Nicely set out apartment in great location. Lovely widespread views over the sea. Staff were attentive and nothing was a problem.

Misleading main photo of the pool and view as it's nothing like that. Tricky tight spiral metal staircase through three floors to get access to pool. Each time you use the stairs you compromise the other balconies privacy.

The location couldn’t have been any better. Great value. Nice clean room. Lovely roof area with pool. Staff were attentive and kind.

Nothing I didn’t like. There’s no lift so bear in mind if you have mobility issues.

Très bonne localisation, rue calme juste à côté de la plage et du centre d’Albufeira. Ménage proposé tous les jours, climatisation dans l’appartement. Literie confortable

Vu la localisation, une place de parking en plus pourrait être un avantage car il peut être un peu compliqué de trouver une place dans les rues adjacentes.

The renovation was great. Very clean. Location good

No one there to let us in on arrival. So we had to find their number and call them and wait. No sound proofing. When we complained about loud music staff werent really bothered. No one there for most of the day and no one there by night so if there is an issue you have no one that can help by night which is a concern to me

The location is superb with a lovely bar/restaurant opposite and just a short walk from the centre of old town . The rooms are clean and spacious with a nice little balcony. There is a pool on the roof that is free to use and the views are beautiful. Everytime i spoke with the staff they where smiling and always helpful. Would highly recommend

Very clear and great location.

Lounging area around pool small, however works when there are a few around the pool. Could get busy is everyone from all apartments came down at once.

The location is fantastic. Just an escalator ride down to the beach and a short walk to the centre of the old town action. The apt is very modern and everything seemed brand new. Beautiful bathroom with fabulous shower. Everything you need in the kitchen. Tiny balcony overlooking the street but still nice to sit out on. Air con was excellent.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable and I didn’t sleep much. Disappointed with the pool, it was literally a child’s paddling pool, but the beach is on your doorstep and space is a premium in this location.

Incroyable ! Emplacement plus que parfait (3min à pieds du centre, l’ascenseur de la plage a 25m de l’appartement, super brunch à 25m également), appartement joliment décoré, propre et fonctionnel ! Superbe piscine en Rooftop vue sur la mer, transaction et chaises à disposition, idéal pour se poser tranquillement ! Accueil chaleureux même très tard, vraiment parfait ce séjour !

Hem gaudit molt de la nostra estada a l'Albufeira+ Apartment. Les vistes al mar són espectaculars i fan que l'experiència sigui encara més especial. La terrassa de l'àtic amb piscina és senzillament meravellosa, un lloc perfecte per relaxar-se i gaudir de l'entorn amb un bon llibre.A més, el personal ha estat molt amable i atent en tot moment. L'apartament és molt net, còmode i està molt ben situat, en un carrer tranquil i a prop de la platja. Sens dubte, és un allotjament que recomanem i on tornaríem encantats. Tens un bon restaurant amb terrassa just a davant de casa, i al costat un bar simpàtic per fer un cafè, un gelat o pendre alguna cosa.

L'apartament per 3 o 4 és bastant just, maca d'espai. Només et posen càpsules de cafè per 1 dia i 1 pastilla de rentaplats, així que després ho has de comprar.

Das dritte Bett ist für eine erwachsene Person etwas klein. Sonst alles tip top!!!

Bel appartement, très propre et confortable. Emplacement sympa , un peu en retrait de la zone animée mais tout de même proche ( agréable pour se reposer dans le calme).

Il est important de préciser qu’il existe deux bâtiments dont les piscines se différencient (nous pensions avoir accès à la grande) nous avons finalement eu l’appartement qui se trouvait dans l’établissement avec petite piscine :-(

Everything was perfect. The staff, especially the woman who I assume owns the place and the cleaners were very helpful and pleasant. The rooms were amazing. We originally wanted to upgrade to sea view but when we saw the room we decided not to bother. Very modern and clean and right beside old town about a 5 minute walk along the beach to get to old town. Would definitely book here again if i was coming back

Top Lage, ruhig etwas ausserhalb gelegen, und dennoch nah vom Zentrum, sehr freundliches Personal, super Raumservice (jeden Tag und perfekt sauber). Vielen Dank!

