Parking convenient but expensive

Under 4 miles from Richmond where we were attending a birthday party. Arrived a bit early but had no problem checking into our room immediately. Easy underground parking garage. Big room with very comfy bed. Tea & coffee in room. Reception booked a taxi for us on arrival to birthday party. Very good breakfast with good choice of hot and cold food. Right next to Brentford lock where we went for a nice walk along the canal after breakfast. Definitely recommend for a trip to London.

Perfect location and had a great area for relaxing downstairs and outside. Access to the car park was brilliant and 4 electric charging points as well!

I don’t know why the duvets are so small for a double bed with 2 people!!! The cleaning staff/bar staff and breakfast staff were really helpful, very friendly and engaging. Unfortunately the reception staff were not. They are the face of the group and definitely don’t represent it!! Hardly engaged with us and the lady that checked is in was quite moody and quite short with me. Wasn’t a pleasant experience unfortunately. When we checked out I believe it was the manager who was present and she did apologise but nevertheless the front facing team should be friendly and it doesn’t take much to smile!!

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions over four years. It never lets us down. The staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and the facilities are good. A great breakfast choice, is a good start to the day.

Good location overlooking the lock. Executive room was a good size. Complimentary drinks in mini bar. Balcony rooms are nice. Staff were nice and tried to help when things were not right.

One of our rooms smelled bad. The window to the balcony had something spilled on it and it wasn’t nice. Someone did come to clean it off. But there was a general smell in the room. We had travelled for a long time and wanted a little rest before we went out but the hotel were changing their conference rooms around, and the noise was deafening. Even the duty manager thought it was bad. If you can, ask for a room higher up in the hotel. We were on 1st floor and the noise was quite bad. Staff were nice and tried to help.

Very clean, delicious breakfast, very kind and helpful staff. The airconditioning worked good, quite big rooms (we had a family room for 4 people), free toiletries, clean bath/shower. They cleaned it daily and honored several wishes. It’s close to the bus which you need daily to reach the touristic attractions. A lot of supermarkets close to you and (halal) restaurants. It’s a safe neighbourhood for families with children and they are still building more apartments and other buildings. I think it will even look better in a couple of years. Our check-out was at 11 AM but fortunately we could store our luggage at the hotel and still go out on our last day in London. Very nice stay, would come again. Thank you!

We booked a family room and the room was quite big but the beds were for two people. They did not have a separate beds that we could choose from only two people beds. We were with a family of 4 and we had to share the beds. It was a little bit small because of that. There wasn’t an option to pay extra for separate beds so that was too bad. For the rest there are no bad points.

Paid a little more for a balcony room, well worth it. Loved the view, comfy bed & bath robes. Good coffee machine, complimentary mini bar. Nice toiletries. Very quiet for a busy area. Ideal base for Kew gardens and easy to get into London on train. Very good value, worth upgrading.

£17 for parking but it is London!

When we come back from Kew Gardens, we had dinner. I was very nice. Then we went and sat out by the river and had a drink before we all went off to bed. We made a lovely memory, this time in Kew Gardens. And you made it even more special. So thank you very much.

The convenience of the place, Stuff were handy and easy to talk to.

The corridors lacked the fresh scent ,cool breeze as u walk to your room. It was abit stuffy all through the days I passed through. I expected a better feel. Needs improvement....More duration.. the Ac...should be scented and increase for a better feel

I checked in at top floor during mid-night, when it was quiet, however during daytime it’s extremely noisy on the ceilings for which we could not bear. The reason explained by the staff was because of the heating system equipped on the ceilings. Then they changed my room to a lower floor which is much much better. So avoid staying at the top floor, the. Rest of the facility’s are terrific.

Booking -booked for two beds and did not get it had to sleep on uncomfortable sofer bed and got a better room the next day.

We asked for someone to come and help with Air con ,someone said they will send someone and no one come.

The parking

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and it was reasonable. We preferred a location close to the airport and this was a perfect one for that.

We did not spend too much time at the hotel to assess it that much. Our 1 day stay was convenient.

The young children running around all evening until 1030-1045 we have stayed here before It’s basic very expensive Car Park even disabled. I was told 3 weeks before disabled blue badge didnt pay the £17 🤷‍♂️ but we had too . Too be fair the pillow cases and sheets were clean , but I had spent £200 plus in the bar , so could have slept in the lounge, Oh one thing . The men’s toilets had tissue all over the floor this was at 1830 plus and the cleaning board had a sign out at 1530? My wife had to clear screaming kids out of the ladies at 1900 , my sister in law had too go back to her room to use the ablutions

Breakfast was good, the personnel was nice , spacious rooms. Kids eat free in the evening if adults order something.

Furniture is a bit deteriorated and carpets could be cleaner.

Ideal location for walking to Kew Gardens and base close to central London, Beds and room really comfortable, and breakfast ideal for us.

A few noises outdoors from people talking, Air con is loud but ok.

Very little dairy free breakfast alternatives which we are used to with other Holiday Inns eg no Alpro yogurts, no bananas were ever available, no berry compotes etc. Also no pancakes were available and for some reason no omelettes could be made?

