Da beleza da natureza e o ar puro

Casetta immersa nel verde in una zona molto tranquilla, di notte si sente solo il rumore delle onde. Comoda la cucina dove poter preparare qualcosa, per colazione si hanno a disposizione in camera uova, latte, marmellate, prosciutto, formaggio e frutta. Tra le 8 e le 8.30 viene portato anche il pane fresco. A disposizione degli ospita c'è anche una piscina.

La mancanza di un tavolo all'interno della casetta dove poter cenare c'è solo un tavolinetto da caffè molto basso. Accoglienza un po' fredda

Las vistas desde el apartamento era maravillosas. El personal fue muy amable, nos dejaron fruta fresca que estaba de 10.

El apartamento tenía cositas a mejorar, básicamente hay demasiados muebles y bastante viejitos, si eso se mejorara un poco sería de sobresaliente. Alguna noche echamos en falta un ventilador o mosquiteras, no nos atrevimos a abrir las ventanas teniendo en cuenta la ubicación del apartamento y los "bichitos" para dormir.

Le cadre est magnifique 😍 On a adoré avoir des fruits régionaux déposés devant la maison tous les matins. Ils étaient excellents !

Le logement méritait d’être un petit peu plus propre au niveau de la salle de bain.

Le cadre est paradisiaque. On a adoré la piscine, les petits logements individuels, la visite des chats.. on a passé 6 jours extrêmement agréables.

Die Ruhe und die Aussicht die wir hatten

Das Bad war etwas demoliert, die Handtücher teilweise etwas verdreckt.

Eigenlijk hadden we gehoopt op wat charme na het lezen van sommige recensies maar zwembad en ontbijt en ook uitzicht kunnen eigenlijk die benamingen niet eens hebben. Het enige positieve was een wasmachine in het huis dat superoud maar groot was en verse eieren en fruit. Ja en er werd wel schoongemaakt en we kregen veel schone handdoeken. Het plonsbad was echter enorm vies en was met een gelig zeiltje overkleed. Het ontbijt bevatte instant koffie en houdbaar brood. Van enig uitzicht was door de verwilderde tuin geen sprake.

Het ergste vonden wij het gebrek aan uitzicht en de algehele verwaarlozing van het terrein. Wij keken min of meer uit of afvalbakken. Maar ergst zijn alle enorm verwaarloosde zwerfkatten die elkaar ook tot verwonding aanvielen. De omgeving vonden wij ook heel triest. Dit is ook niet wat je van een Quinta verwacht. Er was ook niks persoonlijks aan met de instant koffie en plastic botertjes en jam in een mandje.

De ligging is schitterend! Heel rustig. Het huisje was ontzettend schoon, elke dag werden de bedden weer opgemaakt en het ontbijt was ontzettend goed! Zwembad ook erg leuk. Enige verbeterpunt is de badkamer, erg oud!

Geweldig verblijf gehad! We hadden het grote huis. Heel veel ruimte, van alle gemakken voorzien. Twee badkamers. En ja, het was oud, maar dat had juist sfeer en karakter. Fantastische plek, met (prive)'strand' met elke avond ondergaande zon. Elke dag werd er schoongemaakt en kregen we verse broodjes, beleg, eieren, fruit, melk. Het zwembad erbij maakte het helemaal af. Alleen maar lof (zeker voor deze prijs). Vriendelijk personeel. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor zowel hikes als strand. De foto's op de website deden vermoeden dat het huis veel kleiner was. Wij waren verrast!

Niks! (Ik snap ook echt niet dat sommige klagen over een oud huis of een gele zwembadrand... Dan heb je echt niks beters te doen en zie je echt niet de schoonheid van dit alles in)

North of the island so not touristy but absolutely beautiful, need a hire car and nice to drive around although locals handle the roads better. Pool was great after a day hiking. Apartment clean and assistance available 9 to 5 if want advice or info. Loved it.

Loved it all, not a 5 star hotel and away from main towns so not for everyone.

