Excellent breakfast and facilities . The location and ambience is excellent and we loved the staff behavior set up of the rooms in the 3rd Floor . The view was excellent .

The fountain was nor working and the swimming pool area may be enhanced with new recliners which are in the Pool .

Location is amazing very close to Mahe campus very approachable to major place of the city

The restaurant Rangoli - there was a manager who asked us to get from a table since we were just 2 of us … Inspite of the whole restaurant being by empty. Extremely rude and uncalled for

Food at Breakfast as well as at dinner were not good. The spread of Buffet Breakfast was not upto ITC standard very average and taste too was poor.

Rooms were not premium for the price I paid. Breakfast was good. Chef Himanshu was very approachable and helped us in the restaurant.

Rooms are not maintained well. Washrooms is very cramped and not maintained well.

Dinner was not as expected - could be improved. The servings available were kind of insufficient.

Some of the linen was torn and not in the best of maintenance.

At some places in the Gallery, Airconditioning water was dripping and hotel staff has put towels. This must be sorted out as it gives ugly look and shows complacency on maintenance.

Breakfast was indeed superb … variety in buffet was extremely good 👍

The staff at the front desk, at the restaurant (krishna, Biraj, Satish and the girl in a black suit whose name was not visible) and Housekeeping (Prasana) were exceptional. The hotel felt home away from home. The location is exceptional and comfortable to get around the city.

Hotel, room, pool, gym, polite and courteous staff. Breakfast was good, although the number of tables for breakfast might not be proportional to the number of rooms so at times you may have to wait to get a table.

Small parking slot, if you are an experienced driver then you can park, otherwise you will struggle a bit.

Good breakfast spread and attentive staff. The location is excellent, close to MIT and has many shops in the vicinity.

Loved the large outdoor area and the garden just outside the restaurant. The staff was exceptional and I loved the small coffee shop just near the reception. Overall a wonderful stay and cleanliness of the room was really good.

The windows of the rooms are sealed but it didnt bother us too much, though the air outside was truly refreshing and we would have loved the fresh air !

apart from Idli didn't find other south indian items good. service during busy times could be better.

What makes this hotel stand out of the standard of service from all staff but I'll call out the cleaning lady on our floor (Baby) and Satish in the restaurant who would bring us interesting new things to try for breakfast. All the machines in the gym worked and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

Only one thing could be better. The pool was closed and it looked like the water needed to be cleaned. This was a minor thing, we may not have swam anyway.

ONE OF THE WORST DESGINED BATHROOM/BATH AREA. THE ARCHITECT MSUT BE ASKED TO TAKE BATH THERE AND UNDERSTAND THE BELOW PAR DESIGN. Cleanliness must be imrpoved. Staff training has to be immediately taken up.

It is highly over priced when I booked room it was told that I have to pay on reaching Manipal but staff asked me to pay one day rent in advance or they will cancel the booking which was very unethical on their part also I booked for three people but room was so small that extra bed was not possible I think I booked suite but they give me very small room

Checkin was smooth and early check in as we got there early due to flight connections in the morning. Although there were a lot of communications through third party scammers regarding payment, the hotel was well about these intrusions. The hitel was well informed and payment was agreed upon checkin.

The staff were really friendly and helpful,especially the F&B department…..and of course Chef Deepak…..who made it a point to come out n meet the guests and ask them their preferences
