Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Appartamento molto ben curato con giardino e terrazzo al secondo piano dove poter mangiare o godersi il solarium. Sono presenti addirittura due bagni e l’arredo si nota che è stato rinnovato da poco. Gli spazi sono ben distribuiti e i letti sono veramente comodi. Piscina grande con tanti sdrai da poter usufruire.
Magari inserire prodotti anche monouso come sale da cucina, olio e detersivo.

No me gusto que el personal de limpieza iba gritando desde muy temprano, en lugar de usar las emisoras, por los que ambos dias nos despertaron con el escándalo que formaban, gritando de un apartamento a otro desde las 8 de la mañana.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Posizione comoda, fuori dalla confusione di Los Cristianos ma abbastanza vicino al centro per potersi muovere anche a piedi o con un piccolo spostamento della macchina (si deve fare altrimenti un po' di strada in salita). Non lontano c'è un centro commerciale, alcuni negozi e supermercati, ma anche bar e ristoranti a cui si può arrivare a piedi. Il nostro appartamento era molto spazioso, su due piani (sotto camera e bagno, sopra cucina/salotto e terrazzino + un altro bagno) e dotato di ogni comfort (cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici inclusa lavatrice e tutto il necessario per bucato, tostapane, microonde, piatti ecc, necessario per qualche pulizia, scopa ecc), bello il terrazzo con lettini e tavolino, e comodo il doppio bagno. Presenti anche asse e ferro da stiro. Molto gradita la vista sulla piscina! Staff competente e cordiale, menzione speciale al bagnino che sembra adorato da tutti! Cambio asciugamani/ lenzuola sarebbe previsto una volta a settimana ma a seconda di come cade la settimana anche due volte. Aria condizionata in camera ben funzionante, non presente nella zona cucina/salone ma c'era un ventilatore). Letto con materasso molto comodo e molti cuscini disponibili. Bagno molto grande, con doccia/vasca con getto forte e ben funzionante. In generale tutta la struttura è ben curata, la zona piscina e la piscina stessa molto ben tenute e pulite. Comodo parcheggio. C'è anche un bar e un ristorante ma non li abbiamo frequentati. È stato un vero piacere soggiornare qui e ci tornerei più che volentieri!
Camere poco insonorizzate quindi si sentono un po' di rumori e schiamazzi serali/notturni ma niente di grave. Qualche piccola manutenzione e qualche miglioramento agli appartamenti si potrebbe fare : finestra del terrazzino non si chiudeva bene, scalini interni e piastrelle del pavimento un po' rovinati, la vasca aveva qualche zona un po' rattoppata... ma sono piccolezze.

We live in Tenerife and have air con just in our bedroom, so it didn’t bother us that the property was advertised as only having air con in the bedroom, but that living space was unbearably hot and the overhead fan was so outdated that it did nothing to move the air, so as we had our baby with us, we ended up stuck downstairs in the bedroom all day long.

Emplacement un peu loin du centre et de la plage, surtout avec des enfants en bas âge. Mais si vous avez une voiture c’est nickel. Le wifi coupe fréquemment surtout au RDC.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026The resort is located on a quiet side street while still being within easy walking distance of both the beach and the town center. The room was clean, the kitchenette was well equipped, and the overall value for money was excellent. We also appreciated the nearby airport bus connection, which made getting around very convenient. While there is nothing particularly luxurious or unique about the property, it provides everything needed for a comfortable stay and meets expectations well.
The pool area comes with a number of rules, some of which felt stricter than necessary. During our stay, construction work was also taking place nearby, resulting in noticeable noise from drills and jackhammers throughout the day. We do not consider this a reason to lower our rating, as such work is temporary and often unavoidable, but it can be inconvenient, especially for guests who plan to work remotely or spend most of their day by the pool. Families with children make up a large part of the clientele, so those seeking a particularly quiet pool experience should keep that in mind.

There was a sunbed issue, all reserved and some not being used. We only wanted to swim but had nowhere to put our towels.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y camas muy cómodas. Personal muy amable y muy resolutivos, se nos estropeó el horno y pusieron uno nuevo sobre la marcha.
No habían tumbonas disponibles, muchas de ellas ocupadas por horas con toallas y sin gente y el socorrista no las quitaba, ningún tipo de control en ese aspecto. Deberían de poner aire acondicionado también en la sala ya que hay sofá cama para ver la tele pero no se podía estar del calor.

Avevamo due bagni di cui uno era sporco al nostro arrivo. Durante la pulizia della camera non so cos’è successo ma: Abbiamo ritrovato al nostro arrivo in camera una lattina di birra, ci sono stati tolti gli asciugamani e uno era sporco e non ci sono stati dati il numero corretto per le persone che occupavamo la camera.

Great calm,relaxing atmosphere, a few bars with entertainment, and restaurants within 5 to 10 minute walk down a small hill, a little further down more hills to get into Los Christianos, and about 10 Euros or less to get to Playa de Las Americas by taxi , we had a lovely stay.Breakfast beautiful and reasonably priced at 7.50 Euros
No entertainment at pool bar or night time bar as advertised ( possibly due to low attendance) Wasn't sure if restaurant was open at the beginning of our stay Fri,Sat, Sun but noticed it was during the week, we didn't end up using tbe restaurant lots of restaurants local, pool cafe bar had good choice and fair priced.Said no reserving of sunbeds allowed, unfortunately this wasn't the case ! Luckily we had an apartment nearby so could come in and out and use our own terrace and balcony after a swim.

