La pulizia dell’appartamento veniva eseguita quotidianamente solo nel tardo pomeriggio o in serata su nostra esplicita richiesta. A volte era necessario insistere solo per avere la pulizia. Poi per avere il cambio biancheria previsto ogni giorno dalla nostra prenotazione era necessario richiederlo più volte: puntualmente ogni giorno mancava qualcosa e bisognava rivolgersi sempre alla reception.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, hatten einen kleinen Pool am Zimmer was das ganze super abgerundet hat.Das Zimmer war auch wie beschrieben und wurde jeden Tag ,auf Wunsch gereinigt. Sogar Handtücher wurden keden Tag gewechselt. Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit ☺️ Essen und Getränke auch super, wir waren zufrieden. Es war viel Abwechslung und immer für jeden etwas dabei, ob Fleisch, Fisch oder vegetarisch/vegan. Es war sehr nah am Strand, vielleicht 5min zu Fuß und auch mit Sand. Wir hatten schöne Sonnenuntergänge.

Es gab soweit eigentlich nichts,nur die Rutschen könnten ein bisschen länger geöffnet bleiben, 18uhr ist schon sehr früh

Bardzo ubogie all inclusive. Napoje chemiczne. W pokoju brudno. Brak baru przy basenie oraz przy aquaparku (bar w sumie był ale wszystko płatne).

Την πρώτη βραδιά ο κεντρικός κλιματισμός είχε πρόβλημα. Ενημέρωσα το προσωπικό και μου είπαν πως το πρόβλημα ήταν γνωστό και θα επισκευαζόταν την επόμενη μέρα. Από την ζέστη δεν άντεξα και πέρασα όλο το βράδυ στην ξαπλώστρα στην πισίνα. Είμαι τεχνικός και καταλαβαίνω ότι ζημιές συμβαίνουν αλλά έπρεπε να είχα ενημερωθεί. Δεν κάνουμε τα κορόιδα και όποιος το καταλάβει. Την επόμενη ημέρα όντως το έφτιαξαν.

Wir hatten mit unseren Partnern einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Hotel Meropi in Malia. Kreta ist eine wunderschöne Insel und das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Für einen schönen und preiswerten Urlaub mit viel Sonne, Meer und Strand können wir das Hotel durchaus empfehlen. 1. Saubere und schöne Zimmer: Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Besonders toll fanden wir den eigenen Pool. Auch das Badezimmer war groß und sauber. 2. Gute Lage: Der Strand ist nur etwa 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Der Sandstrand ist sauber und das Wasser sehr schön und klar. 3. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: In der Umgebung gibt es viele Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars und verschiedene Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen. 4. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und gute Küche: Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Hotel hat uns ebenfalls gut geschmeckt. 5. Mehrere Pools und Aquapark: Im Hotel gibt es mehrere Pools. Für Kinder gibt es außerdem einen Aquapark mit Wasserrutschen – ein echtes Highlight für Familien. 6. Sehr gut für Familien: Insgesamt ist das Hotel besonders für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Die verschiedenen Pools und der Aquapark sorgen für viel Unterhaltung.

1.. All Inclusive könnte besser sein: Für ein All-Inclusive-Hotel fanden wir die Auswahl an Essen etwas zu klein. Auch die Getränke an der Bar haben uns leider überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Angeboten werden hauptsächlich Wein aus dem Tetrapak, Raki, Bier sowie Tee und Kaffee. Cocktails müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden und kosten ab etwa 7 €. 2. Bett etwas zu hart: Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack nicht besonders bequem, da es ziemlich hart war. Positiv war aber, dass alles sauber war. 3. Malia selbst bietet nicht so viel: Malia als Stadt fanden wir persönlich nicht besonders sehenswert. Viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten und wirklich schöne Strände sind etwa 1–2 Stunden entfernt, sodass man für Ausflüge etwas Fahrzeit einplanen sollte. 4. Wenig Aktivitäten für Erwachsene: Während es für Kinder mit dem Aquapark viel Unterhaltung gibt, werden für Erwachsene nur wenige Freizeitaktivitäten angeboten. Es gibt keine Diskothek und kaum Sport- oder Animationsangebote. Abends bleibt hauptsächlich die Bar am Pool. 🌴 Unser Fazit Insgesamt haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Kreta ist eine wunderschöne Insel und das Hotel Meropi hat uns besonders wegen der Sauberkeit, der schönen Anlage, der Pools und der Nähe zum Strand gefallen. Wer einen schönen, nicht zu teuren Familienurlaub verbringen möchte und vor allem Meer, Strand und Sonne genießen will, ist hier unserer Meinung nach gut aufgehoben. Für Familien mit Kindern können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρωμικο Μυρμήγκια παντού σε όλο το δωματιο. Το all inclusive υπερβολικά φτωχό. Ούτε ένα κοκτέιλ Και σαν σνακ μόνο κάτι κουλουράκια. Για την τιμή του θα μπορούσε να έχει πιο πλούσιο all inclusive

