Nothing specific

Nice property near the main Manipal hostel. With a kitnenette with good amenities. This is good for long stays for parents coming to meet the kids studying in nearby institutions. They served quick but good breakfast at each room which was a great start of the day.

This is a suggestion more than a complaint! Since there is a kitchen for some basic cooking, is it possible To keep some basic ingredients like salt or oil in small quantities? As that makes life even easier ☺️

This was my second visit and I experienced the same comfort and home like stay. I love the location and service, the ambience and the hospitality. There might be many visits in future to Atalia. Best wishes. Dr. Jyotsna Pethkar

Overall good

Manipal Atalia is a great place to stay. The room size is very big, and the facilities are nice. The location has good proximity to all places to visit nearby. The place is kept very clean and the staff is courteous and professional.

They don't have their inhouse dining. But that's not a deal breaker since you can order through Swiggy/zomato etc. Lots of places nearby to eat out as well.

Located near MIT so was a convenient choice. Restaurants and swiggy delivery are available making it very convenient. Near by auto stops are good option too.

Pricing for repeat guests should have some discounts like 25%.

Cleanliness

Repeated breakfast on 3 days. Not upto the mark on Breakfast choices. Location was good.

December 25 to 27th, my room AC wasn't working and only on 28th , it was fixed up and working.

Value for money, had the best time hope I could have extended my stay. Great location too!

Kitchen option

Exhaust from all the neighbouring kitchen entering the apartment

The cheking in and checking out procedure is so easy, staffs are really good. They got place to park your car. Any problem, they will help you out. I can't mention any negative points because i didn't find any.

well managed property, clean rooms, and professional staff. the reception staff needs special mention.

bed linens can be better

The rooms are big and clean. All amenities as required for a service apartment is there. The location is great. Staff is very polite and helpful. Most importantly the cost, and the comfort of staying

New property and very clean . Staff is helpful and courteous.

Can add an iron board and iron box on demand.

The breakfast was good The stay was comfortable We had to see the doctor at Manipal hospital and had to visit everyday for bandage so the location was good to travel The staff all were very cooperative and helped us in booking the vehicle. The room was also clean and tidy The washing machine was handy and so was the use of kitchen. The sofas, fridge and bedding were all good

For us this was enough

The room was clean. AC was great and effective. Kitchen was good. Location is excellent since we had a car. It is slightly away (1.5KM) from main Manipal city. Plenty of shops nearby for any last minute shopping. Have stayed here earlier and we love the place.

Nothing really. Ideal stay in Manipal

Great stay! The location was perfect, the room was spacious and exactly like the photos. Everything was super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

NA

Hygiene and upkeep

Breakfast was very frugal

Very nice location. The place is big. It’s apartment and you feel home. We stayed twice there on our holiday

Just the breakfast,it was spicy. And maybe the bathroom it’s little bit too small.

Feels like home

I loved the locality, it was away from the hustle and bustle.

Nothing much, all around well thought out property

Clean spacious self sufficient for a family Staff very courteous The security in the night is so good he arranged food for me even when I reached at 12.30 night

Nothing in particular may be they can keep a vending machine to buy things

everything, it was an amazing stay

the bathroom smells sometimes so room fresheners are helpful

Clenes

Good Customer service Timely response, nothing was too much trouble for them to assist. Professional staff at reception and room service Peace and.quiet Worth the value of money and the stay

Excellent place, cleanliness and guest friendly

Property is very nice, staff was very helpful and polite. The room and facilities in the room were excellent. Location was acceptable.

Availability of meals, other than breakfast. The catering done of breakfast was below average. No options for breakfast, caterer just delivers what that want. Uppitam was requested the previous day, but was told, no choice. Lunch delivery was denied even on payment. Catering was the main culprit.

The places is quite clean. The employees were always re ady to respond to my requests, especially when I needed to call a taxi. The property is close to groceries and to Manipal university campus.

Not satisfactory

Satisfied with room.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was great and helpful when needed! Nice stay before long trip back to US.

Nothing

The absolutely peaceful surroundings. The extremely helpful staff and clean spacious room were the highlight.

No washing facility for my car though I was willing to pay for it - I was told that the management didn't permit it.

The house keeping staff, front desk reception, security were cordial and nice. Extended some help with few services when sought and within their purview.
