Très bel endroit, où il est très agréable de séjourner. Le logement est très beau avec une terrasse très agréable. Stationnement facile dans la rue. Il y a beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner, et nous sommes très bien accueillis.

Certains aménagements notamment dans la salle de bain mériteraient d'être changés (poubelle, rideau de douche, pommeau de douche qui fuit...)

Schöne Anlage mit einzelnen Bungalows mit einfachem, funktionalem Einrichtungsstil. Freundlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeber und gutes Frühstück mit wechselndem Angebot. Kleiner privater Garten, Hängematte.

Leider waren Bauarbeiten an der Strasse während unseres Aufenthalts, von 8-18 Uhr.

L'emplacement

L’emplacement, le paysage et le déjeuner était excellent.

Il manque la base pour cuisiner dans la cuisine, sel, poivre, sucre et huile. Il manque du savon à vaisselle et lingette pour nettoyer. Il n’avait pas un choix d’oreiller supplémentaire. La maisonnette était humide malgré l'utilisation de l'air climatisé. Il n'avait pas de ventilateur dans la salle de bain pour enlever l'humidité.

Fijn huisje op een rustige, mooie locatie. Prima ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Informatie vooraf was heel goed.

Vrij sober huisje. Jammer dat er geen klein voorraadje thee en koffie was.

Uns wurde auf Wunsch ein großzügiges Frühstückspaket zusammengestellt und in die Unterkunft gebracht, weil wir den Morgen darauf bereits früh aufgebrochen waren.

Leider war der Toilettenbrille nicht ganz fest, der Deckel vom Badmülleimer war lose, die Badtür ließ sich nicht komplett schließen und die Abzugshaube hat nicht funktioniert.

Gute Betten mit warmen Decken. Hängematte auf der Terrasse. Gute Dusche. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich..

Notre villa avec le hamac sur la terrasse : le bonheur de pouvoir lire au calme en rentrant de randonnée. Le cadre dans la végétation. Les hôtes sont très gentils : des œufs frais et des gâteaux faits maison au petit déjeuner servis avec le sourire. L’emplacement à quelques minutes en voiture du village et à moins de 30 min des randonnées du Ruivo et de la l’évada Calderae Verde.

La météo était un peu capricieuse lors de notre séjour, la villa était donc un peu humide et sombre mais cela ne nous a pas vraiment gênés.

Het uitzicht, je eigen accomodatie en voldoende ruimte. Het voelt echt of je in de natuur zit.

Er was weinig verlichting. Veel deed het niet of was zwak. Airconditioning was kapot.

Heerlijk rustig sfeertje. Fijne huisjes in een mooie tuin.

Beetje saai terras, geen ligstoelen of hangmat, die had ik wel verwacht.

De omgeving was prachtig, het huis was in de basis ook prima, ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel was vriendelijk. Er is veel te doen in de omgeving, geweldige natuur. Tijdens het ontbijt was het personeel erg behulpzaam en dacht mee over wat we in de omgeving konden doen.

Bij binnenkomst in het huis hoorden we gelijk een hard zoemend geluid, van de patchkast (Wifi kast) waar het internet van alle huisjes geregeld wordt. Deze hangt binnen in het huis, naast de deur en maakte een geluid dat door het hele huis te horen was. Mijn zoontje werd hier heel naar van en wilde gelijk weg. Ik heb dit aangegeven aan het personeel, maar er was niks aan te doen. Dit heeft echt een stempel gedrukt op ons verblijf, want de benedenverdieping was eigenlijk niet te gebruiken. Op de bank zitten of aan de eettafel eten kon niet vanwege het constante harde geluid. Ook boven in de slaapkamers was het te horen en in de nacht werd ik er wakker van. Dit nogmaals aangegeven bij het personeel, maar er was geen oplossing. Gelukkig verbleven we hier maar een deel van onze vakantie. O ja en er zijn hele harde matrassen, daar moet je van houden.

Kamer was enorm vochtig en rook hierdoor niet fris. Rook naar schimmel. Uit de airco kwam ook onfrisse geur. Karig verblijf, niet eens een flesje water of iets in de koelkast. Had even aangegeven dat er niks te verkrijgen is, dan had je daar rekening mee kunnen houden of zorg voor een plek waar je iets kunt aanschaffen. De buren waren continue aan het roken, hierdoor zaten we ook niet lekker buiten. Personeel hebben we niet gezien, alleen smorgens bij het ontbijt. Dat stelde overigens ook niet veel voor. Marcels bistro is een aanrader voor eten mocht je hier toch overnachten.

Our patio terrace was delightful, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

More than one mirror and more outlets would have been useful. In addition, a notation of all the stairs for those who have mobility challenges would be helpful on your booking site.

Un cadre magnifique, dans la nature, tout proche de Santana. Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce petit paradis, super point de départ de nombreuses randonnées. Excellent petit déjeuner maison.

Zeer vochtige ruimte, alles voelt wak aan en niets droogt. Ook de bedjes vonden wij minder, enkel eenpersoonsbedden die heel klein zijn en die veel lawaai maken.

