צריך לקחת בחשבון שאין איפה לעשות כביסה, גם לא באזור. אין מתקנים ושירותים נוספים שמקבלים במלון, נטו דירה. עם ילדים קטנים זה לא תמיד מספיק כי אין איפה להיות מחוץ לדירה.

Perfect appartement met een paar kleine aanmerkingen: geen vriesvak in de koelkast (vonden wij heel onhandig), Geen licht bij de keuken, alleen van de afzuigkap. Meubilair op het balkon zou wat comfortabeler mogen zijn dan een "frans" zitje.

Mooi terras buiten, maar niet aangekleed met eigen tafel, stoelen, parasol. Werd wel door beheerder geregeld na verzoek. Miste een wasrek om natte kleding op kwijt te kunnen.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war supersauber, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke und die Berge vor der Haustür. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls perfekt.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Det første som møter deg når du kommer inn på Mooshof Apartments Naustift, er følelsen av hvor rent og velholdt alt er. Leilighetene er moderne, delikate og svært gjennomførte, med et godt utstyrt kjøkken, komfortable senger og rikelig med oppbevaringsplass. Beliggenheten er perfekt – med kort gangavstand til gondolen, matbutikker, bussholdeplass og det koselige sentrum med restauranter og butikker. At Stubai Summer Card var inkludert, gjorde oppholdet enda bedre og ga oss mange flotte opplevelser. Kommunikasjonen med Julia og de ansatte var helt utmerket fra start til slutt. Leilighetene overgikk faktisk forventningene våre, selv etter å ha sett bildene på forhånd. Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold og kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake!

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The location was absolutely superb, the flat was detached from the main building with magnificent views to the impressive alps and even the Stubai glacier area. Everything appeared newly refurbished. Very spacious. Quite helpful staff
Our main challenge was probably staying warm, the apartment was quite chill which is great on a warm day though. Apart from that there were some slight inconveniences, eg the coffee maker didn’t work and some pots and pans couldn’t be used on the induction plates. But this was very minor.

Moderně vybavený apartmán, vkusně zařízený celý dům, všude velmi čisto. 50 metrů od lanovky na Elfer :))) Milá dcera majitelů mně prominula chybné neoznámení domácích mazlíčků předem a zachovala se velmi vstřícně. Všem doporučuji!

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025First of all the host, Julia, was extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartments are new, well furnished and well designed. Apartment was also quite big. We really enjoyed our stay. The Stubai card is also of high value and saves a lot of money on the daily attractions. Location was within walking distance to the town.
Less of a hotel issue - and more of Stubai thing - town was quite dead during our stay (early Oct) - restaurants closed, empty streets etc.

Nulla. Tutto perfetto! Volendo trovare un neo, manca l'ascensore, ma si tratta solo di fare uno o due piani a piedi (e andando in montagna fare due passi in più non è certo un problema!).

Stayed here for a week, traveling from the UK we got in at 9am and I contacted the owner who was able to go above and beyond to check us in at 11, the apartment was extremely clean and very modern while still having a homely vibe and feel, it also had a fully equipped kitchen with everything in there to cook and eat, views were also exceptional with mountain views on either side of the apartment, with a balcony to view them from. Could not thank the host more, very welcoming and very helpful, will definitely be visiting this gem in the future! Thanks again.

Reviewed Jul 31, 2024We had an amazing time at apartment Mooshof in Stubai. The apartment is brand new and very large. The host Julia was super nice and friendly. Julia helped us with recommendations and suggestions for activities in the valley. The location of the apartment is the best in the Stubai area with great access to all the lifts. In addition, the Stubai card that we got for free saved us a lot of money. We will definitely return to this apartment and we highly recommend it.

The location is superbe for outdoor sports, as it is located next to the Elfer lift, a major cycling route and close to local busses. There is a large supermarket around the corner. Reviewed Mar 27, 2024We got the whole top floor apartments. Amazing view though the window. Found all the necessary cookware and cutlery for cooking. Rooms were very clean and cosy. Calmness and silence outside. Couple of minutes to two grocery stores, bus stop, etc. Great place to stay for young couples!
