Worst and no basic aminites availabe no worth for decent stay

I don’t like at all. So dirty and bad service.

لم يعجبني اي في هدا المكان

لم يتوفر وايفاي ولا مضافة في الغرف ولا عمال خدمات ولا مستلزمات الشقة خدمات سيء جدا

The rooms were clean and spacious.

Housekeeping wasn't good at all. Kitchen is not functional with accessories only fridge. AC was leaking in the hall, no cooling. Old broken furniture. They charged extra rent for one full day,as i had to checkout for airport at 11:00 PM

Pas de petit déjeuner prévu ; hôtel insalubre ; accès difficile toilettes insalubre : pas de route pour accéder à l'hôtel ; c'est pourquoi la réservation a été annulée pour un autre hôtel !

rien puisque l'hôtel semble abandonné ; pas de clients à part mon invité et sa fille ; de plus la mauvaise foi du gérant qui nous a accusé de n'avoir pas payé alors que c'est lui-même qui a émis le reçu de paiement de la nuitée ; de plus il a tenté de tirer de l'argent sur mon compte visa.

ما عجبني شي ف الفندق لا نظافه لا اللي شاغلين هناك لا عندهم room service صراحه خدماتهم صفر و ف صر صور و ما صرصور ف الغرف و جاني حساسيه و حالتي ساءت نصيحه مني لا تستاجرون هالفندق

Good location

It was jus next to a masjid. The location is very nice.

There was some renovation work going on. And the furniture and fittings are very old. But at this rate you cannot expect too much.

تعامل موظفة الاستقبال الفرش وصخ الحمامات فيها روائح

الى درجة انه مادخلنا الغرفة قال لازم الساعة ١٢ ظهر

As per the reviews I read from previous guests, the wifi was a big problem but when i went there, there was a wifi router in every room and 10/10 connectivity.. The 1 bhk apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The location is the biggest advantage of this hotel with grocery restaurants sweet shops in 1 or 3 min walking distance. Pls try mandi time its very delicious. The staff is also very helpful

It was good Outside the rather then inside.

الشقة واسعه وعائلية وتناسب الميزانيات العائلية وقريبة من الخدمات والتسوق

أثاث الصالة قديم ومتراكمة عليه الأوساخ والبقع وخاصة طاولة الكراسي توجد فيها الكثير من الاوساخ العالقة ويفترض إستبدالها لكونها متهالكة للغاية

I don't like the way the organized the room, no coffee set , no towel , no water , pillow and bedsheet dirty

There is nothing i like inside the room but the location is okay. Totally i'm upset during my stay.

The chair is very dirty specially the upholstery the paint on the room was not good anymore, some of the light are not working/busted there is no compliments available inside like water heater, water bottle cups and tea/coffee for morning.

All staff was a cute SMILLING🙂

The stay was good & comfortable. Location was good. Staff was kind & friendly . Restaurants & markets are near by.

The hotel is in the center of the city.

The room was dirty and upon arrival I noticed that the door lock was not covered and the toilet flush tank was not attached to the wall and I could not use it. Unfortunately, at night after the check-in was done, which was done very slowly by a rude employee and took almost 40 minutes. While taking a shower, a heavy aluminum valve was torn off with a fan and hit my leg very hard and caused severe bleeding to the point where the blood would not stop. I called the reception. Unfortunately, they did not call the emergency room to come and apply a bandage, nor did they have a first aid kit. I also stopped the bleeding with a lot of tissues in great pain and could not sleep because of the pain. I called the management in the morning and they said that he was out of town and I had to leave the hotel early in the morning because I had an important meeting and because I only had an important business meeting at the Oman Exhibition Center for two days, I did not want to follow the administrative process of the complaint because I did not have enough time. However, if this had happened to a child, he would definitely not have survived or he would have had a serious problem. Please contact Booking.com. It should not include such hotels on its platform at all so that Booking's credibility is not lost and we can receive services from Booking more confidently and with more trust.

موظف الاستقبال وصلت وسلمت ولم يردو السلام بعد ما انتهو من كلامهم بعد ربع ساعه انتبهو لي.. حجزت وطلعت الغرفه بعد نص ساعه تفاجأت حد يدق الباب وطلع موظف الاستقبال يخبرني نزل دفع ما نخصم المبلغ.. نزين شي هاتف الغرفه اتصل ورقم هاتفي
