Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford

I stayed for three nights and had a really great experience. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the location was fantastic. There’s a shop nearby and easy access to public transport, which made it very convenient to get around and explore the area. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were always happy to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I really enjoyed my three-night stay and would happily recommend to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation, excellent customer service, and a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again!

I liked the separate living room,bedroom,bathroom. Kitchen amenities. Refrigerator with small freezer. There was toliet tissue in the bathroom and some clear bags provided. The closed balcony was very big and provided a view. The Italian sounding lady receptionist was very attentive and kind. The staff was mostly helpful. The location is close to an outside ATM if needed for cash withdrawals. Sainburys local is next door. Rada coffee shop across the street was convenient and nice. The location isn't far from Heathrow but ubers/taxis are expensive to get to and from Heathrow. Lots of uber eats/just eats food delivery until late hours. Gym in basement was sufficient. There was routine security going around the property. Was very nice cooking and baking my own food for myself and my company. They are pro energy conserving conscious which i applaud.

Can be kind of loud with vehicles passing. Floors were kind of dirty. Wish there was laundry in unit..the property does have 2 washers and 2 dryers but its £4.50 to wash and £2.50 to dry which I personally feel is too expensive. You will need coins for them or cash to get coins from reception. You have to book a 2 hour time slot to use. Encountered and issue with my time slot where someone was using the washers during my time slot,apparently they didn't know they needed to book a slot to use so that's something that should be made clear. The garage is where you discard your trash but unless you stop the door you'll be locked out. They want you to buzz for them to let you in but sometimes you're waiting to be let in. Looks like trash piles up quite a bit too. Very busy area during the weekday so can get congested. The bedroom remote rarely worked.

Il secondo giorno dal nostro arrivo abbiamo avuto un problema con il wc che non scaricava bene segnalato ai gestori la mattina del 19 verso le 10. Ci hanno risposto che in giornata la manutenzione avrebbe provveduto. Al rientro la sera il problema non era stato risolto, ci hanno risposto che la manutenzione sarebbe arrivata il giorno dopo. Ci hanno traslocato tutti ( eravamo in 4) in un altra stanza. Nella seconda stanza il divano letto ha ceduto franando in terra per meta rete. Quindi le mie figlie sono andate a dormire nella stanza che aveva il wc otturato ( ovviamente tutto segnalati e fatto vedere al receptionis di turno). Il terzo giorno risolto il problema del wc abbiamo ritraslocato nella stanza assegnata all arrivo. Disservizio notevole. Ovviamente il problema andava risolto nello stesso giorno che lo abbiamo segnalato. Un wc che non scarica in 4 persone è un problema. Peccato perche come catena l abbiamo sempre scelta, qui i gestori non sono stati all altezza.

Staff were very nice and welcoming. Parking was easy and not too over priced. Room was clean and comfortable with nice view.

I interacted with a maintenance man and a woman who worked in the cleaning department. Both were rude and snappy. The air conditioner didn't work properly, leaving the room freezing at night.

Television next to the toilet door facing so you can’t see it. Didn’t get in the room until after the 3pm advised which delayed other commitments. Very expensive parking considering the price already paid for the hotel. Some of the staff more interested in thief mobile phones than actually helping. Toilet had wee in it on arrival so obviously not cleaned.

Staff at check in was unwelcoming, not courteous, very abrupt and authoritative. Poor display of services to a foreigner about brand of services from a Hotel. Everything had to be requested repeatedly.

Little to be liked...

My GBP 100/- deposit taken during my first Stay from 26june to 23JUL26 was not refunded as I was advised since I will again Stay from 11jul to 22July it wud be retained. 20 july days I reminded your staff about refund of GBP 100/- deposit refund, to which I was informed pist my check out it would happen. Am back in my country since 22 July, yet no refund. How do I use your property again ???

البعد عن سنتر لندن تقريبا من 30 الى 45 د الافطار محدد جدا وغالي لو معاك سياره المواقف غير مجانيه ب 15£ يوميا التنظيف مره كل 8 ايام يجب يكون يومي لا يعتبر خيار مناسب لشخص ياتي الى لندن اول مره الا لو معك سياره. الفندق يعتبر في حي سكن غرب لندن وليس في مكان سياحي.

Why I arrived to check I noticed that the reception area was hot. I asked if there was aircon, to which I was told Yes. Upon reaching the room, there was no air-conditioning working. I was then later told after making a number of calls that there was an issue with the air-conditioning. This was not resolved until much later after 10 pm. The temperature in the toom was unbearable.