Etablissement super agréable ! Chambres très propres, jardin très fleuri c’est un véritable petit havre de paix. Cuisine bien équipée. Bon petit déjeuner ! Rien à dire !

Nagyon szép a szállás, minden teljesen rendben volt. Tiszta volt, tágas, gyönyörű hortenziákkal teli kerttel és korrekt reggelivel. Be tudtunk állni az autóval egy kisebb udvarrészre. Nagyon gyorsan elérhetők éttermek és a klasszikus Santanai házak is.

Le petit déjeuner emest exceptionnel. Les chambres sont très bien, le cadre est très reposant. Idéalement situé autour de Santana.

Miejsce w zaczarowanym ogrodzie. Cały teren ciekawy. Szkoda, że nie mieliśmy lepszej pogody.

Santana wilgocią stoi i przekłada się to na zapachy w pokoju. Trafiliśmy na 2 dni bez słońca, więc niefartownie. Śniadanie raczej słabe.

Die Hausdame und ihre Mutter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Was a nice, large space on two floors.

Place was a bit musty and there was a dog barking any time we entered or left and early in the morning, which woke us up.

Très bon accueil par Claudia. Petit bungalow bien équipé dans un beau jardin fleuri. Petit déjeuner continental servi dans une belle salle à manger.

Beautiful apartments with a hammock and outdoor table to enjoy outside. Even when days were hot apartment stayed very cool and enjoyable. All that you need to cook meals as well. Very friendly hosts and good breakfast. Parking was easy right in front of the property.

Without a car a walk to main Santana stores and restaurants is quite a hike. But with a car it’s a great location!

These rooms are in a lovely setting although on edge of town. We were happy to walk in and found eating places. They catered well for breakfast and had good room facilities.

Een prachtige, rustige lokatie op een berg. Alles schoon en een eigen keuken. Parkeren voor de deur, een goed ontbijt in gezellige ruimte.

In de bergen is het in de avond een stuk frisser, de kamer doet wat kil aan (persoonlijk houdt ik van iets meer kleur) De kamer is wat gehorig. De stalen bedden op de stenen vloer.

I liked the individual bungalows a lot, the gardens and setting. My bungalow, A, had a very large living room/,kitchen, which was lovely, with a separate bedroom. The outside space and garden was also lovely, along with the views

The only drawbacks in my view, were the lighting, which for me was a bit dull. A few table and/or free standing lamps would help. Also, just a few touches to make the large living room brighter and more homely e.g some nice cushions and some ornaments or more colourful pictures on the walls. The location is a fair walk from the town, very steep for the last part. But those things aside, I would still choose this accommodation if I come again.

Fijne kamers met keukentje en eigen terras/tuintje in het groen. Iedere ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt met lieve gastheer en gastvrouw. Eenvoudige/vlotte self check in.

We misten iets van een douchegordijn, zodat de badkamervloer droog blijft. Verder was alles prima in orde en heel compleet

Location was great for easy access to hikes. Facilities were clean. Claudia was responsive.

The lighting in the house is very dark with harsh fluorescent lighting. A bright fluorescent emergency exit sign outside the bedrooms makes it difficult to sleep, but it is too hot to shut the bedroom door (and mosquitos came in when we opened a window—no netting/screens). The beds are uncomfortable. There was really no space to relax/unwind in the afternoon/evening. We dreaded coming back so much so that we left a day early and booked new lodging. Some of these discomforts may be specific to Villa H.

Gut gelegen im Wanderungen vorzunehmen. Ein paar nette Restaurants waren gut zu erreichen. Allerdings mit sehr vielen Höhenmetern!

Die Küchenzeile war quasi im Schlafzimmer. Es war nicht sehr optimal um dort zu kochen. Der Ort an sich bietet nicht sehr viel.

Eau chaude dans la douche très limité, appartement petit et assez humide, avec une décoration rudimentaire. Aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement

Le cadre est très beau, les chalets sont agréables et le personnel très accueillant. Idéal pour une pause nature .

Un peu difficile de faire des promenades « familiales » autour , la voiture est indispensable.

Leider waren auf meiner Bett Decke Flöhe oder Ähnliches und ich wurde ca. 30 mal gestochen und habe leider auch allergisch reagiert… zukünftig besser die Katzen nicht ins Haus lassen…

Accommodatie ligt in een mooie tuin met lekker terras.

Keuken heeft alles ziet er wel wat verouderd uit. Miste thee glazen en kommen voor Yochurt of soep. Accommodatie was op voor 6 personen maar dan was er servies te weinig.

Nettes kleines Häuschen etwa 1 km vom Zentrum von Santana. Schöne Terrasse mit ein bisschen Blick. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber es könnte dort auch für ein paar Tage schön sein.

Bei schlechtem Wetter (was wir hatten) war es innen recht dunkel und ungemütlich. Kann aber bei gutem Wetter ganz anders wirken.

Kauniit pikku talot, joissa oli yksityinen terassi. Paljon kasveja ja kukkia. Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä ja asiakaspalvelu myös. . Sisäänkirjautuminen sujui hyvin, ja autolle oli tilaa tien laidalla.