Wow what a difference from the last HI experience I had! Just had a lovely 2 night stay whilst working in the area. Lacey at reception was wonderful. I was upgraded to one of the premium rooms with a balcony overlooking the canal and it was fabulous. Huge room, spotlessly clean, lots of great amenities and a very comfy bed The balcony was amazing and it was so relaxing to sit out there in the sunshine in the evening with a glass of wine and people/barge watch Cool watching the inbound Heathrow aircraft too Breakfast was great with plenty of choice and regularly restocked. Safe underground parking onsite was very convenient. Staff all polite and friendly. 10/10 can’t wait to return

Booked accessible room for parents (89 and 90). Staff were superb and ensured that they were well looked after at breakfast (before I arrived) and were extremely solicitous and pleasant which made their stay great. They also provided a second chair for Dad and removed the swivel chair which was not suitable. So both parents had a comfy seat!

The room was great, however, for an accessible room an option for twin beds would have been perfect. A double bed was a bit on the small side and whilst a roll-in bed was offered this would not be suitable for my parents given their age and needing space in the room to walk around with sticks.

Bit grubby. Obviously cleaned but needs a bit of a spruce up. Carpet stained. Only one lift working which was annoying at busy times. Also mixer tap in my bathroom broken so water came out when trying to run a bath.

Good location, felt relaxed and easy to get to central London, in about 45mins. It was pretty good, we stayed as a family, very welcoming to us and the kids bed was also comfortable

The staff were friendly and although we had to pay for parking it was available at a reasonable cost. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. there was good access to nearby river walk and restaurants. overall very happy with our stay.

Das Restaurantpersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen.

Der erste Eindruck beim Check-in und auch beim Check-out war leider nicht besonders gut. Beide Male wurden wir von derselben Dame bedient. Sie hat weder gelächelt noch freundlich gewirkt, weshalb wir uns leider nicht wirklich willkommen gefühlt haben. Schade, denn ein freundlicher Empfang und Abschied machen für uns einen großen Unterschied.

We were staying for just a night to attend an event at the nearby Musical Museum. Issac checked us in very professionally and kindly stated our room was ready even though we were a little early. Room was very clean and the linens were fresh and of a good quality. We had a little balcony overlooking the lock which was nice to sit out on in the sunshine. Stand out element of the stay was the service from Mark in the bar. It was a busy evening, with what seemed like an entire airline crew landing - but Mark was convivial, knowledgable and polite. He took time to speak to all the guests warmly. Two elderly gents who didn't speak English as a first language needed help, and although busy he was super caring and gentle and got them all the things they wanted. What a professional fellow. Just wanted to let him know his efforts were not unnoticed. Many thanks.

The hotel was good. The breakfast was fine, and the food was of good quality.

The location was too far away from central London (more than 1 hour) and Wembley Stadium. In particular, if we want to travel by bus to concerts (it took us 2 hours and 2 different buses).

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Leider gibt es Punkte Entzug wegen der Sauberkeit. Wir sassen 2x morgens zum Frühstück am selben Tisch, seit dem ersten Tag lag ein schmutziges Messer am Boden was auch am nachfolge Tag noch immer dort lag, das ist ungepflegt Das Zimmer war auch nicht ganz sauber. Was das cleaning angeht muss noch viel nachgebessert werden.

Reservé una habitación por booking y llegué al hotel cerca de medianoche (Cosa que había ya avisado). Al llegar y después de hacer el check-in, me dicen que no tienen ninguna habitación libre!!!! Son casi las 01.00h de la noche y me encuentro que no tengo hotel en Londres. Me buscaron otro hotel y me pagaron el taxi hasta allí, pero yo lo que quería era descansar en el hotel que reservé y no tener problemas adicionales. No entiendo como es posible que haciendo una reserva correctamente, llegues al hotel y te digan que no hay habitaciones. Es un total descontrol y falta de seriedad.

It’s expensive for such small rooms. Bathrooms are tiny and there is wear and tear in the rooms which can be easily decorated/painted over.

Hotel is goed gelegen en heeft een ondergondse parkeergarage. Vriendelijke personeel. Bar met terras uitkijkend op de Brentrivier. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet... ook als je geen liefhebber bent van English breakfast. Blijkbaar kregen we een kamer voor 4 pers. .. tenzij de bedden zeer breed waren voor één persoon en we 2 kopjes per persoon kregen bij de warmwaterkan voor de koffie. Voor wie er gestreken wilt bijlopen... er is een strijkijzer en -plank op de kamer. Prijs/kwaliteit 👍🏻

Als ik minpunten moet opgeven... - geen ultranet kamerbreed vloerbedekking - badkamer: douche in bad met douchegordijn... en afgewerkt mag iets beter.

Receptionist said they had no reference to my request for a twin room, that none were available and then, my booking for a queen bed with sofa bed was provided but sofa bed unmade and staff then found it difficult to locate a quilt after asking me to accept just a quilt cover. Not good, not happy.

Der Kaffee war zu dünnflüssig und bitter und hatte wenig Aroma, und die Verwirrung beim Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellen, trotz zusätzlicher Angaben unsererseits, wer was und wieviel davon möchte und täglich anderer Art, die Bestellung verständlich fürs Personal zu machen, wurden uns alle bestellten Produkte drei Mal gebracht.

Great place to stay. They kindly allowed us to check in earlier than the standard check in time, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The room was really good comfortable, clean and quiet the only small improvement would have been a second comfortable chair. Bed was great. We didn’t eat any food but the menu suggested it would have been perfectly good.

There was nothing that needed to be better. My comment about a second chair was a bit picky.
