AMAZING location, beautiful view, great sized apartment, well equipped kitchen, fantastic communication from hosts!

Location! Very clean and well stocked

I have to really dig deep to find an area for improvement but would like to have had a couple larger coffee / tea mugs.

The location is excellent. Reason whywe choose this place becuase it is very convenient with our itinerary. We can get quickly to the meet up point of our tours, restaturants and shops.

The stairs because we have big luggages but not a big issue. Unit provided the toiletries enough for our stay.

Location was awesome, facilities were great

A vacuum would have been handy for our extended stay and the bathroom exhaust was very noisy in the main bedroom.

This was a wonderful place to stay, for sure, and this wouldn't change our mind to stay there again, but the one bathroom for a family of five was tricky at times!

Top location excellent facilities and a super well stocked apartment. Service was great! Very short walk to snow shuttle stop. Highly recommended. Perfect for our family with teens.

Carolyn and Paula were amazing! Our flight out of Queenstown was cancelled and we were rebooked on a flight that left 5+ hours later than planned. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a place to rest with our bags. Someone was checking into the unit we had stayed in but they let us move into the one next door for the additional time we needed so we weren’t out on the street with our bags and a grumpy kid 😆

In the heart of Queenstown, can walk everywhere. Great location

首先地理位置是真不错，就在码头，参加一日游或者游玩设施时非常方便，当然其实皇后镇也不大，倒是也不必一定要住在这么中心的位置。但从房间阳台看出去就是镇中心的感觉还是挺好的。 工作人员也挺好，虽然没见面，但交流很顺畅，我们因为是中午的飞机到达，到达时才不到两点，也让我们提前入住了。 房间虽然没有电梯，而且我也有大箱子，但我觉得也还好，就是入住和退房要搬箱子，也不是很麻烦。

首先一套房子有两个房间，其中一个房间没有可以打开的窗户，并且窗户是磨砂的。也就是说窗户只有一个采光的功能，啥也看不到。介意的要注意这一点。 然后就是…从中午到晚上，在阳台上都能闻到旁边一家餐厅的油烟味…这是我没有想到的！虽然不是特别刺鼻，但它真实存在…所以我在阳台上也没待多久，因为我不能接受我都到新西兰皇后镇了还要在这里闻油烟味…

Location is the best I ha E ever seen. Everything is nearby and a short walk away. Special mention to Carolyn. I asked so many questions and every time she answered it with a smile and without breaking a sweat. Thanks you made our stay memorable.

Central location, views of the lake, spacious.

Great central location. Easy to get to and to get around. Loved that parking was offered at a discounted rate close by. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. All round a lovely stay and would recommend.

Water pressure was terrible and having a shower with a baby was impossible as the heat was either too hot or cold.

Wow what a location! Comfortable and clean! Loved it!

If I had to pick anything I’d say the pillows were uncomfortable but then again we’ve been traveling for a bit now and just can’t wait to be back in our own bed again! But honestly couldn’t complain about this place!

沒有電梯，房間在二樓，須自己搬行李上樓。樓下是餐廳，晚上的時候打開陽台會有一點油煙味，但還可以接受。路邊臨停對第一次來的遊客來說有點困難，要找到可以臨停的標記，限時5分鐘。

LOCATION !!! Is absolutely unbeatable. Beds are comfortable, apartment is very clean. Communication with staff is very efficient. Have all the information we needed plus some on arrival, didn’t need to communicate again.

For family of 5 adults a bit too small, that being said we did not spend a great deal of time in our room so it was no big issue to us.

Caroline and Paula were fantastic to deal with. And location is spot on. We had a lovely time.

Amazing location, balcony overlooks all the action along the lake, jet boats and very close to all the restaurants at Steamer Wharf. parking available across the road at Man Car park.

Main bedroom had airconditioner/extraction fan noise from the restaurants next door but the location of the unit outweighed this.

Now I know why it is called Heart of Queenstown because of it’s location 2 bedroom apartment was spacious , but it had only 1 bathroom (shower cum toilet cum laundry )it is not practical for a family or 2 couples.,

As many restaurants are located below the apartment ,there is continuous smell coming from the restaurant exhausts

Location was amazing. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils etc Washing machine & dryer.

No lift which may impact people with restricted mobility.

Too many stairs and entrance area like a back alley. Our carpark fobs never worked to get car out each time. Second bedroom a windowless black box.

Great location, looking onto lake and close to shops and restaurants. Great balcony. Water pressure good in shower Oven, microwave, dishwashet and plenty of pots/pens, plates, cutlery for self catering. Beds comfortable (little soft for our liking).

Not an issue for us but several stairs to get to apartment.

The location was 100% second to none! We couldn't have asked for better! It had everything we needed. Communication from Carolyn and Paula was fantastic too! We WILL return!

Location, view, shower, beds, appliances and kitchen. It had a balcony with amazing views. The hosts were quick to respond and amazing to deal with. Our family of 5 were comfortable and really enjoyed our holiday. Access to the main tourist attractions and ski fields, restaurants and bars.

Carrying luggage and snow gear up and down stairs. But that’s a first world issue.

Location Is good

The property showed clear signs of neglect, with dust accumulating throughout and a stale, musty odor indicating poor ventilation and possible mold issues. The walls and flooring displayed numerous stains and marks, contributing to an overall unpleasant atmosphere. Given the availability of better maintained, more modern properties at lower price points in the area, this unit appears significantly overpriced for its current condition.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The location was absolutely amazing. Everything was right downstairs from restaurants, stores, activities and the views from the balcony were perfect. Full kitchen including kitchenware, laundry was included as well.

The hallways look a bit older and there’s no elevators so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs.

Cleanliness, no sky, coffee/tea facilities no milk , next to no toilet paper, no hair shampoo, very basic things not supplied

Great location . Spacious for 3 people . Beautiful view over the lake . Nice lounge and kitchen area . The cleaner was very nice and helpful .

The beds were hard . Just sheets a very thin doona if you could call it that and very thin blanket . Not cozy at all for August or inviting. The couch was more comfortable to sleep on .

The location was great, close to everything in Queenstown. The pre check in communication by the hosts was excellent and information provided extremely useful. It had a lovely, large balcony overlooking the street with great views of the gondola.

The property needed a fresh coat of paint. The sofa was a bed settee and the seat cushions were both stained and the cushions were dusty. The cooker hood was also dusty as were the light fittings in the bedrooms. The beds were soft (which may suit some people.). There was a flight of stairs which were a challenge with heavy cases.

Good central location, the mountain side view was lovely. Apartment was freshly renovated and very spacious for our family of 4. The shower head in the shower was like a waterfall, so nice and relaxing after a big day of skiing :)

hum of air-conditioning units in the main bedroom, sketchy wifi, taxi drivers were very nervous about parking anywhere to drop of pick us up from, they were scared of getting fined from the street cameras which made it tricky with luggage etc and there was no bin for general waste in the apartment.

The location was absolutely amazing! Located smack bang in the middle of the town. Everything within walking distance. The rooms were generous, plenty of space, a deck and all the utilities you need. The hosts gave us plenty of information and were a pleasure to deal with.

Comfy, cosy, generally clean, fantastic location + a good view, will definitely be staying again! Living area a decent size for an apartment in town, my son and his friend came to visit and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us to mingle. Good, prompt comms. from the hosts too

Although everything was certainly 'clean' on the surface, I deem the bathroom/laundry was due for a deeper clean
