The location of the hotel is beautiful! In front of the beach! The breakfast was ok, but same everyday! Decent for 3 nights

Cleanliness in the room and on the beach. The room was full of ants. Based on the appearance of the rooms, it is by no means a 4-star hotel.

Lieblos, keine Pflanzen oder Deko beim Restaurant. Kaputte Terassenstühle beim Restaurant. Sehr überhebliche und unfreundliche Chefleute. Trübes Poolwasser mit Sand darin, wurde nie geputz, auch als es angesprochen habe-ekelhaft. Strand bei Hotel wurde nicht gepflegt, viel Dreck im Sand, kaputte Liegen, Gläser vom Vortag wurde nicht abgeräumt. Und obwohl es ein hauseigener Strandabteil war, kamen fremde Menschen, die die Liegen benutzten, aber nichts bezahlten und alles belegten. Beim Duschen im Bad wird das WC und Boden alles nass, weil es so klein ist und keine geschlossene Duschkabine vorhanden ist.

Die Lage ist super, direkt am Meer gelegen. Ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Poolbereich sauber und schön gelegen. Frühstück ausreichend, Hotelrestaurant auch sehr schön mit Meerblick gelegen. Hatte ein Studio Nr 405 Es war ruhig und sauber,Bett bequem.

Da wir eine große Truppe waren, hatte ich auch Einblick in andere Apartments in denen das Badezimmer extremst verschimmelt war.

Śniadania dobre, każdy mógł coś znaleźć dla siebie na wytrawnie i słodko. Dania serwowane z karty " petarda" lepsze niż na zewnątrz hotelu. Jeżeli chodzi o sam hotel- klimatyczny, przytulny można odpocząć. Obsługa bardzo przyjemna i pozytywnie nastawiano na przybycie gości. W barze basenowym miła obsługa i pyszne koktajle w dobrych cenach. Sama miejscowość, brak klimatu greckiego, bardzo duża ilość turystów - dla osób chcących wieczornych imprez

De locatie en het restaurant aan het strand. Ruim opgezet complex.

Ons appartement keek uit op een muur, dat was jammer. Ook waren er nogal wat dingen stuk of zaten los. Tevens viel de inrichting tegen. Geen tv op de slaapkamer, geen BVN. In ons appartement zouden 2 bankjes moeten staan in plaats daarvan stonden er in de woonkamer 2 opgemaakte matrassen. Dat zit niet lekker. Er zou meer aandacht moeten worden besteed aan het onderhoud van het complex.

De rommel op het strand. Mijn tip, zorg voor voldoende prullenbakken en zet asbakken bij de strandbedjes.

Nous avions un appartement en front de mer avec une vue magnifique. L'appartement est bien équipé avec un lit très confortable. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est complet et de bonne qualité.

Tolle sehr gepflegte Anlage. Schöne Strandlage und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Leckeres Frühstück.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wird sich sofort gekümmert wenn man Hilfe braucht. Es gibt genügend Liegen am Pool und am Strand, so das jeder eine bekommt, ohne früh aufzustehen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es fehlt ein Schild für die Reinigungskräfte. "Bitte nicht stören"

Ottimo beach hotel, direttamente sul mare con spiaggia privata e lettini/ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti. Mare splendido, zona con bandiera blu. Buon ristorante e colazione ok. Presente area giochi per bambini e piscina con ampi spazi. Camera grande e confortevole con terrazza e cucina.

Nella camera quadrupla il 3-4 letto sono rumorosi e poco comodi rispetto al matrimoniale.

Die Lage und Größe der Anlage. Die Villa mit Pool ist perfekt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück war recht einfach gehalten. Wir hätten den Pool gerne selbst öfter gereinigt, da sich der Sand direkt am Meer nicht vermeiden lässt.

Struttura ideale per gli amanti del mare, con spiaggia inclusa dislocata su due punti della spiaggia principale di Malia. Spia scelta di lettini comodissimi da posizionare a piacimento ed ombrelloni fissi a prova di vento. Colazione a buffet abbondante e variegata di buona qualità. Personale gentile ed educato, assistenza clienti disponibile a risolvere le problematiche delle camere, nei limiti di quanto in dotazione. Cura degli spazi esterni buona a dispetto invece delle camere. Giulia della reception e’ davvero impeccabile, ma anche il personale addetto ai due bar in spiaggia.