Everything was perfect. The view was just stunning. The kids enjoyed the pool (shared with three other apartments). The bed in the master's bedroom was very comfortable. The kids slept on the couch and on an extra single bed. Overall the apartment was well adapted to our family with young kids. It was spacious, very clean, and new. It was a short walk from the beach and the old town (happy we didn't stay right in town, as it was busy with lots of bars and restaurants, packed with tourists). The location was just perfect - quiet, close to lots of cafés and restaurants, a supermarket, walking distance from the marina (be sure to book a kayak tour with Seaalgarve!), from the beach and old town. On some days we left some dirty dishes in the sink when we left, and the cleaning ladies had washed them when we came back. Much appreciated!

One of the apartments didn't have small spoons/forks (bothered my mom a little haha). There was no basic ingredient in the kitchen. We had to buy salt and pepper. It was not a big deal but would have been nice to have some basics on hand. There were also no coffee pods for the machine. Again no big deal but would have been nice.

Beautiful property with excellent location and stunning views. Just a 5-minute walk to major bars, restaurants, and the beach. Peaceful and quiet at night despite its proximity to the main attractions.

Location was excellent. Cobblestone old town feel. Next to the beach (and elevator to get down to the beach so we did not have to walk all the stairs). Next to great food and a small grocery store. And a short walk to the old town square where there are a lot of restaurants, shops and bars. Also, rooftop pool was small but a great private spot to relax and had a great view. We will definitely book this property again.

Stayed at Rossio Mar with my husband last year so impressed that this year we returned with our son and daughter and some of their family.They now are hoping to return and so are we. Reception staff very friendly and informative. Views from apartments outstanding. Cleaning available every day if you need it.The location is convenient to lovely restaurants and bars. Well done to all of you. Hope to see you next year.

Súper bien situado, a 50 metros del ascensor que te baja a la playa. Con restaurantes justo al lado y el centro con todo el ocio a 10min a pie. El apartamento estaba impecable, todo parecía nuevo, incluso los utensilios de cocina. Tenía tendedero, plancha para la ropa, secador, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfect 👌. Se nos hizo corta la estancia, la verdad es que nos encantó. Cama y sofá muy cómodos También nos gustó que el check out fuera a las 12 que es lo normal en los hoteles pero en los apartamentos suele ser antes, y que el servicio de limpieza pasara a duario. Lo recomendaríamos y repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Se ve que gestionan dos negocios diferentes y las fotos llevan a error, contábamos con la piscina que se ve en las fotos y lo que había era una piscinita tamaño spa de 2.5metros por 2.5metros y 60 centímetros de alto. Aunque esto no empaña la gran impresión que nos causó en general. .

Absolutely loved this apartment. Excellent location a 5 min walk from the heart of the Old town and 15 mins from the marina. This apartment is super spacious and exactly matched the pictures. The kitchen is brilliantly appointed with everything you could need through your stay. Honestly loved this place. One of the best little gems we have stayed in.

The only criticism is minor. The roof terrace needs a bin and slightly more maintenance for the pool.

Emplacement super pour profiter de la plage et se promener dans la ville. Appartement bien aménagé et équipé. Le roof top est agréable avec la piscine.

L’isolation est absente nous entendons tout. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de volets pour ne pas laisser passer le jour dans la chambre.

Durch die engen Gassen und Einbahnstraßen schwer zu finden. Parken schwierig, etwas entfernt vom Haus.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour un séjour de quelques jours à Albufeira. L'accès au rooftop avec la piscine et la vue sur la mer est très appréciable. Le logement était très bien équipé et spacieux.