A localização é ótima, perto da praia com uma água espetacular, foram umas ótimas férias em família. A Marianna da recepção muito prestável e atenciosa. Pequeno almoço era bom, as piscinas dos escorregas foram muito divertidas para os nossos filhos.

Scappa se puoi! Struttura da evitare, dicono un 4 stelle, ma 3 sono anche troppe! Sinceramente posto poco accogliente e non pulito, questa struttura ha potenziale ma é vecchia e mal tenuta. La piscina con gli scivoli per i bambini é inclusa nel prezzo ma accessibile anche da persone esterne, il che rende l’acqua della piscina sporca, io stessa sono entrata una volta sola per far compagnia a mio figlio e ho avuto una micosi. Poi stendiamo un velo pietoso sul cibo…. Fatto per turisti del nord europa. Questo albergo é troppo caro per quello che é, non é un vero all inclusive e le stanze puzzano di umidità. Avevo preso 9 notti e ho prenotato un’altro albergo dopo qualche notte! Ovviamente zero rimborso!

Αυτό που μας εντυπωσίασε πάρα πολύ ήτανε η ευγένεια όλου του προσωπικού, κυρίως όμως όλων των ελλήνων που ήταν πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν με χαμόγελο κάθε στιγμή. Ευχαριστούμε τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν (Μαριάννα, Μάνο και Κατερίνα ) για την γλυκύτητα τους και την αμεσότητα! Ευχαριστούμε και την κυρία που ήταν υπεύθυνη για το μασάζ! Πολύ όμορφο κλίμα αν και κάποιες από τις υποδομές χρίζουν κάποιας βελτίωσης μέσα στα δωμάτια. Μικρές αναβαθμίσεις ώστε να μην έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα από 5αστερο.μπράβο στους υπαλλήλους και μπράβο στο ξενοδοχείο για το όμορφο team που έχει δημιουργήσει.

Seulement la piscine

Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre qui ressemblait davantage à une cave qu’à une chambre d’hôtel : très sombre, vétuste, mal entretenue et pas vraiment propre. Le lit était dur comme de la pierre, impossible d’y dormir correctement, et les oreillers étaient tout aussi inconfortables. Le plus choquant a été la présence de fourmis. Chaque jour, elles sortaient de la baignoire et se promenaient sur le sol. Une employée est venue constater le problème, a pris des photos et nous a remis un produit pour tenter de les éliminer. Malheureusement, cela n’a eu aucun effet : les fourmis revenaient chaque jour et nous en retrouvions même dans le lit. Lorsque nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, la responsable nous a répondu de manière peu aimable qu’elle ne pouvait rien faire. La seule solution proposée a été l’ajout d’un surmatelas pour rendre le lit un peu plus supportable, ce qui est loin de compenser tous les désagréments rencontrés. Pour le prix payé, cet hôtel n’est absolument pas à la hauteur de ses prestations. Le seul point positif est la piscine ainsi que les espaces extérieurs, qui sont agréables, bien entretenus et joliment aménagés. Malheureusement, dès que l’on entre dans la chambre, c’est une tout autre réalité : les chambres sont anciennes, mal entretenues et donnent l’impression de ne pas avoir été rénovées depuis des années. La baignoire est très haute, au point qu’il faut presque l’escalader pour y entrer, tout en étant très étroite. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. Heureusement, Booking.com a eu un geste commercial de 68 €, que j’ai apprécié. En revanche, je pense qu’ils devraient être plus vigilants avant de proposer ce type d’établissement sur leur plateforme. Cette expérience m’a rappelé l’importance de toujours consulter les avis avant de réserver. Cette fois-ci, j’ai réservé à la dernière minute sans prendre le temps de les lire, et je le regrette.