Le camere non sono particolarmente confortevoli. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera family superior in 4 ed abbiamo dovuto lasciare quasi tutto in valigia. Un solo armadio a due ante per quattro che soggiornano 10 notti e’ davvero troppo poco. Bagno cieco e pulizia delle camere davvero assolutamente scadente. In compenso avevamo un terrazzo meraviglioso con vista mare che non credo sia mai stato spazzato in 10 giorni. Dopo le nostre lamentele la camera è stata ben pulita una volta sola. Da rivedere a mio avviso anche l’orario per la colazione. Dalle 8 alle 10 e’ troppo stringato visto che la struttura ospita molti utenti, sarebbe carino consentire la colazione almeno sino alle 11.

Location is quite good, on a beach. The pool was great for the kids. Overall not crowded with enough sunbeds.

Breakfast was tasty and for most things available, but was always the same and some things like croissants and pudding that my kids loved would be consumed quickly and then not replenished for a while.

La plage est magnifique, l’espace aquatique proche du bar, la propreté de l’établissement. L’accès aux chaises longues de la plage en nombre plus que suffisants.

La clientèle locale. Le bruit, le manque d’insonorisation des logements et la clientèle peu respectueuse qui fait du bruit toute la nuit sûre les terrasses et dans les chambres.

Ils ne faisaient jamais le ménage dans les chambres. Ni les draps. Quand on est arrivés, les draps qui sont censé être changé pour des nouveaux arrivant, avez déjà servie. Ils étaient remplie de sable. Et la dame a l’accueil était désagréable.

Teilweise sehr spartanische Ausstattung, z B keine Hacken für nasse Handtücher, Interieur leider schon sehr abgenutzt. Das Familienpersonal unfreundlich bis sehr unfreundlich.

L'emplacement les pieds dans l'eau, le restaurant très proche également. Le personnel du restaurant était super. Très propre et spacieux. Transat et parasol toujours disponibles quand nous y allions. Piscine propre et toujours bien entretenue, pratique lorsque les vagues sont déchaînées et la baignade interdite.

Pas de surveillance la nuit, et 2 soirs d'affilée des gens jouaient au foot devant notre porte. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été prévenu, mais on nous a dit que personne ne pouvait rien faire ... Elle a dit à mon mari qu'il pouvait s'en charger si besoin.

kleinere Reparaturen wären gut (zB hat der WC-Papier-Halter gefehlt / war abgerissen), das Restaurant am Gelände hat ein viel geringeres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zu den anderen der Gegend (kleinere Portionen, keine Melonen / kein Getränk zur Rechnung usw.)

Struttura sul mare. Personale cortese e sorridente. Colazione ricca e varia, oltre che di ottima qualità. Intelligente distribuzione degli ospiti in base alla caratteristica più distintiva: famiglie con bambini e gruppi di ragazzi/e. Questo garantisce il rispetto delle diverse esigenze di comfort e libertà di orari. Comoda la modalità di utilizzo agli ombrelloni sia in spiaggia che in piscina. Piscina con acqua salmastra e zona dedicata ai più piccoli. Camere pulite e cambio asciugamani ogni due giorni. Per un 2 stelle (che ne meriterebbe almeno 3) con prezzi ragionevoli, anche in alta stagione, l'esperienza è decisamente da ripetere!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal hier! Es ist wirklich ein großartiger Ort, um zu entspannen! Einfach, aber gut. Das Frühstück ist lecker, es gibt kostenlose Liegen mit Auflagen am Strand. Der Strand ist einfach großartig. Flach anfallend mit einer tollen Strandbar. Überall rumliegen gibt es leckere Tavernen zum einkehren.

Anfangs hat es in unserer Unterkunft ein wenig muffig gerochen, das hat sich aber gegeben.

La posizione della villa, praticamente in riva al mare. La posizione della struttura, vicino all' aeroporto ma non a ridosso, e nelle immediate vicinanze di un paesino carino.

La struttura ha ampi margini di miglioramento, tutto sembra un po' troppo usurato o malandato. La colazione è varia ma solo sufficiente per qualità

Sono stato ospite di questa struttura per un weekend, con 14 amici. L'hotel è direttamente sul mare, ha una spiaggia riservata, una piscina, ristorante e bar. Il check-in è stato rapido, la stanza semplice ma funzionale ed accogliente, con angolo cottura e un piccolo terrazzo tavolo, sedie e stendi biancheria. La colazione continentale è in linea con il livello della struttura. La strada principale è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Nel complesso siamo stati bene, è un posto dove tornerei.

Nice, clean, lovely terrace, but altogether it wasn't what we expected. The beds were comfortable but the AC was just in the bedroom, so our kids in in the living room were boiling. The wi-fi was good. The breakfast was ok. The beach in front was marvelous.

