Bay View Apartments

Property is in a fantastic location.there are 3 bars and a supermarket all within a minute walk.Beach and Old Town Square 5-7 mins walk away .Apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay.Has an outdoor terrace and pool area as well .Arrival instructions provided by Alex were clear and easy to follow.

WiFi barely worked which was a shame but not the end of the world.Property situated up a steepish hill so might be an issue if anyone has mobility issues, however the uber taxi service is readily available and a lot cheaper than in the UK

Absolutely everything, beautiful apartment, well equipped everything you need, great location pool great, plenty of beautiful restaurants close by. Will return , lift out of order but that didn't affect us in any way.

Apartment 502, the terrace was huge with fantastic views. Spacious apartment with 2 ensuites and another WC. There was 5 of us with plenty of room.

We really liked that the owner of the apartment allowed us to extend the check-out time from 10:00 to 15:00, since we had a late flight. Super!

La entrada a las 17:00 aunque nos dejó amablemente entrar una hora antes.

Studio is well equipped and located only a short walk from Old Town Square. Pool is a good size and does have the sun from early morning to mid afternoon. Tourist land train stop just a short distance

Is up hill so not really suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. People do put towels on sun beds before going out for the day. Some of the sun beds need replacing/ repair

The owner sent videos with all the relevant info for accessing the apartment, very useful. The apt was spotless. The pool area was well laid out and not busy, a suntrap. Location is excellent. Would recommend and use again. Good experience.

There was no balcony or outside space, but this is a residential property, so understandable. Was hoping for a washing machine.

A localização é maravilhosa, perto da praia e do comércio e do centrinho. Gostei da piscina também.

Achei o apartamento muito pequeno, com apenas um banheiro e um dos quartos não tem janela e nem ar condicionado. Fomos no verão e só tem ar condicionado na sala. O outro aparelho é portátil mas não tinha a tubulação de saída do ar quente, então tivemos que deixar as janelas abertas, o que entrava claridade ao amanhecer.

Well equipped apartment in a fantastic location and waking up to that view every morning was amazing.

Superbe emplacement, super terrasse. Vue exceptionnelle! Très proche de la plage et des commerces. Très bien équipé, et super service de conciergerie. 3 salles de bain, climatisation efficace. Parking possible dans l’immeuble pour 5€ par nuit.

Il faudrait des parasols sur la terrasse en été pour déjeuner dehors sinon impossible. Quelques odeurs de canalisation de temps en temps de l’une des salles de bain et de l’évier de la cuisine, qui sont parties avec l’aide précieuse du concierge. Une chambre aveugle à préciser dans l’annonce. Une serrure d’entrée qui grince.

O banheiro é bem organizado e com aparelhagem boa A sala é minimalista, mas não afetou a viagem pois a ideia era conhecer a região Os quartos são excelentes e de fácil acesso para a piscina O Alexandre foi super prestativo em resolver algumas questões

The apartment we stayed in was roof terrace with exceptional views and really big outdoor space. The apartment was lovely, very clean and modern and well equipped.

The lift wasn’t working. We were on the fifth floor which wasn’t an issue for us but for someone with mobility issues or young children in buggies it could be a problem.

All you want and great location, air conditioning was superb... was a great stay would use again

Perfect location right in the centre of everything. Everything was close by and within easy reach. Beach, town and shops were just walking walking distance. Alex was very helpful when we requested to check out later, without hesitation he accepted. I would definitely book the apartment again.

Great location by the Old Town and a very clean apartment. Very easy instructions for access. Alex is a great host and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, even after forgetting personal belongings in the apartment he came out of his way the following day to drop these to myself. Highly recommend!

It is a really nice spacious apartment with the best outdoor terrace you could imagine. The views are fantastic. Fully air-conditioned apartment, very comfy, clean and in a great location.

Emplacement au top. Proximité de la ville et de la plage. Effet waouh de l'appartement avec vue sur la piscine de Bay view. La piscine est très agréable. Arrivée et départ autonome. Normalement l'entrée était a 17h mais j'ai reçu un message vers midi disant qu'on pouvait faire le chek in dès a présent. Super bonne nouvelle car on était dans le taxi. Matelas du lit très confortable et les climatiseurs fonctionnent bien. Petit balcon bien pratique et à l'ombre l'après-midi.