De locatie in Albufeira is perfect!! Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien op een erg mooie plek met een dakterras met adembenemd uitzicht!

Wij hadden een appartement aan de voorkant waarbij we ons hebben gestoord aan het lawaai in de nacht van de luidruchtige (Engelse) mensen (en dan is dit nog voorseizoen) en de medewerkers van beide restaurants die ernaast en tegenover liggen.

Booked an apartment without a balcony but didn't need one as had access to the rooftop terrace n pool. Couldn't fault my stay here at all.

Good location away for the hustle but a close walk. Great facilities in the apartment and decorated to a high standard. Lovely roof top pool area. Supermarket, nice bar etc all so close by.

Our apartment was on the ground floor at the main entrance. The noise wasn’t good. Two of nights we stayed other guests got locked out & buzzed the life out of the doorbell in addition to trying to open the door. People coming in singing at the top of their voice also in the wee hours. Plus we had one apartment become resident DJ playing their speaker all the time. I am not an old fart but we all like to get some sleep. Otherwise I absolutely loved the apartments & would have given a 10 rating only for this.

Beautiful location, friendly staff & the pool / facilities all immaculate. Views of the beach from apartments are amazing, I would definitely recommend the sea view apartments with access to private pool.

Only one thing, there should be some blinds / curtains on the balcony door as the sunlight comes through and wakes you up very early.

Struttura nuova, pulitissima e davvero ben curata. Tutta ristrutturata, lenzuola profumate e ben pulite. Bagno ben curato. Per me la pulizia fa tutto e questa struttura era 10/10 per pulizia.

Unica pecca, ma magari non avevo letto bene io, é che l’appartamento era a pian terreno, affacciandosi proprio su una via abbastanza “trafficata” (pedonale). Noi siamo andati in bassa stagione e tranne qualche ragazzo più chiassoso non è stato per nulla male. Le finestre non sono per nulla sound proof, in alta stagione non sarei mai rimasta a piano terra. Questa davvero l’unica pecca, per il resto struttura nuovissima e meravigliosa

The apartment was modern, clean, and in a super location. The pool and sea view was excellent and made for a super break. The kitchen was well kitted out with everything you need (although we didn't cook whilst there).

There would be nothing I would change exceot for maybe the squeak when you open the fridge. Another small thing would be the addition of a chopping board ( to save the worktops).

Based in the Old Town Of Albufiera. The Appartment is in a great position for access to the facilities. Plenty of good standard restaurants for all price ranges, that special celebrity meal or just a normal evening meal, it's all available. Access to the pool is from spiral steps and can be tricky from the top apartment.. The rear balcony from the top apartment can appear exposed, and would benefit from privacy glass. HOWEVER: We have been visiting Albufiera for 15 years and it can be overwhelming on your first visit, and is very commercial. But with some research and exploration, we gave found that the old town suites us. Particularly the lovely Rossio mar apartments, which has now become our home from home. The old town is our preference and has many similar apartments to choose from.

Tutto perfetto. È l'appartamento ideale. La prima cosa che incanta è la vista direttamente sull'oceano. Gode di accesso alla piscina ... Meravigliosa. La pulizia è: accurata, quotidiana con relativo cambio degli asciugamani. La posizione è comoda al centro paese (old Town) e, di conseguenza, anche ai beni di prima necessità. Silenzioso. Complimenti a coloro che gestiscono la struttura. Consigliatissimo!

If you're looking to stay close to the beach and have a seaview this your place! Beautiful view, spacious balcony and apartments, very cleaned and with complementary water, juice, tea and coffee. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower.

Due to the location, very hard to find parking during the day and I would imagine high season. We had a broken hairdryer that had smoked when on, but when reported after a few hours a new one was placed in the room. Also, don't expect much privacy in the balcony or with the curtains open. Information about check in can be improved! No contacts were provided in advance or proactive communication - check-in is in person and you can call the number you have here on booking.