- we were welcomed at the reception by a 14 yrs old girl! At least she was speaking nicely English. I think it's not appropriate a kid is welcoming you at the reception. Later an older guy stepped in. Regardless, the staff was nice, the girl as well. - we booked a room which had a beach view in the pics. We got the one most further form the beach. Explanation: all rooms look the same, you get what is available?! - No AC in the living room

die Lage direkt am Strand , die kostenlosen Liegen , wenig Betrieb am kleinen Strand , fussläufig in 20 Minuten in der Partymeile und in Oldtown , gute Restaurants auch in unmittelbarer Nähe ( fussläufig 5 -10 Minuten )

Frühstück immer gleich , Klimaanlage nicht zuverlässig ( 1x Komplettausfall und wir mussten umziehen ) , die Chefin wirkt unfreundlich, Duschwasser überschwemmt das Bad , nur 1 kleiner Kleiderschrank für 3 Personen . Besser die Mini Küchenzeile durch zweiten Kleiderschrank ersetzen . (Geschirrhandtücher usw nicht vorhanden und die Herdplatte ist sehr sehr klein , daher kochen nicht möglich , wollten wir aber sowieso nicht)

La vicinanza al mare , il fatto che i lettini sono compresi nel soggiorno senza sovrapprezzo. I prezzi super accessibili dei beach bar e ristorante .

Excellent location and very attentive staff. The family room we stayed has all the amenities you need, the bathroom is a little bit small and get super wet after a shower. I’d suggest to give more attention to room cleaning and more variety for breakfast with more fruits

Das Hotel liegt direkt am einen wunderschönen (Feinsandigen) Strand!!. Unserer Zimmer war top Nähe zum Pool/Restaurant/Strand. Die Location top! Man hat Ruhe und in 5 min. zu Fuß findet man alles (Supermärkte, Restaurants, Pool-Park für Kinder , Apotheken , Souvenirshops etc) im Zentrum ist man in 15 min. auch zu Fuß ! Dort gibt es auch Mega schöne Restaurants und eine kleine Kirche 🙂

Alles war top ! Es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel bzw. kein Luxus Hotel , aber man hat alles um den Urlab zu genießen ! Wir kommen sicher wieder ;-)

It was the most perfect place i ever stayed! The villa right on the beach, the private pool was amazing, the rooms are big with private shower and toilet in each room and its even much prettier in reality than the pictures

Die Lage - direkt am Meer und Balkon mit direktem Meerblick!

Room Service - es wurde nichts geputzt. Weder Boden gewischt noch Bett gewechselt (in 7 Tagen kein einziges Mal). Nur handtücher alle 2 Tage und bettzeug zusammengelegt. Bei einem Hotel am Meer wo es viel Sand gibt wǎre zumindest Bodenwischen notwendig. Außerdem waren vielen Jugend-Gruppen die viel Alkohol konsumiert haben und dadurch unangenehm und SEHR laut waren - wurde auch nichts dagegen unternommen. Mit kleinen Kindern würde ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, da es ebenfalls neben der Partystraße ist.

Camera în care am fost cazați, deși avea vedere frontală la mare, era învechită. Prezenta un miros greoi, avea mobilier vechii, baia cu tavan și oglinzi scorojite….

We stayed at this hotel for the second time in June this year, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect – the hotel is directly opposite the sea, with the beach just a few steps away (about 20 meters). The hotel has its own private beach area with sunbeds and umbrellas, which made our stay even more comfortable. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They make you feel truly valued from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay. The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every day. During the day, there are two bars where you can enjoy snacks, cocktails, and refreshing drinks. We especially appreciated that bar service is also available on the beach, so you can order food and drinks without leaving your sunbed. One of the reasons we chose this hotel again is the consistently warm atmosphere and outstanding hospitality. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. We would definitely recommend it and would be happy to return for a third visit in the future.

Les autres touristes un peu raciste

De ligging is fantastisch, aan zee. Restaurant en bar aan zee. Heerlijk. Iedereen die er werkt is zo vriendelijk, het is ook echt een familiebedrijf.

‘‘s avonds rustig, geen gezelligheid aan de bar bijvoorbeeld. Wij vinden het gezellig om nog even te zitten als we elders in het dorp gegeten hebben.