Petite invasion de fourmis dans la cuisine et la salle de douche. La télévision s'arrête tout le temps avant de redémarrer toutes les 10 minutes environ. Depart a 10 heures maximum c'est trop tôt surtout quand on doit faire le ménage.

Presença de elevador o que facilita muito quando se viaja com pessoas idosas ou com qualuqer dificuldade de locomoção. Estacionamento fácil em frente ao prédio. Possibilidade de ir a praia a pé. Facilidade de comunicação com o anfitrião.

Sugiro apenas a colocação de um suporte para o chuveiro do box. De resto gostamos de tudo.

L'ottima posizione vicino alla spiaggia e soprattutto al centro, ai locali, supermercati , ristoranti e la facilità di trovare parcheggio in zona. Camera grande, pulita e doccia spaziosa

Il fatto che fisicamente non ci fosse mai nessuno del personale e avrei aggiunto uno specchio anche nel soggiorno.

Great location — close to both the old town and the beach. The apartment was well organized and spacious.

No tea or coffee provided, even though there was a kitchen. Wi-Fi was also very weak. We only got one or two bars of signal in the apartment.

The apartment was spotless, everything there that you need, we loved it, we would defo book again, the pool was great too, the location was superb, these apartments are excellent.

Ime 65 now so climbing up the hill was a bit exhausting at first, but i soon got used to it, we took our 20 year old grandson and he loved the hill, he wants to go back, he loved the night life, lots going on.

Nice quiet location able to walk to restaurants shop and beach .Good views from balcony .Apartment was clean and sufficient cooking equipment although we ate out most of the time .table chairs and sunloungers were great on our balcony / patio area and shared communal pool was a bonus . Bed was comfortable .

Climbing up the hill 🤣🤣 to get back to apartment after a day at the beach or in the evenings after being out at restaurants ... Guest elevatior was broken on our arrival and during our stay not fixed but sign directed us to service elevator instead ! We would never have made it to floor 6 with suitcases up the stairs .Need more soft pillows for the bed 1 soft pillow and 3 hard pillows not comfortable ...

Location was very good close to bars restaurants and the beach but not too close to the noisier part of albufeira, the appartment was very clean and well equipped

Great location, very clean and the pool was great. Never saw any staff around however the sheets were changed once and was given fresh towels during my two week stay

The Wi-Fi doesn’t work and the apartment did only have one bowl which was slightly irritating. A couple of the pots and cutlery was slightly dirty but not a big deal as I would have washed them either way before using them.

The apartment was big and fully stocked with everything you need. We were in apartment 502 and the terrace was absolutely huge and a complete sun trap which was lovely for sunbathing. looked exactly like the photos. We didn’t use the pool but it was a nice size with a lot of sun loungers around it. The location was great, very close to the bars and restaurants. Alex shared all the information with us pre-check in and also very responsive. Would definitely recommend!!

Nothing bad at all to say! It was on quite a big hill and some people might struggle with that but it’s super easy to get taxis in Albufeira. The main lifts were out of order during our stay, it was no problem for us but some people might struggle with the steps up and down. the building manager let us know of another lift we could use in the meantime if we wanted to which was very helpful.

The location was fabulous, really good communication with the host, we had a one bed apartment no. 304 which was very spacious and has a small balcony facing the pool, pool area was nice with plenty of loungers. Access instructions to the apartment sent to us were very clear to understand

Lift wasn’t working when we stayed 3 nights

Balcony was so dangerous literally a piece of plywood and wasn’t secured, Stove didn’t work apartment was on the 5th floor and my friend has a walking disability the elevator was broken our entire stay so it caused him awful difficulty, The blinds continuously got caught in the sliding door and caused a tear. There was no staff there for the entire stay and no toilet paper

La proximité de la vieille ville, des services, des plages, du stationnement gratuit. Endroit très tranquille et reposant. La propreté de l’appartement et de l’équipement identiques aux photos. Tout se fait à pied. Bien situé, belle vue, personnel à l’écoute.

Inquiétude à chaque fois pour débarrer la porte de l’appartement. Il faut s’essayer à plusieurs reprises. La serrure ou la clé usée, item à vérifier.