As above. When I checked in, the receptionist was not honest with me and should have informed me that there was a problem with the air-conditioning.

I booked this hotel because it has AC and whenever we got to our room the AC didn’t work, I requested a different room and the staff took me to look at it and the AC also didn’t work in that room. They gave us a fan for the night and then moved us to a different room with AC that worked the next morning.

It was a nice place, close to shops and close to transport. It was a very last minute stop over as we had our original stay cancel at the last minute.

Lovely staff. Good size room. So good to have our own full kitchen facilities including a dishwasher!

With a baby crawling all over our room. It was clear when we checked in that the floors were a little dirty. No worse than other places she crawls, but they did need a good mop. Everything else was lovely and clean.

Perfect location for the Gtec Stadium and easy access from the motorway. Gentleman on reception (sorry didn't get name) was brilliant, sorted parking and got us in our room half an hour early. Beds were comfortable and couldn't hear any traffic noise. Air conditioning was fantastic and definitely required. Very quiet, lifts were quick and the room was clean and plenty of space. Would highly recommend if you need accommodation in the area.

The room was clean. The staff are nice and friendly. A mistake was made and they went above and beyond to rectify it. Would definitely come again. Nice location and there's a Sainsbury's nearby. Close to Ealing Broadway which has a lot of nice shops and restaurants. Amenities are good.

Honestly, despite the mistake that happened, nothing. What I've learnt is, it's not so much about the mistake but what you do to fix it and the staff were amazing.

We loved the property.The 1 bhk room was spacious and accommodated 4 of us with kids very easily. A useful kitchenette and fully equipped . There was a big balcony with a good view of the roadside and we spent every morning eating our breakfast there. A very peaceful area with convenience of a supermarket and an all day cafe in the same compound itself .The bus stop was right outside the gate to take you to the nearest tube station which was 10-12 mins away . All in all we loved our stay and would come back here again and highly recommend it to all.

Housekeeping and room cleaning service is only applicable if you cross 8 days of stay . No harm in giving this service every 4 days . No restaurant and only a small cafe in the lobby that is open only for breakfast. However they are stocked up with coffee and drinks that can be bought.

Super clean, spacious and well put together. Views were great, we were lucky enough to have an elongated conservatory style balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Water way too hot, burned my hand. Shower head would not stay in the holder, kept twist itself round so in the end had to hold it whilst Showering. Unfortunately the Smart TVs are not established on the network meaning you can only connect using a HDMI cable. If you plan to watch anything, definitely bring a laptop.

My stay at Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford fell significantly below what I would expect from a 4-star property. The issues were not isolated; they reflected a pattern of unclear policies and weak service delivery. Check-in: I arrived around 12:30 pm, aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 pm. I had already requested early check-in via email, yet I was asked to pay an additional fee upon arrival. Shortly after (around 1:00 pm), the hotel conducted a fire alarm drill. This was poorly handled—guests were not informed in advance, nor advised to wait in the lobby until the drill was completed. Instead, we were allowed to go up to our rooms and then asked to evacuate. This sequence is illogical and reflects poor coordination. In-room amenities: I requested basic items such as a toothbrush and shaving kit. After a long delay, I was told these are not included and must be purchased. This is not aligned with expectations for this category. Delivery handling: I ordered water and a toothbrush from outside. The items arrived at reception, and I was told it would take 5 minutes to send them up. In reality, it took about 3 hours and required follow-up from my side. Housekeeping: On the second day, I left in the morning and returned in the evening to find the room not serviced. I was then informed that housekeeping is not included for stays under 8 nights, unless an extra fee is paid. This condition was not made sufficiently clear at booking. Room service I ordered dinner and was told I had to come down to collect it myself—no room delivery available. * Parking is charged separately. * Multiple basic services require additional fees. * Communication and operational coordination are inconsistent. Overall, the experience does not meet 4-star standards in terms of transparency, service inclusion, or operational quality. I would not recommend this property unless all limitations and extra charges are clearly understood in advance.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Aparthotel Brentford. Booked breakfast both mornings for £12 which is reasonable for anywhere. Breakfast was extremely good with a great selection of food and cold and hot drinks. The room was excellent for the money with its own cooker and microwave. There is also a Sainsbury’s extremely close to buy supplies. I would stay again if the price was a little cheaper. Otherwise I’d stay further from the centre in an Air BnB. The staff were extremely pleasant also and made the whole stay extremely worthwhile. I personally wear earplugs to sleep anyway so the road noise didn’t bother me. There is a busy road outside and a flyover above that also to bear in mind when booking.