Great place in a quiet area, far from the most touristic places. The house had everything we needed, close access to the beach too

Nagyon szép volt a kilátás és miénk volt az egész ház. Jó időnk volt, emiatt tudtunk a bejárat előtti teraszon enni. Csendes volt, ajánlom mindenkinek. Ha az ágy kicsit jobb lett volna, a legjobb értékelést adnám. Köszönjük a kertből a banánt! Apró gesztus, de sokat jelentett!

Az ágy nagyon hullámzott, amikor a párom megmozdult, emiatt nem tudtam rendesen aludni. Pár konyhai felszerelés jó lett volna pl 1-2 fakanál

L'emplacement,la vue, la propreté malgré des odeurs fortes de moisissures dans tous les placards de cuisine.

A notre arrivée il faisait froid et humide, logement non chauffé, très rustique avec des odeurs de moisissures dans les placards de cuisine, le robinet de cuisine fuyait et couler jusqu'à dans certains tiroirs de cuisine, Plan de travail abîmé par excès d'eau qui coule,joints moisis,pas d'ustensiles de cuisson, poêle et casserole ayant un revêtement anti adhésif complètement abîmé, malgré nos réclamations nous avons été 3 jours ennuyés pour cuisiner. L'eau de la douche repasse par un tuyau au Sol et mouille tout le carrelage là haut dans la SDB. Malgré 12 maisonnettes sur place, nous sommes tombés sur le mauvais numéro c'était le logement 8 ! Ce logement méritait d'avoir le coin cuisine et cuisson complètement refait. Le côté rustique ne me dérangeait pas, mais les conditions pour cuisiner ont été un réel problème, ainsi que celui de L'eau de la douche qui ressort partout au sol...

Logement très bien équipé et très propre, vaste, avec une déco qui date. Une personne nous apportait le déjeuner tous les jours (simple mais copieux), et passait donner un coup de propre. Emplacement silencieux. Très bien, petit jardinet

Inrichting is erg gedateerd. Keukenkastjes stonken, er liepen mieren in de keuken. Aanrechtblad was beschadigd. Bed is erg klein, 190 cm is gewoon tekort. Douchecabine was krakkemikkig. Geen plek om toiletspullen neer te zetten. Asla van de kachel zat helemaal vol en er zat een gat in.

Nádherná poloha, příjemná obsluha, klid a pohoda, perfektní parkování. Každé ráno snídaně, denně čisté ručníky a úklid. K dispozici bazén se slanou vodou. Poměr cena x výkon byl nad naše očekávání

Pięknie położone domki. Cudny widok i otoczenie. Bez auta ani rusz, bo wszędzie daleko, ale dla tych co szukają spokoju to strzał w dziesiątkę. Codziennie sprzątane i wymieniane ręczniki.

Śniadania mogły być bardziej rozbudowane, brak warzyw. Półprodukty (kilka masełek, dżemików i serków, parę torebek herbaty i kawy rozpuszczalnej) zostawione w domku a pieczywo codziennie podrzucane pod drzwi.

To jest miejscówka dla osób szukających ciszy i spokoju. Nad oceanem ale na klifie, widok piękny i wokół niesamowita zieleń. Domek małżeński ale uroczy w sam raz na wakacje. W środku tradycyjne wyposażenie ale dużo miejsca i piecyk kt umilał nam wieczory w marcu było chłodno.

W zasadzie nic poza pogodą, ta część wyspy bywa częściej deszczowa i zachmurzona, słońca było mało.

Poloha ubytování a bezproblémové parkování. Bonusem byla možnost zatopit si v kamnech.

Very peacefull, near really good hiking paths and Santana is nearby. Particularly enjoyed the peace and the surroundings of beautiful gardens. Very quiet, fantastic place to rest after doing some serious hiking.

A bit humid inside, but it's understandable since we were visiting during the wet season.

