Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen gewählt und würden es jederzeit wieder tun. Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich. Strand ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir waren nur zwei Tage, dafür Frühstück ok. Kurz gesagt für einen Aufenthalt um auf den Flug zu warten optimal.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Хороший уютный небольшой отель, до моря около 5 минут по дорожке проходящей в тени. Постельное белье чистое, убираются каждый день, ставят воду. В первый день были приветственные чипсы и кола. Удобно что есть посуда. На завтраке выбираешь себе блюдо из яиц, сразу готовят. Также есть йогурты, фрукты и можно сделать тостеры.
В нашем номере ползали муравьи

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Frühstück war super. Kaffe, Tee, Wasser und Orangensaft so viel man möchte. Es gibt eine kleine Menü Karte von der man etwas wählen kann. Ein kleines Buffet steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Wir konnten später auschecken gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Das Personal war super freundlich und alles war unkompliziert. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Naiyang Beach und der Promenade. ( trotzdem super entspannt und kein Lärm, da die Straße kaum befahren ist) Direkt neben dem Hotel kann man sich einen Roller leihen. Super Lage um zum Flughafen Phuket zu kommen.
Das einzige, die Klimaanlage auf dem Balkon tropft. Aber das ist nicht wirklich schlimm.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026A simpatia dos funcionários, especialmente da Dona do Alojamento. Super simpática, mesmo! O nosso voo foi cancelado e tivemos que ficar mais tempo, facilitou-nos em tudo! Obrigada O super host também é o o Pet 🫶🏽 super amigável e carinhoso. A praia é a 5 minutos a pé e o alojamento é circundado com lojas, restaurantes e o mercado de comida , junto à praia.

Nous avons pu prendre une douche avant de partir vers l'aeroport apres le check out. Le jardin est magnifique, le petit dejeuner est copieux et le personnel a été très accueillant
Le prix un peu élevé.

Reviewed Mar 22, 2026Die Unterkunft war nahe am Flughafen darum haben wir sie gewählt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. An der Sauberkeit war nichts zum bemängeln. Wir waren eine Nacht dort und das war auch gut so. Der Taxiservice hat einwandfrei geklappt.
Die Klimaanlage war etwas schwach.

Reviewed Mar 21, 2026Wir haben eine Nacht im Ideo Phuket verbracht, da wir am nächsten Tag unseren Heimflug hatten. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal (7 Minuten Fahrtzeit zum Flughafen) und befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten vom Naiyang Beach entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und für einen Kurzaufenthalt definitiv ausreichend. Personal war freundlich und hat uns auch ein Taxi für den folgenden Tag zum Flughafen organisiert.

No view - but a decent size and clean. Nice restaurants on beach and reasonably priced - enjoyed watching the sunset sipping cocktails.

Breakfast was mediocre for the price. I would get it outside. The corridor echos a lot. Sound travels between rooms so if the people next door are talking at midnight you will hear noise. Not so good for sleep

They were very accommodating to our needs, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast options were very good. We will definitely stay again as it was also in a perfect location for the beach and restaurants.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026Viihtyisä hotelli. Erittäin mukava henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli hyvää. Bonuksena oli tervetuliaislahjana Cokista ja sipsejä. Hotellin kautta sai myös pyykit pestyä. Hotellin ulkopuolella rahanvaihto, moottoripyörä vuokraamo, ravintola, hieronta ym. Rannalle käveli 5 min. Loistava sojainti.
Hieman jyrkät rappuset hotellilla eikä hissiä. Ei haitannut meitä mutta tämä kannattaa ottaa huomioon jos liikkuvuus tuottaa ongelmia.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026This is the second time we've stayed here to be close to the airport. It's a wonderful hotel and they have done some upgrades since our last stay, which was 1 year prior. The beach and restaurants are a short walk away. We love that they provide some beach equipment like mats, towels and even buckets for kids. It allows you to enjoy the beach before a flight. Breakfast is a simple menu, but was very filling and delicious. They have a complimentary minibar and snacks to enjoy and gave us an Ideo bag as a souvenir.
Not the hotel's fault, but there are lots of mosquitos, probably due to the vegetation and canal nearby, so it's advisable to keep doors and windows closed.

The location is excellent – 400 meters from the sea. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room was clean, with clean linens. The staff is amazing, always willing to help. I recommend it to everyone.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026The rooms are compact but well equipped, with kettle, microwave, glasses, cups and a bit of crockery and cutlery. The bed is comfortable and there are enough pillows. The female manager and female staff are friendly and helpful. The female manager arranged for an iron and ironing board to be brought to my room after I sent her an email request following the male member of staff telling me they didn't have one. The location is convenient if you're volunteering at Soi Dog Foundation, and it's a short walk from the beach.
There's some noise from neighbouring rooms and the road/mosque. The balcony is too small to use. The man on reception isn't very friendly and wouldn't organise an iron and ironing board for me. No really usable outside space. The shower wets the shower room floor when used, as there's no screen.