L'emplacement et les différentes piscines disponibles depuis l'hôtel. Le professionnalisme du personnel qui est toujours attentif à ce que l'on soit bien. Un séjour sur une île tellement magnifique.

L'appartement est assez mal Fini...salle de bain et WC peu pratique.

Die Anlage ist weitläufig und sehr gepflegt.

Das Essen sowie das „All Inklusive“ Angebot war katastrophal. Getränke nur aus einem Getränkespender in Form von Sirup. Stilles Wasser hat geschmeckt wie Poolwasser. Kaffee nur zum Frühstück und von 15-17Uhr zum Kaffee…hierzu gab es nur ein paar Kekse und keinen Kuchen. Das Essen und der Gastrobereich erinnern mehr an einen Campingplatz als an ein Hotel. Das Hotel ist mit 4 Sternen angepriesen worden, in der Realität aber maximal 2-3 Sterne. Der anliegende und dazugehörige Aquapark ist extrem laut und bei AI erwarte ich auch dort Getränke zu bekommen ohne zu bezahlen.

I would normally give this hotel 10 out of 10, but unfortunately I cannot. The hotel has an excellent location, around 30 minutes by car from Heraklion Airport. The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped. There are several swimming pools, including children's pools, water slides, a playground, an indoor playroom, an outdoor workout area, a restaurant serving excellent food, and a beautiful sandy beach about a 5-minute walk away (although it can be windy with bigger waves). Every member of the staff we met was friendly, helpful and professional.

Unfortunately, one issue significantly affected our stay. Most family hotels have quiet hours so that guests can enjoy a good night's sleep. If uninterrupted sleep is important to you, I would recommend checking the hotel's policy carefully before booking. Interestingly, the reception staff repeatedly told us that the hotel has quiet hours from 23:00 until 07:00 and assured us several times that any noise after 23:00 would be dealt with by security. However, when I finally spoke to the hotel manager, he explained that this was not the hotel's policy. According to him, 23:00 only marks the end of the all-inclusive service in the main bar, while the bar itself remains open for as long as guests wish to stay there. A member of staff also confirmed that if guests stayed until 5:00 a.m., the bar would remain open. Our experience was as follows: - Night 1: We arrived at 1:15 a.m. Everything was perfect. - Night 2: Loud music continued until around 00:30, even though there was no football match. The next morning we reported it to reception and were assured that security would enforce the hotel's quiet hours after 23:00. - Night 3: A football match was shown in the bar and cheering continued after midnight. Once again, reception apologised and assured us that the hotel had quiet hours from 23:00. - Later that day, the hotel kindly offered us a room in a quieter part of the resort. We genuinely appreciated the effort, but changing rooms was not a practical solution because we were travelling as a family of eight, the rest of our family was staying next door, we would have had to spend hours packing and unpacking again, and our young children had already adapted to the room. We therefore politely declined and repeated that we were simply asking for the quiet hours we had been told about to be respected. - Night 4: Another football match, more cheering until around 00:30.

La Gentilezza del personale alla reception. Vorrei iniziare con una nota di merito: tutto il personale si è sempre dimostrato gentile, disponibile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, con un ringraziamento particolare allo staff della reception, che è stato professionale e cortese durante tutto il soggiorno.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo villaggio non è stata positiva. Gli aspetti negativi hanno inciso pesantemente sulla vacanza. La pulizia della camera e degli ambienti comuni è risultata ben al di sotto delle aspettative. Inoltre, la camera presentava diversi elementi rotti o malfunzionanti, segno di una manutenzione poco accurata. Il condizionatore colava acqua costantemente sui letti. L'aspetto più deludente è stato senza dubbio l'animazione per i bambini. Di fatto è risultata inesistente: le attività non esistevano, i bambini venivano lasciati senza un vero intrattenimento. Le animatrici del mini club, purtroppo, sono apparse spesso svogliate, poco sorridenti e poco inclini a coinvolgere i bambini, trasmettendo una sensazione di scarso entusiasmo che ha reso l'esperienza davvero deludente. Non avrei mai prenotato se avessi saputo come funzionava. Considerando il costo della vacanza e ciò che viene promesso, mi aspettavo un livello di servizio decisamente superiore. È un peccato, perché con un personale così cortese e disponibile si potrebbero offrire esperienze molto migliori, ma allo stato attuale non mi sento di consigliarlo alle famiglie con bambini.

