Everything was exceptional and the lady there onsite is so friendly and doesn’t mind assisting at any time

The bed was comfortable. Space was clean. Wifi was good. Terrence was also kind and helpful when we needed extra towels or an iron.

The water system was loud when neighboring rooms were bathing. Place could use some maintenance. Location wasn't what we expected. Also gate remote not being accessible especially cause we had a car and orders to fetch by the gate.

The bed in room 2 needs to be replaced . Add a mini couch and a long mirror. More plates needed . Wine glasses and pots should be added .

The bed was good and hot water

You have to call every time when you're at the gate. You're locked at night to get out you have to call the owner. The walls paint is peeling off. There's mould in the bathroom. The trash is not taken out on daily basis even the towels are not exchanged daily. The wifi speed is terrible

But what I have experienced with my last two visits was that I didn't like it, is not having enough water to bath that disappointed me

The interior of the room was beautiful. The linen was clean and warm. The wifi connection was good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Ruth was very kind and welcoming. She explained everything to us, including the rules. She was the best!

There was some dirtiness in the microwave, and one of the pillow cases looked a bit dirty, I think, from people who don't cover their heads when they sleep, but otherwise, it smelled clean. The extra blankets didn't have a nice smell. They had marks on them. The teabags were lying on top of the microwave uncovered, and some had green marks on them.

Mama Ruth was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Anything that you needed you would ask her and it would be done immediately. The place was very clean and it was very comfortable. There's wifi and a TV and a microwave and a stove and a kettle to make you feel even more at home.

There was absolutely nothing I didnt like. Everything was just amazing!

The rooms are old the painting so old they look like hostel not value for the money i spent. We got treated like we are kids,What you see on the internet are old photos,we even didn’t sleep we have to change the location.shower water not working so bad i wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.the callers staff are rude

Everything was perfect as a first time guest there and the quietness and Ruth was going above and beyond to make sure that our stay was great, definitely coming back again mid June.

My only problem was the gate key I would appreciate each room has its own gate key because each time you had to go out, I have to call or message Ruth and even though that's part of her job and being someone who's also into Hospitality I understand how it feels, and waking up very early and have to call her to come open the gate, that's the only thing that I didn't like but I hope next time on my visit this would be sorted out.

The room was neat, the fact that there's a stove and stuff for cooking which you don't find it in other guest houses for me was exceptional.

The bed was not comfortable at all. For the past 3 or 4 times that I've slept there, the bed was not comfortable. I woke up very tired

I like notting about it , the bed , the shower all not in good shape so bad the worst guess house ever I would recommend it to any one never .and the price was way too much for that .

From the moment you walk in Ruth welcomes you so warmly she’s such a wonderful lady and when you get to the room you find yourself a clean room and you get to relax properly with no noise. I like it so much I’m surely coming back again soon.

Hot water problems in the morning hot water won’t come out sometimes so it was such an inconvenience.

The hostess was nice, Ruth. She is a gem and well mannered. You should value her, she is good to the clients.

The walls of the accommodation are quite thin, so you can hear people speaking from other rooms. On the day I booked, there was a baby, so she/ he was crying. To top it off, it seems it was a big family that booked, so the noise was just annoying. When we woke up in the morning there was no hot water running in our room, as a result, and because it's winter, we opted to not take a shower at all. Not cool. Further, the wifi was not working in the morning of the 4th.

I liked how Terence warmly welcomed us. He's such a good host indeed. I would forever be greatful that he was the one who welcomed us.

I requested to check in at 13:00 and when I called the guesthouse at 12:50 there's a lady that answered and I told her that I am at the gate and she said it was early and I said yes because I requested to check in early and my request was accepted. She just literally dropped the call while I was waiting for her to confirm and call so that we can get in. But I waited outside the gate for almost 20 mins , I had to call over and over and we finally got inside and the guy called Terence welcomed us and he said there wasn't communication about an early check-in so that was just pure incompetence. But nonetheless the stay was amazing. I would go back anytime.

The shower barely had hot water for 2 days when staying there. Comes out slow and for someone who likes taking hot shower I was not happy.
