it. It costs around €45 for 3 days, and it’s close to the apartment.

Die Lage ist super zentral und der Ausblick vom Balkon wirklich toll! Man kann über die Stadt blicken, bis zum Meer. Es gibt viele Lokale/Bars/Cafes und einen Supermarkt. Auch am Hafen/Meer ist man sehr schnell zu Fuß. Busse in die Metro Station sind direkt vor der Tür. Thanos ist wirklich hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell! Auch als wir etwas in der Unterkunft vergessen haben wurden wir direkt benachrichtigt! Wirklich so lieb!

Das Bett ist wirklich sehr weich und durchgelegen und es ist schon etwas hellhörig (was ich aber okay finde, in einem so großen Hauskomplex). Man hört eher die Geräusche von innen, als die Straße.

The accommodation is conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The room is very well equipped, featuring useful amenities such as a hair dryer, iron, and coffee machine. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. One of the highlights was the amazing balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view and most important the communication with Thanos was great. Overall, a highly pleasant experience that I would definitely recommend.

Communication with the host was good, the location is excellent, there are several parking garages nearby, and the city center is close, as well as metro and bus stations.

In the photos, it looks bigger than it actually is. It can sometimes be noisy due to traffic, which can be disturbing at night and early in the morning, but we noticed that this is the case in almost the entire city.