Sehr geräumige Unterkunft für 4 Personen oder sogar mehr. Es gab eine sehr gute Ausstattung mit 2 Föhns und einem Holzofen und einer elektronischen Heizung die wir gerne im Dezember in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermitern war sehr gut und es wurde sogar abends noch sehr schnell das Gas ausgetauscht weil es leer war. Immer sehr viel Auswahl beim Frühstück und es wird alles direkt in die Unterkunft gebracht. Zwei Badezimmer waren auch sehr gut. Die Betten etwas durchgelegen aber trotzdem bequem. Es gibt genug Parkplätze und ein Auto ist definitiv erforderlich. Wir fanden die Gesellschaft der Katzen auch super. Die Küchenausstattung war auch sehr gut, uns hat zum Kochen (an mehreren Tagen) nichts gefehlt.

Die Lage ist etwas abgeschieden, aber es gibt mindestens ein Restaurant, fußläufig den Strand (eher nicht zum Baden geeignet) und einen eigenen Pool den man sich mit mehreren Bungalows teilt (wir waren alleine). Es war im Dezember etwas kühl und feucht, wir hatten aber auch Pech mit dem Wetter. In der Wohnung konnte man gut heizen und zum Beispiel Schuhe trocknen.

Zieleń wokoło domku była niesamowita. Pełno udomowionych kotów, które dawały się głaskac i były bardzo przyjazne.

Quiet, beautiful place. It was very nice to find a pack of fruit near the door on the first and last days we returned home.

Madeira is the island with a really wet climate. I didn't find a good place to dry clothes, as it's quite wet in the house too. An electric heated towel rail in the bathroom would be very useful.

The Quinta was a lucky find indeed - it is a charming place, very green and lush and very close to the ocean. It is located in a very secluded and peaceful village close to many hikes, towns and other points of interest. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. I really don't understand the complaints about the cats, there weren't that many and the ones I met were very friendly. Overall, I would gladly stay again here to explore the beautiful island.

Some appliances in the room have seen better days. And while the location is very calm and quiet, the ocean can be quite loud - but that is a rather beautiful problem to have, if you ask me!

The view, the location, the lovely garden! There is parking on the premises. And every morning you get fresh bread and fruits. Inside the house there is everything you need, even an electric heater. At walking distance (10min) there is a nice Tea House restaurant!

If anything…: At this time of year, the house (no8) was very moist, and smelled a bit moldy. There is little daylight coming through the small windows, so it’s pretty dark.

We zijn verbaasd dat er goede reviews zijn. Het huis stinkt naar schimmel. Schimmel zit op de muren, veelal over gesausd. Zelfs op de bedlamppootjes beneden slaapkamer. De lucht in beneden slaapkamer en keuken het sterkst. Veel muggen en insecten (geen horren helaas) Kakkerlak in de keuken kunnen vangen maar niet fris. Was eerste dag dus nog niet gekookt of eten niks. Veel, 6 katten, die ongevraagd bedelen en binnen willen komen maakten buiten ontbijten onmogelijk. De deur continue dicht katten wilden naar binnen. Wij houden hier niet van. Joanna wilde hier niks aan doen naar eigen zeggen; 'zijn niet hun katten.' Nee, maar geef ze dan 1-2x per dag eten zodat ze je gasten niet/minder lastig vallen. Onze mening. Water na 3-4min.koud. Waardoor douchen niet fijn. Volgens Joanna geen probleem. We hadden het elke dag opnieuw. Joanna gastvrouw zei niks bij check-in. Vroeg wel hoe laat we op dag 3 weggingen. Terwijl we slechts 1 ander echtpaar zagen. Niet echt vriendelijke binnenkomer. Uit fatsoen een dag van te voren gemaild dat we 10u vertrokken. Na een 15min op haar gewacht te hebben sleutel in de deur gelaten en weggegaan. Bijzonder. We vonden het voor dit geld tegenvallen Te meer daar we in Funchal en Camara de Logos goedkoper maar zeker kwalitief beter verbleven. Echt heel jammer. Zwembad had een dikke gele rand op tegeltjes en lag allerlei blad/gruis op de bodem. Er staat 'gehele jaar geopend'. Nou weken niet onderhouden. Spijtig, geen duik kunnen nemen. Ontbijt was simpel en goedkoopste pak melk, cupjes jam en geen verse eieren zoals in n comment te lezen was. Je kunt bij de plaatselijke supermarkt op 2 min. alles makkelijk halen. Voor ons geen aanrader en geen terugkomen waard.