Good location

On joining instructions it mentioned an issue with apartment entry door lock which was obviously failing, this caused problems gaining entry from the very start of our arrival and took several minutes to open which very soon escalated to not being possible to open at all late at night on day 2. This was despite my emailing albufeira rentals and advising them much earlier that day which has never been replied to!! This is unacceptable and resulted in an engineer needing to attend late night while we remained locked out. There were very poor cheap pillows available and generally a refurb overdue.

The location was perfect. The care and professional of Alex and Oksana was exemplary. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Er hat immer zeitnah geantwortet und sich sehr um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Perfekte, ruhige Lage.

WLAN war leider nicht im Zimmer verfügbar. Im Flur vor der Türe schon. Das soll laut Vermieter verbessert werden . War für uns jetzt kein Problem, da wir über ausreichend Datenvolumen verfügen.

The view from the apt window was exceptional..the kitchen was well outfitted, and the location was near everything we needed. The host was very informative and helpful.

Wifi lent . La literie bien vécu. Après des messages au propriétaire. 3 nuits pas dormie . Changer le matelas. Et pas eu de message pour entrer dans le logement. Merci à la dame de ménage très gentille .

Location was great close to everything . Staff was helpful with issues we had

We had water coming through the windows frame we had very heavy rainfall. We had to mop up floor and put towels on floor to soak up the puddles. Mold on wall near the window that was leaking. Also had a problem with the toliet water was running on very heavy water flow had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the noise down. Sounded like the tap was pouring full blast. Notified the staff on Monday plumber was not able to come until Friday. The plumber had to turn the water off. We were asked to use an other apartments washroom until to was able to get fixed. It was fixed in one day by the plumber. First aid kit had expired items in it 10 years old. We had no toiletries as mentioned in the listing. One garbage bag told we we needed to buy our own. However, we were given some after we mentioned we did not think that was right.

very dark room very little natural light, we stayed five nights and there was no towel or bed change as it was impossible to dry towels we found this extremely annoying. also found quality of the towels very poor

Excellent location. Very easy to access on arrival. Instructions were very good. Apartment was spacious and very clean. Terrace was really big, sun facing and furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs for outside dining.

The double bed mattress was really uncomfortable. Very firm and I expect quite old. It needs to be replaced with a new mattress asap. I awoke each morning with a sore back and it took some time to stretch out and ease the discomfort.

Location was fantastic - perfect to be honest, apartments clean, pool area quiet, other guests respectful.

TV had 11 channels, 1 of which was English, which was a news channel - not an issue with our short stay but bad weather/longer stay, might have been an issue.

Location was great, central to everything! Our apartment we booked had our own terraced balcony, which was the best we had ever got. The apartment was homey, comfortable, all your wants! Couldnt fault it, abit old fashioned but that just added to the comfort!

The apartments are very well secured with passkeys and codes for each door/apartment however a reception area for any help or advice would have been great. Check out seemed very early which was 10AM & we had to hide our luggage beside the lift for most of the day as there was no room secure to leave them in with a later flight. Apart from this, couldnt fault the apartment!

The location was lovely and peaceful, and the property was spotless throughout. The pool was great and had a nice mix of guests. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower was excellent, and everything felt safe and comfortable. The furnishings were tasteful, and the host was excellent, very responsive and welcoming.

There wasn’t a corkscrew in the kitchen, and the bed was a little firmer than my personal preference. Also, there was limited onsite support available if needed

Adorei a localização, o espaço estava limpo e arrumado, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas, cozinha muito bem equipada, que nos permitiu preparar refeições todos os dias, casa de banho excelente. Muito sossegado, sem barulhos. Terraço espectacular. Espaço de Piscina excelente. Muito perto da praia e da cidade velha. Estamos extremamente satisfeitos com a disponibilidade do Sr Alexandre á chegada, mesmo por telefone não exitou em tirar qualquer dúvida que tivemos em relação ao acesso ao apartamento.

O espaço tinha ar condicionado, mas, provavelmente por avaria, colocaram um portátil, o que nos obrigava a ter a janela aberta para o seu bom funcionamento. Em todo caso, funcionava bem e serviu as necessidades.