Meille sattui kylmät ja sateiset päivät, niin kylpyhuone oli kylmä. Mutta ilmoille ei voi mitään. Huoneessa oli kyllä lämmitin.

Les gens qui travaillaient là était gentils

La chambre était très humide avec des traces d’humidité partout (murs, sèche cheveux) nos affaires ont pris l’humidité alors qu on est début mai et qu’il n’a pas plu! Les lits étaient vraiment pas confortables (matelas à ressorts). Il n’y a pas de sommier mais une planche qui sert de sommier. Des chiens ont aboyés deux nuits entre 22h et 02h du matin et des coqs à 5h. L’emplacement n’est pas charmant et n’est pas non plus en centre ville. Nous avons été très déçues et nous avons mal au dos suite à ce séjour.. si la chambre avait été annulable je serai partie dès la première nuit passée. Le placard ne se fermait pas bref rien n’allait à part les gens gentils au petit déjeuner…

Très forte odeur de peinture fraiche dans la chambre qui a duré tout le temps du séjour

Appartement très bien situé, cosy et cocooning, avec une jolie vue. Le petit déjeuner est un vrai plus, partagé avec l’hôte dans une ambiance conviviale, et l’arrivée est simple et bien indiquée.

La cuisine est très mal équipée et peu pratique : aucun minimum (sel, poivre, etc.), très peu d’ustensiles, et un micro-ondes à brancher au-dessus des plaques, ce qui rend l’utilisation compliquée. Dommage pour un court séjour où l’on ne veut pas tout racheter.

Patio was great! Beds were clean and comfy. Heater worked well:) and breakfast was good and adequate. Communication about the hot water was communicated well - important to know that it is limited and takes time to heat back up.

We are sensitive to mold. The bathroom had the most mold as well as some other places. We understand mold grows easily in this climate. Would have rates this place very highly otherwise.

Tolle Anlage mit verwunschenen Ecken. Leider konnten wir die schöne Terrasse mit Hängematte aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht nutzen. Es gab ein leckeres Frühstück. Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar.

Es roch leicht in dem Bungalow und es hatte sich ein bisschen Schimmel gebildet aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit.

Personal war freundlich, kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Straße, Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, gute Lage für Erkundung des Nordens

Sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer, Bad hatte keine Heizung, Beleuchtung mäßig

I feel that the pictures were deceptive... the outside grounds were beautiful but needed tending (i.e., a thatched roof that was shown in the pics on Booking.com was in serious need of repair. It was quiet and we had our own separate villa. The pictures were the reason that I chose this B&B. The villa did not meet expectations. The bed linens were clean.

The inside of the villa/room was not up to par. After we arrived, we were told that you could only take a 15 minute shower before the hot water ran out (it was actually less than 10 minutes) -- and then wait 1/2 hr. before another person could take their shower. The room had some sort of smell/deodorizer and there was mold/mildew in the bathroom (around the base of the shower). There was a leak near the shower that was puddling outside of the shower and near the corner of the room. When I mentioned this to Claudia, she had someone bring a towel to place on the floor near the area in question. Breakfast was somewhat lacking/limited. Also, I like to sleep with fresh air coming in... however, this was not possible as there were no windows. The only possibility would be to open the door to the patio -- however, there was no screen. So, we were stuck with the nasty "deodorizer" smell...

Naša smještajna jedinica je bila lijepa i uredna, sa svim očekivanim sadržajem. Dočekala nas je upaljena klima koja je grijala prostor. Check-in je bio jednostavan, kao i komunikacija s domaćinima. Pogled fantastičan.

Doručak. Siromašan i osnovan. Nećete ostati gladni, ali nas nije oduševio u usporedbi s ostalim smještajima u kojima smo bili.

Very nice location which is really close to Santana center but feels quite remote due to the nature surrounding it. The views and atmosphere on the terrace are great. The apartment itself was nicely equipped and had all appliances necessary for a short stay. The breakfast was really decent as well.

Endroit paisible, bien situé, personnel très agréable. Un petit déjeuner en buffet simple mais bon et largement suffisant.

Assez frais dans la chambre, prendre un pyjama chaud pour ne pas abuser du chauffage.

Die Anlage ist ausserhalb der Ortschaft in einen Schattenhang gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist minimal

Rustikal-gemütliches Häusschen, inmitten von Natur, bezauberndes und sehr sehr freundliches Team.

In unserem Haus (Villa H) befand sich der Serverschrank für die komplette Anlage, der leider einen ruhigen Start in den Tag durch ein hohes, nicht endendes Summen verhindert hat.

Det var en mysig miljö men bilderna på utemiljön stämmer inte med verkligheten längre tyvärr, bodde avskilt och tyst. Positiv att kunna laga mat själv. Trevlig frukost och personal.

Att det var väl kyligt i badrummet och fläkten var ur funktion. Mörk och väldigt fuktig miljö samt inga miljöer att vistas i förutom sitt boende.
