Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Prvotní dojem z ubytování byl nadšení hlavně z místa a zajímavého interiéru. Místo je kousíček od trajektu a na krásném a klidném místě pod horami u moře.
Chvilku jsme museli hledat, kde vlastně budeme bydlet. Nádobí jsem musela před použitím umýt( nebylo čisté) a v ceně ( ne úplně nízké) nebylo zahrnuto povlečení. Úklid si tu musí provést také každý sám, jinak bude účtováno 1000NOK, tak se to bohužel odráží na čistotě. Spaní bylo na matracích nahoře, kde bylo velmi málo místa a nízký strop. ( Povlékání tak nebylo moc snadné).
Die Unterkunft war von der Fähre aus einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Anders als beschrieben, verfügte unsere kleine Hütte Sjåen über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Warmwasseranschluss, Dusche und Toilette. Die Küche war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu zweit ausreichend ausgestattet (1 Herdplatte, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Ofen) und verfügte über das nötigste, was man zum Kochen braucht. Das Schlafzimmer war über die Treppe erreichbar, es war klein aber sehr gemütlich. Der Schuhtrockner war spitze und ein willkommenes Extra nach langen und nassen Wanderungen.
Leider hatten wir uns die Begrüßung etwas freundlicher vorgestellt. So wurden wir nur kurz zur Unterkunft geführt, Infos zur kostenpflichtigen Bettwäsche, einem buchbaren Frühstück und Abendessen oder auch zur Sauna wurden uns nicht weiter gegeben. Die eine Herdplatte war zum Kochen ausreichend, zwei Herdplatten wären aber natürlich top!
Sauna oli loistava samoin ystävällinen isäntäpariskunta.
Kauppaa ei ollut lähellä, mutta tämä oli tiedossa jo etuläteen.
Location was exceptional
Didn't like having to pay extra for bedding and make our own beds and being expected to vacuum and mop at the end. Charge a bit more and include everything.

Liten överraskning att sängkläder inte ingick och att man behövde betala extra för det per person.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026La struttura è molto accogliente, tipica casa norvegese a pochi passi dal mare, ottimo per fare una passeggiata serale e godersi l’aerea fresca, l’appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di tutto il necessario, i proprietari sono cordiali e disponibili, il tutto a pochi minuti dal traghetto.
Le lenzuola a pagamento a 10€ a persona sono molto care, e viene fornito solo il copri piumone ed la federa per il cuscino, inoltre, viene richiesto di pulire l’appartamento prima di andare via, (motivo per cui la pulizia non è eccellente) onestamente essendo che chi soggiorna lì è in vacanza può essere un po spiacevole, sarebbe corretto scriverlo nell annuncio, inoltre se non pulisci vengono addebitati circa 90€.
Yöpyminen onnistui hyvin nopeasti 30 min kuluttua varauksesta. Majoittajat olivat mutkattomia, ja antoivat vinkkejä lähiseudulle. Kaikki oli oikein hyvin ja sijainti tietenkin upea! Tulemme uudelleenkin!
Majoittujat siivoavat paikan itse, joten ihmisillä on hyvin erilaisia siivouskäsityksiä. Toki paikka oli siisti, mutta ns. asutun siisti eli edellisen jäljiltä löytyi leivän murusia ja kahviläikkiä. Kuitenkin tarpeeksi puhdasta oli, hyvin viihdyimme!

Il proprietario per nulla accogliente, al nostro arrivo non si è nemmeno degnato di venire ad aprirci e mostrarci l'abitazione. La seconda camera e il bagno sono praticamente in un seminterrato senza finestre a cui si accede uscendo dell'abitazione principale, quindi chi dorme sopra deve andare giù per usare i servizi. Ti fanno pagare 10 euro a lenzuolo senza specificarlo chiaramente al momento della prenotazione e anche la sauna è a pagamento 25 euro 1 ora. La spiaggia privata su cui affaccia è un ammasso di alghe e sassi rendendo complicato l'accesso al mare. Considerato il costo non ne vale la pena!!!!

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Nahe Fähre. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und gut erreichbar.
Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte ein paar neue Anschaffungen. Die Polster der Stühle waren schon sehr fleckig. Küchenutensilien sind nur wenige vorhanden, vor allem zum Kochen und Gemüseschneiden nicht ganz ausreichend.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Astiat olivat likaisia, lattialla pölyä, epäsiisti. Asunnon omistajan vastaanotto oli epämiellyttävä. Ei puhuneet ja vältteli meitä. Koira oli meillä mukana kun asunnossa sai olla koira. Kuitenkin tuli sitten spostia että muistakaa siivota kunnolla kun koira. Asunnon omistaja hoiti spostilla viestittelyn vaikka samassa pihapiirissä oli koko ajan. Jotenkin jäi huono maku.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Todella siisti ja nykyaikainen asunto ihanalla sijannilla vuonon rannalla. Majoituksesta oli lyhyt mm. Blåvatnetille. Todella siisti paikka, myös kylpyhuone oli siisti.
Vessa oli eri kkerroksessa kuin huoneet, mutta ei se oikeastaan haitannut kovin paljon. Pikku juttu.
Sijainti rannan lähellä oli upea, huoneisto viihtyisä.
Kaunis ja rauhallinen paikka. Mukava ja avulias omistajapariskunta. Sauna oli mukava lisä ja kokemus. Hyvin varusteltu ja tilava asunto.

