Está en una ubicación fantástica, justo detrás de Playa de Las Vistas y entre Los Cristianos y Las Américas, por lo que puedes moverte andando prácticamente a todas partes. Se nota que el apartamento ha sido renovado recientemente. Es amplio, cómodo y está muy bien equipado. El aire acondicionado nuevo es un gran acierto y funciona perfectamente. Nos gustó especialmente la terraza, amplia y muy agradable para desayunar o tomar algo tranquilamente. La piscina también está genial. Hemos estado muy a gusto y, sin duda, repetiremos

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Sehr nah am Strand, bequeme Betten, Einrichtung recht neu. Handtücher, Waschmaschine. Ein Problem mir einer zu warmen Wohnung, das andere beschreiben, hatten wir nicht ( März). Für uns war die Temperatur mit geschlossenen Rolladen am Tag abends angenehm. Rolladen für die Verdunklung waren gut zum schlafen.
Die Straße war sehr laut, mit viel LKW Verkehr. Ich würde das nicht wieder buchen. Pool ist unbeheizt und kalt ( März). PDas Kinderzimmer hat kein richtiges Fenster, Frischluft nur über den Hausflur.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025My stay in this apartment was excellent. The location is perfect: just a two-minute walk from Las Vistas beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and private parking. All the amenities made the experience even better. The apartment was clean, which was greatly appreciated upon arrival. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. As for comfort, I couldn't have asked for more; the bed, the spaciousness, and the thoughtful touches made me feel right at home. Without a doubt, I will return to this place.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025La atención fue buena y la comunicación también. La ubicación es maravillosa, a pocos metros de la playa y cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Buena limpieza, electrodomésticos estupendos y detalles de bienvenida. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con ventiladores de techo, lo que facilitó el descanso nocturno.
El ruido nocturno, sobre todo en el dormitorio principal. La vivienda está en zona de paso al muelle de los Cristianos y hay mucho tráfico. También hay zona de ocio cercana y tránsito de personas a todas horas por las noches. Por la orientación es muy calurosa en verano, y hay que procurar mantener persianas bajadas. No se puede apagar la luz del salón sin que se apague el ventilador de techo, lo que dificultó el descanso de la persona que estaba en el sofá cama. El aparcamiento es muy pequeño y muy difícil aparcar porque no hay reserva de plaza por vivienda, básicamente aparcas en la calle (buena suerte).

Reviewed Aug 17, 2024Location & size were perfect. Beach only 3 minutes away Lovely pool which was never busy. Mercdona only 5 mins walk Lots of shops, cafes & restaurants. Playa de las Americas (party central!) is close but just far enough to not bother those looking for a quieter holiday 😀
No AC but the fans were good. Really missed not having a balcony. It might be an idea to give guests two sets of keys. We were a family of 4 (Mom, Dad, 21 year old & 15 year old) Coordinated departure & arrival times proved tricky at times!

Reviewed Jan 18, 2024The apartment is very modern with good access for beach, restaurants, nightlife and Ramon is very helpful and responds quickly to requests etc. It has good facilities and is clean. It is on same floor as pool.
The apartment is above a busy road and has loud traffic noise when windows open and some when closed. It is not comfortable to sit indoors with windows open. There is a pool to sit by which is on same floor, but no outdoor space direct from apartment. The TV has no English speaking channels.The apartment gets hot, even when blinds are left closed till sunset. It would benefit air con.

Nothing to pinpoint. Sometimes the rooms might get a bit warm. But hey we all come for some extra Sun isn't.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2023Everything basically, I have 0 complaints and the owner Ramon was super friendly waiting for us at the apartment, showing us where to park and he was super responsive on whatsapp. Location perfect, near the main beach, 2 supermarkets below. So overall 10/10 :)

Very minor, but could do with more mirrors, only one in bathroom and when 4 people getting ready that wasn’t ideal, like I say, very minor
