Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Apartment was clean, linen smelled so nice, beds in bedroom 1 & 2 were super comfy and had extra pillows for extra comfort The kitchen is well equipped with most necessary crockery
The bed in bedroom 3 is critically worn out needs to be thrown away so is the couch at the lounge is worn out and very uncomfortable the bedrooms could use some bedside tables and some bar chairs at the kitchen for proper dining not everyone like sitting on the couch at meal times

Parking was to small other cars had to park in front of our garage and block us. Gate remote wasn't working most of the time

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Mrs Mongikazi checked with us while travelling and her assistant Winnie was waiting for us upon arrival, showed us around. an excellent host. The beds and linen were crisp hotel style. I love that all rooms had TV's as my kids could watch their shows while I host guests in the living room. The area is gated and safe, easy drive to PTA centre and nearby malls. Close to Union Buildings.
The stove worked well but oven dint, majority of people don't use the oven so it was not a big deal.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Me and my family booked this place last month.The host Brian was very nice n communicated well with us regarding our bookings and stay.it was my 1st time booking an Air bnb and it was remarkable.The place was nice and clean.The lady who welcomed us was so sweet.they even left/offered us tea station and some pap to coock.everything that was a necessity was there even a free wifi.no water or electricity issues.w really loved it and surely will come back.Thank you for hosting us.

The bed in the smallest room is like a boat , please get a new one. That one is gone . It's so uncomfortable.

I also liked how it accommodated all 5 of us as a family. Big ups to the management and owner of this place. Reviewed Sep 12, 2025The bed was very comfortable. The house was cozy and the kitchen was clean. Although the Manger was not around and was preoccupied with other guests in other locations communication was kept at all times thus making it a little easier to settle in.
The main bedroom's bathroom wad very small. People with claustrophobia are not safe. There were dirty sheets and were changed when we went out. It was unprofessional of the Manger to not welcome us upon arrival and seemed a bit sketchy/dodgy that we had to fetch the keys somewhere else.

That the host wasn't there on our arrival. Wanted us to wait outside for 1h30. We refused as it was unprofessional and unacceptable.. then back and forth on refunding us. Ended up waiting. Only had access to property late at 7pm. N we arrived at 3pm. The property wasn cleaned, she had to clean while we were there.

Reviewed Nov 18, 2024We spent one night at the appartment, it was very neat and safe, and we had been spoiled with good coffee, clean drinking water and we even had cereal and milk for the morning. We slept very comfortable and peacefully. The staff was very friendly and helpfull and the appartment was exactly as shown on the pictures.
The main bedroom shower needed fixing as it sprayed water all over the shower curtain, but else it was clean and there were plenty of hot water. The extractor fan was a good idea, clean air and no damp smells.

The owner is horrible person he just switches off electricity while guests are still in the property. He abuses his staff. The place is not clean. No good communication. Host should not be hosting no people skills.
