El trato que recibimos a la llegada de el hotel por el recepcionista que estaba de mañana al ver que fuimos tratados de diferente forma que unos extranjeros a los cuales les permitió quedarse después de las doce q era su hora de salida y a nosotros no nos dejó hacer uso de las instalaciones hasta la hora de entrada alas 3 dela tarde como por ejemplo la piscina ,que nos dijo que no podíamos subir porque estaba llena y primera vez que me dicen eso en un hotel

The positioning of Hotel Reveron is excellent,right in the centre of Los Cristianos town.I didn't request a specific room but I would have preferred to over the church or had a sea view.The room was modern and exceptionally clean as was the whole hotel.The pool which is on the roof with the bar and sun bathing area is so beautiful and peaceful. All the staff were so polite and accommodating from the time we arrived to our check out.

If I was really critical my only slightly negative comment would be of the groups of young children using the small square in front of the hotel to play football at night. Kicking the ball against the shutters of the shop as a goal which was very noisy.

Les pigeons et la musique plus que répétitive à la piscine

le personnel est exceptionnel : poli, serviable, réactif. Le petit dejeuner est très agréable. La propreté est irréprochable. L emplacement est très urbain mais la clim permet de dormir.

la vue sur mer est plus que réduite, un trait au-dessus du toit voisin... dommage ! si j'avais su je n'aurais pas spécifié ce souhait.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue simplemente perfecta para unos días en familia. Lo que más destacaría es su ubicación privilegiada en pleno centro. El hotel transmite tranquilidad desde el primer instante a pesar de estar en una zona céntrica, el ambiente es muy silencioso y acogedor, perfecto para descansar después de un día de turismo. La piscina de la azotea es una auténtica maravilla: un espacio cuidado, con vistas preciosas y un entorno ideal para desconectar. Pero lo mejor de todo, sin duda, fue el trato humano. Todo el personal destacó por su amabilidad, cercanía y profesionalidad. Desde recepción, Eduardo, Jorge y Mónica hasta el equipo de limpieza y restaurante, Carmen, Dolores, Lee, Rosa, siempre nos atendieron con una sonrisa y pendientes de cada detalle para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Ese trato cercano y familiar marca realmente la diferencia y convierte una estancia buena en una experiencia inolvidable. Un hotel totalmente recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad, tranquilidad, piscina y una atención excelente en pleno centro de Los Cristianos

El hotel y su localización muy bien. El bufette ESPECTACULAR. El servicio de DOLORES, la responsable del desayuno MUY PROFESIONAL. Se agradece cuando te hacen sentir como en casa. 🏡 El desayuno te sorprende, porque además de lo que puedes encontrar en el bufette habitual de un 4*, te dan una carta con las diferentes tostas (muy elaboradas), que la verdad……. están INCREÍBLES (enhorabuena a la cocinera). Recomiendo los huevos poche sobre nube de aguacate. 😛 Volveré.

Liegt sehr zentral, wir konnten zu Fuß zur Fähre, der Pool auf dem Dach ist gepflegt und mit ausreichend Liegen ausgestattet, es gibt kostenlos Poolhandtücher (lediglich Pfand), unser Zimmer war großzügig und die Matratzen waren perfekt. Es gab leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück.

We stayed here in order to get the ferry to la gomera the next day. It’s super near the port. When we arrived we were offered cava and we sat and drank a whole bottle gossiping in reception. The hotel is a family run hotel and you feel it. It has beautiful glass stained windows inside and it feels really classy. The breakfast was delicious and they offered hot options too. We felt cared for.

The location is fantastic - so central for the town. The hotel feels quintessentially Spanish with wrought iron balconies, ornate tiling , artwork. The free refillable water is a lovely idea.

