It was dirty. The room was not provided with basic cutlery and had to be purchased as extra. Couldn’t use the shared space without hiring the equipment. We booked 2 rooms as I was travelling with a 16 son and 21 year old daughter but they only gave us one, after me checking multiple times.

Yes, the cabin was clean but very outdated and unloved. The WiFi worked for us approximately 10 minutes of our entire stay - when we asked the receptionist, we were told the WiFi is pretty bad and we should walk to the community kitchen if we need to use WiFi. The main heater in the cabin wasn't working. Yes, they've given us spare heaters but they took ages to heat up and I felt always cold. I just couldn't get comfortable the entire stay so unfortunately I wouldn't be recommending this place or returning. I think a little bit of love and care would go a long way.

For the high end priced suite, it could have had a toaster or cutlery included. The communal kitchen was a very cold walk for the price point of the room.

The location was perfect and walking distant to lots of the main attractions and centre! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the kitchen was spacious and clean. All facilities were clean! We were given the wheelchair accessible cabin which was terrible with a toddler, no door on the bedroom, and trying to manage the accessible bathroom where the floor just gets saturated as there is no enclosed shower was terrible. We would have preferred a heads up that we were in this room and definitely would have asked to change this when possible. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on, it felt completely sacked out, like we were sleeping on bare springs.