Our apartment was located at the front of the complex, giving us a lovely view. It was peaceful, and we were able to park our hire car conveniently close, in the hotel car park. The hotel is right beside the beach, with free sunbeds available, which was a fantastic bonus. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes and nationalities. The hot food was topped up regularly, so there was never much of a wait. Drinks and snacks were reasonably priced (for a hotel), and the pool bar service was a great touch. There are a couple of supermarkets at the end of the lane which have a great selection of fresh drinks, bread and fruit, etc. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within easy walking distance, and the main “strip” is only a few minutes away if you want a party atmosphere and late night(s)!! We absolutely loved this hotel, would highly recommend it, and are already looking forward to returning. There was a mix-up with our booking (on my part), but it was handled quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated.

The cleaning service was average - a soaking wet, dirty mop was swished round the floor, and we had to ask for fresh towels a couple of times. This was a very minor thing and def wouldn't deter us from going back but it could be improved.

Es war wunderschön!

Dame bei der Rezeption war bissi unmotiviert und das Abendessen hat uns nicht so gut geschmeckt wie in den Restaurant, aber sonst war alles toll!

Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand, die Lage ist top. Man ist schnell am Malia Strip (bekommt von diesem aber an Lautstärke oder getummel nichts mit) und die Altstadt ist auch nur 10-15 min Laufweg entfernt. Das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant, war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, aber auch die Frau an der Reception war nett. Frühstück war sehr lecker. Nach 10 Tagen vielleicht etwas eintönig, aber trotzdem gut. Das Zimmer war im großen und ganzen Sauber.

Wir hatten 2 Flecken auf dem Bettbezug, diese waren aber am Fußende, also verkraftbar. Es hat im Hotel Wlan, welches auch einigermaßen gut funktioniert, aber oft doch sehr langsam war

Die Küche war einwenig sparsam ausgestattet.

Die letzte Etappe unserer Kretareise führte uns nach Malia. Trotzdem, dass dieser Ort "berühmt-berüchtigt" für seine Touristenmassen ist, kann man im Theo Star einen schönen, relativ ruhigen Familienurlaub verbringen. Anfang Juni war noch sehr viel Platz an Strand und am sauberen Pool. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend groß. Die Anlage ist aufgrund der Strandnähe und der Übersichtlichkeit auch gut für Familien mit kleineren Kindern geeignet. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Insgesamt empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als sehr gut.

Das Frühstück war okay, hätte aber etwas mehr "Liebe zum Detail" und Abwechslung vertragen. Das WLAN war leider sehr instabil und langsam (selbst im Poolbereich und Gemeinschaftsbereich).

Hotel is beachfront, it is sandy beach, so, no rocks, that is perfect for kids. Hotel has nice pool that my kids loved. Our room had large terase, nice bathroom , everything was good. Breakfast was tasty and you could sit near sea, lovely view. Also we didn't have to pay for umbrellas at seaside. And also beach towels were available. mosquito nets would be nice.

Bella struttura in buona posizione per raggiungere varie mete interessanti. La spiaggia di sabbia è a due passi e i lettini sono molto confortevoli. Buona colazione, anche se sempre uguale.

Świetna lokalizacja, w spokojnej części miasta, blisko sklepów i restauracji. Hotel w 1 linii brzegowej z dostępem do morza, darmowe leżaki na plaży. Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Miła obsługa hotelu i restauracji. Na terenie obiektu są 2 baseny - brodzik dla dzieci i większy dla dorosłych oraz plac zabaw. Doskonały wybór dla ludzi w każdym wieku.

Śniadania nie są najmocniejszą stroną tego hotelu - natomiast są damowe i zawsze można było coś wybrać i się najeść. Plus za szybkie uzupełnianie brakujących potraw i miłą obsługę kelnerską.

Very nice seaside hotel. The hotel has a swimming pool and the seaside is three steps away. The hotel area is nice and clean. Sun loungers both by the pool and by the beach. There were four of us in the room and it was a very spacious room with two balconies and a kitchenette. The location is ideal for a peaceful seaside holiday, but the city life is still 10 minutes away. The breakfast had basic food and both we and the children were full. Overall, we would definitely visit this hotel again.

The toilet window could have a mosquito net so it can be left open at night.

Locatie bij het strand en heerlijk ontbijt.

Eigenlijk niets! Alleen veel muggen toen wij er waren.

Geweldige ligging aan het strand en een fijne rustige accommodatie Lekkere bedjes bij zwembad en er wordt overal goed schoongemaakt

Wat ikzelf iets minder vind is de gezelligheid van het restaurant binnen . Ook het zwembad is erg klein en voor ouderen niet geschikt om in en uit het water te komen . En de badkamer wordt altijd helemaal nat van het douchen ( wel een heerlijke stortdouche)