A special thanks go out to the staff especially Eduardo who managed to sort us a room in a pretty desperate situation. Me and my wife were badly let down by a well known booking site when our accommodation was cancelled only when we arrived at Tenerife airport from the UK in the early evening. After one hour of phone calls / waiting for information/ complications we saw that this hotel had a room in a very busy resort ( most were fully booked) We decided to get an Uber to central Los Cristianos to arrive in person instead of booking online again ! Luckily Eduardo welcomed us and promised to do his best to help us and within 30 minutes we were in a very good room in a very nice hotel ! We also learned a very important lesson and will never use the worldwide known BOOKING site again ! To add insult to injury… we could have booked the same accommodation online at a considerably higher price….by actually travelling to the hotel in person saved us a lot of money ! Thanks again for the hotel’s hospitality. Great location, great food and even better service/ staff ! Highly recommended- and far better if you don’t use the increasingly greedy and unreliable online booking agencies…

What a beautiful, old style Spanish hotel. The rooms are lovely, the staff are superb and the pool area is so clean and quiet. An oasis in the middle of the town. Check-in staff were brilliant and the catering team were so lovely. The breakfast chefs, Rosa and Maria do a fabulous job and Ly, Loli and Carmen did a sterling job serving throughout the day. Our housekeeper for room 108 this week has been so good and the maintenance team are always busy. It felt like a very good, step back in time, experience. Overall top notch-we will return.

A beautifully renovated hotel to a high standard. There is a large rooftop pool and bar area. The staff were polite and welcoming. It would have enhanced our stay even further to have lunchtime snacks and a bar in the evening.

Good location, in the heart of Cristianos and near cafes and restaurants

For the price charged, I didn’t feel it offered good value in terms of their facilities in comparison to other similar hotels in the same area. The hotel bar was a tiny service bar on the fifth floor by the pool. The breakfast offering was average and no restaurant facilities other than breakfast.

It's the second time we've stayed here and we will be back. From the complimentary Prosecco at reception to the moment you check out, you are made to feel like a valued guest and not just a number. It's a lovely traditional hotel that's spotlessly clean, well maintained with friendly professional staff. It's in the heart of the town with everything you need on your doorstep. You do get some general noise from the street below as people go about their daily business but that adds to the atmosphere as you sit on your balcony with a drink and watch the world go by. The rooms are very spacious with a fridge, kettle, coffee machine. They also provide a bottle for you to fill with fresh water from water dispenser in reception and the restaurant. The rooftop pool has fantastic views in all directions. There is a lifeguard on duty and it now boasts a bar. We've been visiting Los Cristianos for over 20 years and wish we'd discovered this Hotel years ago.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for my 70th birthday, From start to finish everything was perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful,delivered cake and champagne to room on my birthday. Room spacious and clean,we chose sea suite as it was a special occasion, Towels changed daily and bed changed when wanted, great view of port and sea. We enjoyed breakfast, not overcrowded always got a nice table, had something different from menu everyday. Our son and daughter surprised us and booked in for a few days with us, staff managed to put them on same floor a few doors down. Had a couple of afternoons at the pool on the top floor. Decent size and plenty of sun beds. We really like location of hotel with loads of nice restaurants and bars nearby. We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to book again for winter 2027.

This was our third stay at this excellent Hotel in the past year and it did not disappoint. On our arrival it was reassuring to renew our acquaintance with all the original staff who were keen to update us on the latest hotel additions, (Pool Bar and Gym) which we made good use of. The staff are so friendly and helpful and were always available to look after our needs. I find it difficult to fault this Hotel in any way and have decided to book another two weeks at the beginning of June to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary on the 10th. Gordon & Val

On my recent visit to Tenerife my husband and I stayed in Hotel Reveron Plaza. We pleasantly surprised with our stay. The hotel was convenient to taxis, shops, buses and sea front. It was very clean, with friendly staff and modern spacious rooms and bathrooms. Our room was spacious with good lighting, plenty of sockets, smart television with uk channels, great bed and pillows, good plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, spacious modern bathroom with good shower. There was a decent hairdryer which could be plugged in beside a mirror. Breakfast was served on 4 th floor by friendly staff with choices of cooked breakfast that were served alongside the buffet. Always cooked to perfection! 5th floor pool area has been newly renovated and beautifully furnished. Not to mention the complementary sweet treats, nuts and beverages refreshed daily in the foyer. All and all we had nothing at all to complain about. A lovely hotel!