Very big apartment with bedroom, kitchens/living room and balcony. All inclusive kitchen was quite good.

For cooking the kitchen was not well equipped. Aquapark is much smaller than it seems from photos.

The staff were excellent! Very helpful and lovely to chat with. The food at the buffet was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive. It changed enough each meal that there was always something new to try with a lot of healthy and veggie options. We really liked the pools and the slides! The kids club was lovely, though it was more of a cool, elaborate clubhouse, rather than a daycare where we can drop the kids. The playground and grassy area was also great for our kids to run around on after meals. Really a great place to stay.

The buildings are quite old, and our air conditioning didn't work one night. It was about 35 degrees in the room and we couldn't open the windows to let cooler air in because there are no screens on the windows, but lots of mosquitos. No fans to help with the heat, we just had to cook for a night. They should be better prepared for something like that. Screens on windows feels like a no-brainer. The amount of money they'd save on air conditioning being on would be huge!!! Also, the cleaning staff came in our room 3 times when we were in the room when we had the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. The reception said they'd discuss it with the cleaning staff after the first time, but it didn't help, they still came in twice more. Really made our stuff feel not safe. Lastly, they let my son go on the big slide the first day but then the rest of the time said he couldn't. He was pretty upset.

Θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει τρόπος ώστε ξενοδοχεία σαν το MEROPI να μπορούσαν να βαθμολογηθούν πάνω από το ΑΡΙΣΤΑ. Προσωπικό έτοιμο να σε εξυπηρέτηση σε ότι ζητήσεις,πάντα με το χαμόγελο και την ευγένεια και όχι με αυτό το υποκριτικό ύφος<πελάτης είσαι δίκιο έχεις.> Δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα και καινούργια με τις πάντα χαμογελαστές καθαρίστριες να καθαρίζουν κάθε μέρα. Περιβάλλοντας χώρος με αμέτρητους φοίνικες,πράσινο περιποιούμενο,λουλούδια και πάντα ΚΑΘΑΡΟ Τρεις πισίνες ,με την διεύθυνση να ενημερώνει πως δεν μπορείς να κρατήσhς reserve ξαπλώστρα βάζοντας μια πετσέτα,κάτι που συμβαίνει σε όλα τα ξενοδοχεία. Και φτάνουμε στο φαγητό.Πρωινό,και του πουλιού το γάλα,μεσημεριανό και βραδινό με απίστευτη ποικιλία από ψητά,μαγειρευτά.τηγανητά,σαλάτες ,γλυκά, και φρούτα.Προσωπικό από νεαρά παιδιά που φρόντιζαν πάντα το τραπέζι να είναι καθαρό και να εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι χρειαστεί. Και όλα αυτά υπό την καθοδήγηση ενός υπευθύνου εστιατορίου που τον μοναδικό του μέλημα ήτανε ο πελάτης να φύγει ευχαριστημένος, και μπορώ να πω τα κατάφερε Και κάτι ακόμη.Είναι το μοναδικό ξενοδοχείο στα τόσα χρόνια που ταξιδεύουμε all inclusive και δεν έχει ΝΕΡΩΜΕΝΗ μπύρα και κρασί!!! ΚΑΙ ΟΛΑ ΑΥΤΑ ΣΕ ΛΟΓΙΚΕΣ ΤΙΜΕΣ!!!!!!!!!

Les horaires des repas. Le matin 9h45 dernier délai 12h30 14h le midi un peu juste Et le soir maxi 21h Pour des vacances, personnellement je trouvais cela un peu contraignant. Le all inclusive est relativement limité pour les boissons.