Hütte Trollheim: Insgesamt schmuddelig und muffig. Geschirr nicht vollständig sauber. Ein Schlafzimmer in der Größe einer kleinen Abstellkammer. Nach der Buchung kam eine Message, dass eine reinigungsgebühr zu entrichten sei oder man putzt selber. Sehr irritierend.

We were supposed to clean after us and there was no proper cleaning equipment for it. Also downstairs apartment was not in one floor and the half of the apartment was in basement which smelled damp. Also we were promised a kids bed but there was none available when we arrived. I think the price didn't match the place.

Hän soitti illalla paikallisen korjaamon johtajalle ja lainasi oman autonsa, jotta pääsimme seuraavana aamuna käymään paikkauttamassa renkaan.

Die Betten waren weich, das Zimmer konnte in der Mitternachtssonne nur schlecht abgedunkelt werden. Wir hatten upgrade - sehr geräumig und im Stil angemessen.
Eine herrliche Aussicht und wunderbar ruhig.

Nice appartement very well fitted with a splendid view on the fjord. Very well situated to explore the west and north part of the Lyngen alps. Lyngseidet and East coast is also not too far (30mn drive). The owners are very friendly and take care of their guests.
Price for the sauna is expensive.

Bathroom not in the apartment (but in the same building - 1 floor down).
In your supposedly private bathroom, there's a washer and dryer (free) that you share with another apartment. Nothing dramatic, but this means your bathroom no longer becomes private but shared.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026Bel emplacement. Vue sur le coucher de soleil (quand vous êtes dehors, pas de vue du salon). Très jolie déco dans l’appartement. On peut louer des raquettes à 200 nok par personne. Superbe vue depuis le sauna. Les randonnées accessibles à pieds.
L’accueil un peu froid.
L’échelle pour accéder aux lits et pas de hauteur pour tenir debout dans la chambre.
Les draps ne sont pas inclus (ajouter 100 nok par personne)
Le sauna est à 250 nok par personne mais c’est à vous de couper le bois, faire le feu, aller chercher des serviettes mais ça peut faire partie de l’expérience ! Et la vue est incroyable si vous avez le coucher de soleil.

Комната под потолком,не высокая,подьём по лестнице неудобный.Комплект постельного белья стоил 10€ на человека

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Perfect location for doing different activities in the svensby & lyngen area. Ole was very kind and provided us all guidance weeks ahead. It is a good spot for Aurora watching although some of the outdoors lights could be turned off to better the view of the northern lights. We had kitchen and bathroom amd enough beds for our stay and honestly didn''t have major issues. There are some additional fees for linen & washing machine which would be great to know in advance but is not a biggie. Our bathroom was downstairs but once again it wasn't too bad, at the end is not a hotel but a house so is part of the experience. We enjoyed our time there 😊

Reviewed Nov 17, 2025Beautiful little cabin in the Lyngen Alps. The one we stayed in was lovely both inside and out. It had two bedrooms, one with a single bed and another with two singles, plus a full bathroom and a small loft with two extra mattresses. There’s a small wood stove, and they let us use their firewood to light it. The kitchen was also fully equipped. We were well looked after.
The only downside was that the bed linens weren’t included, they cost 100 NOK.

We had to do and undo our own beds after paying for the bedsheets. The bedsheets were worn out and even had holes in it. The mattresses had stains on it.

Wc oli alakerrassa. Liinavaatteista joutui maksamaan erikseen, vaikka siitä ei ollut mainintaa.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025Flott gård og koselig, varm hytte med gode senger, hyggelig stue med kjøkkenkrok og fantastisk utsikt mot fjord og fjell. Kort vei til Svensby fergekai.
Det var bilde kun av soverommet med to enkeltsenger, ikke av de to andre. Det var ikke bilde av soverommet med to madrassen på gulvet på hemsen. Det var lav takhøyde og en bratt stige for å klatre opp. Badet var behagelig og godt å dusje i. Det kunne godt vært avbildet i annonsen. Sofaen var veldig lav og litt vanskelig å komme opp av.
Paikka oli helppo löytää, sijainti oli maisemien puolesta todella upea. Mökissä oli kaikki tarpeeellinen. Isäntäväki oli todella ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Mökki oli erittäin toimiva myös koirien kanssa majoittuessa. Seutu oli rauhallinen, ei juurikaan liikenteen ääniä. Maisemat oli täydelliset.
Parvi oli kiva, mutta ylhäällä oli hieman kuuma nukkua.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025Sijainti ja maisemat ihan täydelliset! Ehdottomasti haluaisin uudestaan. Kun astut ovesta ulos, niin silmien edessä avautuu mitä upein vuonomaisema. Paratiisi. Hyvä etäisyys myös Blåvatnetille. Toivottavasti pääsen uudestaan.
Yllätyksenä tuli, että loppusiivous ja lakanat eivät sisältyneet hintaan. Ja kun ei ole määritelty, mitä siivoustasovastimus on, niin sinä oli loppuhässäkässä ihmettelemistä. Huoneiston seinästä löytyi lappu. @Booking: Tämä pitää näkyä selkeämmin varatessa!!!!!!
Paikassa näkyi jo vähän ikä, mutta se ei haitannut meitä!