Stayed for a week with my girlfriend for my birthday celebrations. The hotel staff found out it was my birthday and made a fuss of me with Prosecco and Macaroons which was unexpected and fantastic. The staff here are professional,friendly,courteous and well trained. They seem very happy in their jobs..from the cleaners to the dining room staff to the reception. You are made so welcome from start to finish. The rooms are cleaned every day to a very high standard with fresh towels. The breakfast is fantastic..such a wide choice and plenty of everything all cooked to a good standard. The swimming pool and bar on the roof is fantastic and the water is clean and quite warm.There is even a lifeguard up there. The location of the hotel is great...five minutes walk to beach and restaurants and many bars. The hotel is located on a square by the local church..if you dont like bells ask for a room on the other side..i actually loved the church bells. If i had one negative it would be in relation to the balcony. We were on the 4th floor and the balcony railings are only three foot high. I found this to be a bit scary as i am 6 foot and felt i could easily fall off if i went near the railings. My suggestion would be to add another foot to the railings for safety reasons. But all in all i would highly reccomend this hotel to everbody and would certainly return.

The Reveron is in an excellent central location. It was recently been renovated and is clean and smart. The breakfast is super, there is plenty of choice with fresh fruit, breads and cooked dishes. The restaurant is peaceful and spotless. The pool area is well tended and quiet, there are always enough beds for guests who wish to use it. There are lots of restaurants in the area and the hotel is minutes from the beach.

On the good side, the traditional and spacious style was good to find in Los Cristainos where most hotels are modern and functional. There are plenty of restaurants close by, so the hotel not having one is no problem. The shortcomings really disappointed us and seemed out of line with recent reviews. It's a nice touch to have welcome cava and nibbles or you to help yourself to, but if the bottle is empty and staff sitting at Reception don't notice and get a new one brought, it's not a good welcome. This was in the middle of the afternoon. We were assured that the big tv in the room would get BBC programmes. We couldn't find them and neither could the staff member who came up to help. The bathroom window was impossible to open, although it had a handle and hinges. Staff knew about this but weren't concerned. The big door onto the balcony was faulty and didn't seal, allowing a lot of noise to come in - notably from a noisy bar nearby at night. There were signs that attempts had been made to fix it a while ago but it remained a problem. On departure, staff didn't seem to care. If we had been booked for longer we would have demanded a change of room, or left. We have since had some feedback from the hotel, with an apology that these matters weren't resolved. However, when a problem is known or there are signs of an attempted and failed repair, it's no good just 'talking a good talk'.

We returned again this year to Hotel Reverón Plaza for the 4th time, the same week each year. As always, we were super impressed by the exceptional staff, facilities, cleanliness and location in Los Cristianos. Thank you to the front desk staff, Rodolpho and Monica who were so kind and helpful from our check-in right through to our check-out. Always so welcoming to everyone that passes through the doors of the hotel. The staff in the breakfast room, in particular Loli, Rosa and the other women were so efficient and friendly, and never hesitated to go out of their way to get you what you wanted for breakfast, set in a bright, delightful room on the fourth floor with seaviews. The hotel has been renovated in recent years and has a beautiful roof-top pool with stunning views over Los Cristianos. The pool staff were very friendly as were the housekeeping staff who worked so efficiently to keep the entire hotel spotless! The cleanliness in the rooms and entire hotel was exceptional! There was nothing not to like about this gem of a hotel. Traditional mixed with modern interiors. Shops, restaurants, bars and beaches within minutes walk. There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. Perhaps, the one only thing that would have been nice, was if the pool area was opened for a little later than 5pm. Otherwise, perfecto!

Hotel Reverón Plaza is ideally situated in the heart of Los Christianos with restaurants on the doorstep and only a few minutes walk to the Port. The staff are very helpful and professional. Cava is offered on arrival which is a nice touch. The hotel has recently been sympathetically restored to it’s former 1920’s glory.