Wynajęliśmy 2-osobowy domek (dostaliśmy ten z numerem 4 i jego będę oceniał) – na żywo wygląda o wiele, wiele lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Po kolei – parking pod obiektem zapewniony, codziennie dostawa śniadania (pieczywo, jajka, ser, szynka, dżemy, masło. Internet był dostępny. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki, poprawiana pościel, sprzątanie pokoju. Materac wygodny. W kuchni zlew, kuchenka, mikrofalówka, lodówka, garnki, sztućce. Naprawdę nie potrzebowaliśmy niczego więcej, a obiekt przekroczył nasze oczekiwania w pozytywny sposób.

Ubytování leží stranou turistického ruchu, v malé vesničce, autem do hodiny od většiny highlightů Madeiry. Samotné bungalovy jsou obklopeny spoustou keřů a květů, že si člověk připadá jako v džungli. Je to fakt krása umocněná výhledem na oceán. Rozhodně doporučuji!

Přímotop v jednom bungalovu jsme nebyli schopní zprovoznit, bylo by fajn doplnit návod. V děsivějším počasí se ocení možnost vysušení oblečení a bot.

Le petit déjeuner est très copieux : pain frais tous les matins, sucré, salé qui peut aussi compléter un pique-nique pour le déjeuner. C'est presque une demi-pension ! Le calme de la résidence, la vue sur la mer.

Nous étions 10 dans deux logements séparés qui n'étaient pas côte à côte, mais pas très grave !

Přiměřeně velké sruby navenek obklopené zelení, ale uvnitř dostatek místa. Dostatečné soukromí. Možnost využití bazénu.

Freundliches Personal, immer frische Brötchen, Eier & auch der Kühlschrank wurde regelmäßig mit Wurst und Käse aufgefüllt. Unser Häuschen war sehr sauber, es wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt, wir bekamen täglich frische Handtücher und die Lage war sehr fein! Es ist eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Gegend - hin und wieder fährt ein Auto vorbei ansonsten hört man nur Hähne, Gänse und andere Kleintiere.

Die Küche roch etwas muffig aber das liegt einfach daran, dass alles bereits sehr alt ist. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Schöne und ruhige Lage, liegt in einer Sackgasse und ist sehr ruhig, Parkplatz vor Ort, Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, sehr sauber, Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, Frühstück war in Ordnung, ringsherum eine wunderschöne Flora und Fauna, top Ausganspunkt für Unternehmungen und Wanderungen (mit dem Auto), gutes Restaurant mit Aussicht im Ort, Internet funktioniert tadellos, uns hat es gefallen.

Uitzicht was formidanel en zwembad was heerlijk om te zwemmen. Prima maar eenvoudig ontbijt. Er zijn een paar goede restaurants in de buurt. (Binnen de 6 à 15 minuten rijden) Een vervoer is zeker aan te raden.

Wij hebben niet zelf gekookt. Maar als je het wilt doen dan zijn meer pannen wel nodig.

The place was amazing. Very spacious, but at the same time cosy and authentic. The garden and the surroundings of the Quinta were very beautiful, especially the view from the pool. The place was clean and well-equipped. Every day we got fresh bread, eggs and fruit. We felt very welcomed and would definitely recommend this place.

La quinta a plusieurs petites maisonnettes dispersées dans un environnement fleuri et dans un quartier très tranquille. Nous avions une vue sur mer et une petite terrasse intime. Tout était très propre. Changement des serviettes de bain tous les jours. Produits de petit déjeuner livrés sur place tous les jours.

Très bon accueil. Cadre superbe avec vue sur les montagnes et la mer, depuis la maison, ou depuis la piscine. Jardin luxuriant. Environnement très calme. Parking gratuit disponible.

La cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée pour pouvoir cuisiner soi-même. Mais tout de même très fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner copieux, mais serait encore mieux avec des produits de meilleure qualité (confiture, fromage, jambon industriels assez décevants).

La dame sur place pas très agréable, manque d équipements de cuisine et pas de place pour cuisiner, meubles de cuisine (ainsi que son contenant) qui sentaient extrêmement mauvais, matelas inconfortables

We stayed at the place for one week - it was great! We loved the location: peaceful, in nature, by the ocean, great overview of the coast/cliffs, amazing! Great fit if you are with the car, pretty comfy to reach all locations around the island and get back to the place to sleep and relax :) Our home had all needed facilities, we were able to cook and store food at the fridge, make some coffee and seat at the terrace. There was also a small pool by the parking, so we were able to swim a bit too! :) The shower had hot water, worked all good. We had some extra blankets and a radiator in the room too, as it got a bit chilly during nights. The stuff was really helpful and easy to reach out, we were also getting fresh bread and some products for breakfast every morning, was perfect! When we asked for some extra stuff, we always got it :) thanks for this!

The only thing we could specify would be changing towels during the stay if possible: as it gets a bit messy due to longer time of staying and us hiking and bringing sand etc :) also, it's quite humid on the island and they didn't get dry fully, so changing would be really helpful. We spotted few big mosquitoes and spiders, but were able to use the spray we were given, but still wasn't expected :)

Liked EVERYTHING about this place. Cozy and comfortable stay that felt right at home. Super neat and clean. Everyday cleaning. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking. Great breakfast provided by Joana a day prior, we could leave easily early morning for the hikes without missing the breakfasts. Very thoughtful <3 Returned to clean bed, rooms, toilets by end of the day. Super Thank You! This place has a common pool and sun bathing chairs with view of the mountains and the sea. It was so soothing. You will be waking up to the sound of the sea waves, birds chirping and roosters screaming :P No city noise. There are also some cute , friendly cats to play with. No harms done by them. We accessed the place by car. Not sure of public transport. Haven't seen any. Place is 30-40 mins away from the Airport and Funchal.

Liked everything. But, it is nice to have some of the things below: A clothes drying rack to dry the wet clothes after getting wet from hike due to rain or beach or pool experience; an iron for the dry clothes. Also nice to have oil/black pepper for cooking.

The location was perfect. We had an amazing view of the sea and the mountains! They provided us local eggs for breakfast which were incredible. Everything was cleaned very professionally as well.

Not enough wall plugs. The place was freezing and the bathroom did not have a plug so we could not plug in the heater . It was very cold

Breakfast was good. Would be nice to alternate rolls and bread for toast in the morning. It was nice waking up to the ocean and hearing the waves at night. Great location for very little rain

More hot water for showers. Once the first person took a shower there was no hot water for the second person. Other than that the place was quiet and so relaxing. We will definitely book again if we go back to Madeira. Joana was so helpful

We had a good contact with the hotel owner. We received everything we needed after getting in touch with her (Sharp knives and tea spoons were missing, some lamps and TV did not work). During check-in, I recommend verifying whether your SMS connection works. Hot water was hot, wifi worked, beds were comfortable, rural atmosphere was nice, parking was problem-free, and a motorway close enough.

Probably, the different buildings vary in quality. We stayed in a house "One-Bedroom Apartment" , separate from the other buildings, deep in the garden. We had a kitchenette near the entrance. The air there was very humid. There wasn’t a convenient way to dry clothes and shoes (in February). The stone floor was cold. Water from the porch could seep inside if I opened the door during rain. The gas stove was quite old. The kitchen was dark and lacked proper lighting. No freezer, but there is a refrigerator.

If you are looking for absolute peace and unity with nature - this is the place for you. Compact bungalows drown in greenery, rocks hang behind, and the ocean rages in front. The morning begins with a hundred-voice chorus of roosters. Rural flavor in every detail, simple friendly people. Extremely sweet Ms. Joana and delicious local bananas)) Convenient location, close to the extraordinary village of Santana, the beaches of Seixal and the baths of Porto Monish.
