Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Wir wurden super freundlich empfangen. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Appartement für drei angemietet. Dieses war sehr schön eingerichtet. Ein großes Bett das total bequem war. Die Decke ein Traum. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, um sich selbst versorgen zu können. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Lebensmittelgeschäft. Eine Seilbahn mit der man zum Wandern starten kann ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist gleich erreicht. Falls wir nochmal ins Stubaital fahren sollten, hoffen wir, dass wir nochmal im SchönherrHaus unterkommen.
Alles super, uns hat alles gefallen.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Das Apartment war sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal wer sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Auch das gesamte Haus mit seinen Angeboten (Spa, Yoga, tägliche News, Brötchenservice) hat den Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht.
Wenn ich etwas nennen muss wären es Kleinigkeiten. Ein schärferes Messer und eine größere Pfanne wäre die einzigen Dinge die mir einfallen würden.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026ישנו 6 לילות בדירה הגדולה. המלון מהמם, נקי, נעים, נוף מהמם מהמרפסת, צוות שירותי, מיקום מעולה ממש קרוב לרכבל אלפר ומרחק הליכה ממרכז העיירה. למרות שהדירה לא כוללת נקיון יומי, באמצע השהות הגיעו לחדר לרענן מגבות וטואלטיקה ולרוקן פחים. למלון יש שירות הזמנת לחם ולחמניות טריות כל בוקר, איתן מגיע גם עלון יומי שהמלון מדפיס עם המלצות על פעילויות באזור. נהננו מכל רגע

Téléviseur impossible à utiliser (tv non connecté) quand on ne parle pas la langue. On entendait beaucoup les voisins du haut, les bruits de pas, l’isolation n’est pas top, ce qui a perturbé notre sommeil.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026מלון קסום במיקום מעולה. דירה מרווחת וגדולה עם נוף מהמם. מעוצב בטעם נהדר. צוות אדיב וחייכן. בדירה שלנו היו חלוקים מפנקים ומרפסת ענקית עם כסאות נח. יש חשיבה על פינוק האורח. בנוסף קבלנו כרטיס שטובאי שנותן כניסה לאתרים שונים.
אין רשתות בחלונות והדבורים נכנסות כל הזמן לדירה. המטבח פצפון ורק אדם אחד יכול לבשל בו. עם זאת הוא מאובזר מאד וכשבקשנו קבלנו מיקרוגל וטוסטר אובן.

La chambre est spacieuse, et plutôt bien équipée Le magasin de sport où l’ont peut louer les vélos juste en dessous est très pratique et ils louent des super VTT électriques ! Le spa est également très sympa !
La route principale passe juste devant l’hôtel et c’est du coup assez bruyant dès que l’on ouvre les fenêtres

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Hotellet havde en fantastisk beliggenhed lige ved liften til Elfer. Og nemt med busser rundt i dalen. Supermarked lige over for. Indretning var moderne og imødekommende. Samt flot udsigt fra altanen.
Vi manglede lidt information da vi lander om alt det praktiske, eks. hvor man skulle tømme sine skraldespande. Vi havde en lejlighed i 7 dage, hvor rengøring ikke var en del af prisen under opholdet. Vi fik også kun skiftet håndklæder en gang. Samtidig fik vi en overraskelse, da vi skulle betale 65 euro for final rengøring, da vi tjekkede ud. Samtidig havde vi forsøgt at booke en ekstra nat gennem booking.com, men det fungerede ikke. Men personalet på hotellet (som vi skrev med gennem booking.com appen) lavede en booking for os. Den endte med at være en dyre pris ind, hvad vi havde giver for de andre dage. Der var vi lidt ærgerlig over.

The wireless internet was quite weak and unstable in our room on the second floor. When talking to the reception they promised that it would be taken care of. The kitchen only has a stove without an oven or microwave, which is a bit limiting for those who want to cook in the room.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Very stylish and cozy interior, friendly and professional staff, great location, the Stubai Super Card with great benefits such as free public transport and cable car rides was included in the stay. We had a very relaxing stay with beautiful weather and plenty of activities. The location is perfect for mountain hiking and enjoying Austrian cuisine.
My booking details were allegedly "leaked" by hackers via the Booking.com platform, and I subsequently received several spam messages with dangerous links via WhatsApp.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026אני לא בטוחה שאפשר למצוא מספיק מילים לתאר את שונר האוס, את פטרישיה ופטר והצוות המופלא. סגרנו חדר ל4 לילות, שהפכו ל7 לילות, כי פשוט לא הצלחנו לעזוב… מהרגע הראשון כשנכנסו לחדר הבנו שהגענו למקום מיוחד עם תשומת לב לפרטים הכי קטנים - מצעי הכותנה, מזרן היוגה, העיצוב הנעים והגלויות שמסבירות על השירותים השונים. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה החלק האהוב עלינו בשהות שלנו בשונר האוס, הכל סופר טרי, טעים ומדויק. השכרנו אופניים מחנות הספורט הצמודה עם הנחה של אורחי המלון ונהננו כל כך! המיקום של המלון מאפשר יציאה נוחה לרכיבה וההסברים של הצוות בחנות עזרו לנו להתמצא בעמק. גולת הכותרת הוא היחס החם, האישי והמתחשב כל כך של בעלי המלון. מהדאגה לשלומנו ועד ההמלצות המדהימות לכל יום בשהות שלנו - פטרישיה המדהימה סייעה לנו בכל דבר שביקשנו עם חיוך ענק. חולמים כבר על הפעם הבאה שנתארח פה. איזה מזל שמכל המקומות הגענו דווקא לפה! תודה רבה לכם על שהות מושלמת שונר האוס ❤️🙏🏼

Frühstück ist super lecker und es ist sehr vielfältig - für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Der Spa-Bereich ist klein, aber fein. Skibus gleich gegenüber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The room was big and comfortable with a large balcony where we could enjoy some sun even if it was Winter. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous… one of the best breakfast we had in Austria. The staff was very friendly and gave us great recommendations.
In general we liked everything. Only one small comment… not a big issue, but it would have been great to have slippers in the room to use them at the spa area.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Sehr sympathischer Check-in und rooming, Appartment hervorragend, top Bett, Matratze und Decken ideal. Regendusche ein Traum. Bademäntel für alle 3 und Wellness-Bereich sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.
Man will zentral sein und ist dann doch von den Strassengeräuschen bei nasser Fahrbahn genervt, ist aber jammern auf hohem Niveau. Getränke (Wasser/Tee) in der Sauna hätte man auffüllen können, auch Erbsenzählerei, in Summe ist das Haus wirklich ein Traum!!