My husband and I recently stayed in the Reveron Plaza for the first time. We were very impressed with everything at the hotel. It was very clean and all the staff were extremely friendly, in particular Monica, Eduardo and Rudolpho in reception and Loli and her staff in the restaurant. Nice touches with Cava and nibbles at reception. We were in the Seasuite Room which was wonderful with its own terrace with table/chairs and sunbeds. Our 3rd stay at this hotel. Very conveniently situated to taxis from the airport. Rooms are very spacious with lovely balconies. Beds are very large and comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities. Shampoo etc provided. Complimentary Cava & nibbles available during the day in reception. Roof top pool is a lovely addition and was never busy during our stay with sunbeds easily available. Hotel is situated right in the centre of the Old Town with a short walk to the beach and the many restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Our 3rd stay at this lovely hotel, this time husband and I were joined by a friend who was also impressed. Great location (taxi from airport around €30), with many good restaurants and bars nearby. We booked room with plaza view as we like to people watch from the balcony. Everywhere spotlessly clean and all staff- reception, maid service in room, lifeguard at pool and restaurant staff all very friendly and helpful. Fridge in room, kettle, coffee machine with pods replenished daily, good size safe. Comfortable bed, good pillows, bedding changed regularly. Walk in shower with grab rail. Big bath towels. Big glass bottle of water in room on arrival could be refilled free of charge which was certainly appreciated. Tasty breakfasts including fresh fruit salad, cereals, cakes and pastries. Freshly cooked items to order with generous choice. Peaceful pool area, generous sized pool towels. Never had a problem finding sun beds. The only problem being the steps up to the pool with no hand rails, so that guests with poor mobility (myself and friend included) struggled to use. I did mention this to reception staff when checking out. As the hotel including pool area has recently been refurbished to a high standard, lack of hand rails seems a thoughtless omission.

Excellent Hotel. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Los Cristianos and only metres from the beach. Nice quiet and relaxing. Rooms tastefully renovated with internet faster than I have at home! This includes the area surrounding the impressive rooftop pool. 3 English television stations installed on the huge TV in our room. Breakfast has a reasonable choice of hot and cold food which is constantly replenished. Various omelettes ,poached eggs etc cooked fresh at your request. All the staff are excellent and the Hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The only suggestion I would make is a leaflet be put in every room to inform guests of Ie timings of pool opening and closing .breakfast times, When the Exit door at the bottom of the Hotel next to the Gym is unlocked and available to use. Where guests collect pool towels and finally user introductions on how to operate the Television. My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much we have booked along with the rest of our family to return again this summer. Thank you to Mónica,Rodolfo and Edwardo on the front desk who are all helpful and charming. We look forward to seeing you all on our next visit.

Great staff, good quality interior decoration and facilities, including roof-top swimming pool. Sun beds around pool were comfortable and there were plenty of them. Breakfast was good quality. Poolside service was good.

The gym was closed throughout our visit even though there was a letter under our door telling us it was open. The poolside tiles are very slippery when wet. The room were were assigned was not the better one we thought we had booked.

A big thank you to Reveron Plaza. This hotel is truly in a class of its own. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, greeted warmly by Jorge at reception with a big smile and a glass of champagne. His professionalism, politeness, and charm were remarkable—a true gentleman. Then there was the ever-smiling Monica, just as professional, cheerful and bubbly, always ready to help in any way she could—a real gem. Last but not least, smiling Rodolfo, who we later discovered was the manager, was down-to-earth, friendly, and professional, always with an answer to any question. You three are the best of the best! Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with great facilities, plus a lovely balcony overlooking the streets where we enjoyed our tea. The maids deserve special mention for their outstanding work and ever-present smiles. Breakfast was first-class, with a great selection and freshly cooked options. Thanks to Loli and the other two team members—sorry we didn’t catch your names—for your efforts and smiles all around. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere and the location couldn’t be better, right in the centre with everything at your doorstep, and the beautiful Los Cristianos beach just a two-minute stroll away. This excellent hotel is of really great value. Thank you to everyone at Reveron Plaza for making our holiday unforgettable. We’ll definitely be returning next year.