Meropi is erg geschikt als familiehotel. Vriendelijk personeel, niks is te veel. Meerdere kleine zwembaden en uiteraard het naastgelegen waterpark(je) was geweldig. Het eten is gevarieerd en erg lekker, vooral vers. Al kom je op het laatste moment eten, er is genoeg en net zo vers. Onze kinderen zijn 7 en 11 jaar en vonden het fantastisch hier.

De gedateerde kamer. De keuken is erg oud, alleen was de badkamer tussentijds vervangen. De kamer is wel erg schoon en dagelijks komen ze langs voor schone handdoeken, vuilnis enz. Heel fijn !

Wonderful hotel with a relaxing atmosphere and outstanding service. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety, and the pools were clean and inviting. Our two-floor suite with a private pool was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool every day. We were also pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful birthday gesture from the hotel. This was our second stay here, and we will definitely be back!

It would be nice if breakfast ends at 10:30 instead of 10 for sleep lovers:)

Можно было бы добавить не большое детское меню. Слабо работал кондиционер в номере.

היינו בחדר עם בריכה, זה היה ממש מושלם. היו הרבה אנשים במלון אבל לא הרגיש צפוף או רועש. עובדי המלון היו מאוד נחמדים ובקבלה עזרו בכל מה שהיה צריך.

Absolutně úžasná dovolená. Krásný resort, bazény, personál, lokalita a perfektní strava. Líbilo se nám tam vše. Určitě se ještě někdy vrátíme.

צוות נעים, אדיב ושירותי מאד. למרות שעזבנו את המלון לפני שנפתחה ארוחת הבוקר, השאירו עבורנו צלחות מוכנות עם כל טוב וצידה לדרך.

La gentilezza dello staff, tutti, nessuno escluso, meravigliosi. Si fanno in 4 per aiutarti. Menzione speciale per Elvis ed Andy del bar degli scivoli. Cibo buonissimo e ben cucinato, buffet ben organizzato e vario e senza code particolari. Ambiente informale,molti venivano a mangiare direttamente dalla piscina. Piscine belle e pulite. Posizione eccellente, vicino ai negozi e il centro si raggiunge a piedi. Nei pressi un comodo parcheggio gratuito. Molto bella la spiaggia, quella del Windmill apt ha anche la piscina. Danno asciugamani anche per la piscina quasi tutti i giorni. Super consigliato

Il letto un po' duro, I condizionatori si regolano poco perché le alette sono rotte. Ma rinfrescano comunque. Portate repellenti per zanzare perché ce ne sono molte. Sarebbe perfetto se ci fosse un po di animazione.

Мы остались очень довольны!хорошее расположение отеля. На рецепшен встретили с улыбкой, очень дружелюбно. отличные комнаты,уборка каждый день, включая замену полотенец. До пляжа очень близко. Пляж песочный, хорошее море и шикарный вид! Особенно хочется отметить шефа ресторана!Человек на своем месте ! Под его руководством всё работает чётко! Отличная греческая еда ! Спасибо за отдых♥️ Крит влюбил в себя с первого взгляда!♥️

Personál bol veľmi priateľký a ustretový.

Počas jedla nás otravovali mačky a obsluha nám brala taniere takmer počas jedla čo bolo niekedy akoby nás posielali preč. Alkohol je v all-inclusive iba miestny a pár variant. Terasu izby by mohli umyť častejšie. Inak bolo vsetko super. Jedlo bolo pestré a chutné. Personál na recepcii, bare a upratovačky boli velmi priateľské.

Nel cibo abbiamo trovato ben 3 volte capelli. Acqua del ristorante quasi sempre non bevibile con gusto strano di cloro, bevande senza il proprio gusto. Neanche su richiesta danno a disposizione bottigliette d'acqua. In camera l'aria condizionata non andava, dopo tanti tentativi e chiamate alla reception è andata ma sempre non ben funzionante, non siamo riusciti a dormire bene durante la notte per il caldo. Tante formiche e tante zanzare in camera, addirittura un ragno gigante. Asciugamani SPORCHI e ripiegati come fossero nuovi e puliti, altri mai cambiati anche se il servizio prevedeva il cambio asciugamani ogni giorno, quelli puliti erano tutti macchiati.