Great terrace. The pool was fantastic and always enjoyable, and the pool bar offered a great selection of food throughout the day, making it easy to relax without having to leave the hotel.
Poor WiFi throughout the hotel and not accessible within the apartment. Rude waitress in the pool bar, on multiple occasions.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Byliśmy koniec maja. Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie sprzęty (pralka, ekspres, lodówka, toster, pikernik, płyta, czajnik), dwie łazienki. Duży taras z widokiem na basen. Miejsce w którym człowiek czuje się jak u siebie (nie jak w hotelu i nie jak na survivalu). Miałam ochotę zostać tam na miesiąc i pracować zdalnie. Było bardzo cicho i spokojnie (być może dlatego że to przed sezonem). Woda w basenie podgrzewana. Idealna głębokość jakieś 1,40-1,60. Byliśmy w 3 róźnych miejscach noclegowych ale tutaj podobało mi się najbardziej.
Co do pracy zdalnej - wifi słabe a zasięg polskiej sieci gubił się.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Las chicas de la limpieza, merecen una subida de sueldo clarísima, nos trataron como en casa, con palabras bonitas, risas y muchísima paciencia. El apartamento es pequeño pero está bien , el complejo es tranquilo y bonito y la piscina bastante grande. Calidad precio de lo mejorcito por qué tienes la playa andando a 10 minutos. Una mención especial a la jardinera Nieves, que es lo mejor que tiene este hotel. Muchísimas gracias por todo y viva Vigo.

The only thing was we had a late flight and couldn't keep our room but I suppose that is a chance you take but they do have showers you can use and a room you can leave your cases.

Además la piscina está muy bien y el socorrista Orelbis siempre es muy atento y servicial. La ubicación del hotel está muy bien para descansar y desconectar. Sin duda, volveré a reservar este hotel!

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Cuando nos dieron la habitación había bichos muertos dentro de la nevera, y en el lavabo. Lo fuimos a comunicar a recepción y nos intentaron dar un apartamento más pequeño. Lógicamente nos volvimos a quejar y la mujer de recepción llamo a dirección. Al final nos dieron una habitación justo al lado de la inicial con las características que nosotras habíamos reservado. Todo esto nos llevó un total de 1 hora y media. Además sumarle que el apartamento no tiene ni aceite, ni sal, ni filtros para la cafetera, ni café. Que son los objetos básicos de cortesía y el restaurante solo abre de 6-10 de la tarde de lunes a viernes. Con lo que si no quieres tener que comprar todo para hacer el café tienes que salir del complejo. También decir que las camas y almohadas son muy incómodas y el aire acondicionado muy antiguo y a veces estaba puesto en modo frío y de repente empezaba a salir caliente con lo que teníamos que pararlo por el botón de la máquina (porque el mando no funcionaba a para apagarlo) y volver a encenderlo.

Reviewed May 16, 2026La casa era grande. Nos gustó mucho la cocina porque estaba muy bien equipada. La cama y las almohadas son muy cómodas. La piscina está muy limpia. Fácil de aparcar.
Estuvimos una semana y sólo entraron a limpiar un día. Estaría bien que limpiarán más veces.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Very clean and spacious, the views from our balcony were beautiful! The apartment had modern decor and was packed with extra pillows, blankets, cups, cutlery, utensils etc. The location was perfect nice and quite but close distance to everything.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Eravamo in 4 e ci siamo trovate dentro un appartamento con 3 bagni, cucina super attrezzata, salotto spazioso, terrazza enorme per prendere il sole (con lettini, pmbrellone e un tavolo), 2 camere da letto grandi e comodissime. Siamo state davvero bene, felici di questa scelta anche per qualità e prezzo. 🔝 🔝 🔝 Sicuramente ci torneremo.
Non c'è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto. Anzi, è stato oltre ogni aspettativa.

Reviewed May 15, 2026-amplasamentul desi este foarte central si aproape de plajă zona este foarte liniștita -aproape de statia de bus, ma interesat in mod expres acest lucru -piscina --camera de bagage si dusurile de curtoazie.Aveam 5 ore până la avion si am putut lăsa bagajele dupa checkout caree se face la ora 10:00.Deasemenea dupa ce am revenit am facut un dus si m-am putut schimba inainte de a merge cu bus ul la aeroport
- camerele studio au terasa comuna si nu au ferestre.Singura sursa de lumina sunt geamurile glisante din sticlă securizata de la usa de acces.Aceste geamuri sunt completate de usi din aluminiu cu jaluzele orizontale.Ambele au incuietori si se foloseste aceeasi cheie.Pt ca sa aerisesti camera trebuie lasate larg deschise neexistand ferestre.Pentru cei care is doresc mai multa intimitate ar putea fi un inconvenient deoarece aceeasi terasă este comună cu camera vecina. -antifonarea este destul de slabă, conteaza si ce vecini ai altfel posibil locatia sa nu fie o oaza de liniște.Se cam aude orice conversate de pe terasa inauntru chiar si cu geamurile glisante inchise.Eu m-am odihnit bine deoarece seara a fost liniste dar aici depinde si de ceilati oaspeti.Patul, salteaua a fost foarte confortabila. -destul de cald in camera aproximativ cu 4C peste temperatura de afara 27C la inceputul lunii mai, ,am folosit AC ul si a fost eficient dar pt.cine nu este obisnuit sa doarma cu aerul conditionat pornit si nu tolereaza temperaturi peste 25C poate fi obositor. -accesul in camera se face pe o scara exterioara in spirala,pt.persoanele in varsta sau cu mobilitate redusa poate fi un impediment

Reviewed May 14, 2026Everything you need … air con in bedroom is a bonus.. staff were friendly and accommodating very clean modern ( better than pics in all rooms we have used) this was our second stay and would definitely stay again