Die Betten waren leider nicht sehr bequem, es war enorm warm und aufgrund der Lage unter dem Dach bringt da die Klimaanlage wenig

Steta je da kokteli nisu ukljuceni u all-inclusive uslugu, krevetima i sobama prijalo bi osvezenje, najvise nam je zasmetalo jer sampone i sapune dobili smo samo jednom,prvog dana pri ulasku u sobu, nisu dopunjavani.

ACn i vårt rum fungerade ej och vi påpekade det 2 gånger men det vart ingen ändring och vi fick inte byta rum heller

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Privatpool und das war echt super und sauber. Das Personal war wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Essen war gut aber etwas Abwechslung hätte es schon sein können. Das einzige war, dass das Fleisch meistens totgebraten war, aber alles andere war sehr gut.

Dans la chambre : pas de bouteilles d’eau, pas de mouchoirs, pas d’étiquette de chambre « ne pas déranger ». Les sodas sont tous mauvais, même l’eau. Pas de cocktail inclus dans la formule All Inclusive Le dîner ferme tôt et quand l’affluence est faible, on ressent le sentiment de déranger

Apartament grand z basenem. Basen chyba największy w obiekcie z basenów prywatnych. Dużo miejsca, ręczniki,kosmetyki. Pyszne posiłki, bardzo miła obsługa. W opcji all inclusive tylko lokalne alkohole.

Curatenia si mancarea buna

Am avut un studio (in aceeasi cladire cu receptia, la etajul 2) pentru 4 persoane cu 2 paturi twin in dormitor si in camera cealalta 2 paturi de cate o persoana lipite de perete (nu se puteau muta). Camera care ni s-a dat pentru primele nopti (dintr-un sejur de 11 nopti) nu era de 4*, era mica, apa picura la dus si noaptea era deranjant, apa la toaleta nu se tragea bine, telefonul nu functiona, AC-ul nu functiona. Fiecare camera avea cate un AC, dar exista o singura pornire&oprire pentru ele si o singura telecomanda pentru acestea. Deci ori porneam amandoua AC ori a trebuit sa le inchidem pe ambele ca unuia dintre noi ii curgea apa in cap. In prima noapte dupa ce am semnalat problema si s-a dat din umeri de domnul de la receptie (ni s-a spus ca hotelul e full si a 2 zi vor rezolva problema) am dormit cu geamul dechis (era iulie si era f cald afara),era galagie f mare afara, a rasunat muzica pana la 5 dimineata si toti tantarii erau si in camera cu noi. Dupa prima noapte ni s-a spus ca e ok sa folosim AC-ul chiar daca apa de pe el (condensul) ne curgea in cap, pentru ca AC-ul era pozitionat deasupra unui pat. Si iar ni s-a spus ca nu au nici o camera libera in urmatoarele zile. Abia dupa cateva nopti (si multe emotii si discutii cu cativa angajati de la receptie) am fost mutati intr-o camera langa piscina care in sfarsit era de 4*. Nu ni s-au cerut scuze si nici nu au aratat vreun regret.

Camerele au fost spatioase, paturile bune, a fost curat, mancarea nu foarte diversificata dar buna.

Aerul condiționat nu prea face fata.

The staff was helpful.The air conditioning was not working. After initial difficulties we were given another room. Marianna made our holiday unforgettable.

The first room was very dirty. The bathroom was little.The toilet touched the sink, you couldn't sit on it properly. The attic space is pointless.

Fina poolområden och fantastisk mat.

Hade uppskattat ifall allinclusive innehöll snacks på eftermiddagen. Lunchen serveras vid 13 och middag vid 19 vilket gör att barnen blir hungriga däremellan. Rummen som vi bodde i var gamla och tråkigt inredda, men det gjorde inte oss något då vi inte spenderade så mycket tid på rummen.

Όλες οι κριτικές περιγράφουν τα ίδια προβλήματα εδώ και χρόνια, όμως το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει κάνει τίποτα. Το πάτωμα στο δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικά βρώμικο, με άμμο που δεν είχε καθαριστεί, καθιστώντας αδύνατο να περπατήσει κανείς χωρίς παπούτσια. Τα κρεβάτια δίπλα στα παιδικά κρεβάτια είχαν αιχμηρές άκρες, κάτι που δεν ήταν ασφαλές. Το δωμάτιο ήταν γεμάτο κουνούπια, οπότε δεν θα μπορούσες να μετακινηθείς χωρίς κουνουπιέρα. Τα τραπέζια και οι καρέκλες στο εστιατόριο ήταν εξαιρετικά άβολα. Οι σερβιτόροι άρπαζαν πιάτα σχεδόν στη μέση του γεύματος.

Very good food with lots to choose from, one of the best I've eaten in Crete, very clean rooms and outside, pools were awesome, air conditioning was good and quiet, hotel is close to the village center but you can't hear a thing when inside. You can rent rooms with a private pool. Would definitely recommend going there. I for sure will come back.

Sinceramente estava tudo perfeito. O pessoal é muito simpático e cooperativo. A comida é completamente deliciosa e variada. Tem três piscinas disponíveis para os hóspedes e o parque aquático. Escolheria este hotel sem dúvida novamente. A localização é ótima e tem facilidade de nos movermos para qualquer lado

Die Anlage ist groß und sauber. Das Personal einfach nur herzlich. Wer entspannten Urlaub möchte nur zu das hotel ist perfekt dafür. Der private Pool ist Einfach wow.

Gyönyörű hely, a személyzet fantasztikus, jókedvűek, segítőkészek. Mindennap volt a gyerekeknek foglalkozás, 3 helyen is volt medence. Nagyon finomak voltak az ételek is.

Mint kiderült Malia egy bulinegyed, így nagyon sok fiatal külföldi szállt meg a szállodában és minden éjjel csapódtak az ajtók, kiabálások voltak, de szerencsére a gyerekek mindennap annyira kimerültek a lubickolásban, hogy észre se vették.

There was a lovely staff member named Suzanna. She worked at the reception, in the kids' play area, and in the dining room. She was always smiling and pleasant. The water slides were fun. The room was spacious.

The food wasn’t great... There were hardly any options for vegans. I asked in advance and was told there would be a variety, but in reality, during lunch and dinner there was only one protein option (beans), and the rest were just carbs: pasta, rice, and potatoes. There was no real salad selection either. At breakfast, there wasn’t a single spread that wasn’t cheese or meat

Camera con piscina privata carinissima, peccato per la pulizia grossolana. Piena di polvere e formiche. L’aerea bambini molto apprezzata, ombreggiata e fatta veramente bene, con giochi adatti e materiale adeguato.

La località non è delle migliori, caotico lo spazio con i giochi d’acqua ma essendo anche aperta al pubblico esterno ci può stare, alcuni camerieri veramente fastidiosi! L’animazione bimbi un po’ scadente e senza entusiasmo.

Ήταν η δεύτερη συνεχόμενη χρονιά που επισκέφθηκαμε το ξενοδοχείο. Και πάλι μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας αλλά και την εξυπηρέτηση όλου τού προσωπικού. Ευχαριστούμε όλους από τη reception έως και τα άτομα στα εστιατόρια, το μπαρ, την καθαριότητα κλπ.

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά

The private pool rooms were modern, clean and very comfortable. The restaurant breakfast options were plentiful you would be hard pressed to not find something to eat. The grounds were all kept very clean and the location was great.

The selection of spirits in the all inclusive meant we just bought our own and drank in our room. I did have one cocktail from the bar which was good and competitively priced with neighbouring bars.

La camera era splendida e impeccabilmente pulita; la piscina privata un autentico valore aggiunto, ancora più bella che nelle foto, con l’area circostante organizzata alla perfezione per garantire il massimo relax. Anche il ristorante offriva un’ampia varietà a ogni pasto, sempre di ottima qualità.

Se proprio devo trovare un lato negativo, la scelta di alcolici nell’all-inclusive è piuttosto limitata: solo birra, qualche liquore locale e vino, purtroppo non di buona qualità.
