The girl at reception, Toya was lovely. I had just spent 8 hours on my bike cycling from waterford and she was very pleasant and her energy was just what I needed.

The heat in the small room was unbearable.

The accommodation was perfect for us, we travelled as 16 people kids and adults, the rooms with their ensuite and the large kitchen and dining area were spot on.

Very poor value for money..the accommodation was very basic, beds were uncomfortable, ridiculously heavy doors with strong springs - made entry and exit very awkward, toilet flush did not work in either room, floors not clean, roasting hot with no effort made to cool them (such as blinds down or.fans). It's poor quality construction and low/no maintenance is reflected in the poor quality and comfort of stay. £221 was a rip.off.for.this property. A full refund would not be unreasonable.

It was a well furnished studio apartment, on two bus routes and parking was available.

The studio could have been cleaner. The bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke. There were no coat hangers (even when we asked), no tea towels (but we got some when we asked) and little cutlery and nothing at all to cook with even though it had a full kitchen, so we were unable to make use of it.

The check in staff were really friendly and showed me to my room which was nice. The facilities were good although i was working so didn't have much time to use them.

There were a bunch of students staying and they were shouting all evening. I was about to go and complain at around 11.00pm however the noise did start to die down at that point and the noise completely stopped at around 11.10pm. I was working so although it was very loud and annoying it didn't really interrupt me too much however if I was staying for leisure I would have been very annoyed.

Location was actually handier than I had expected with a frequent bus service to the city and especially to UCC/Bon Secours Hospital area which was the reason for my trip. Quite clean and well maintained though I did not make much use of the shared facilities.

There were no curtains, so light came in between the wall and the roller blind at all times from the courtyard lighting and the sun rise. The bed was right next to the window so hard to avoid. I would bring an eye mask in future. There was some hair stuck in the main shower head, and some staining on the floor of the bathroom.

Parking. Staff were also helpful in securing parking. Private room. Good en-suite. Kitchen facilities - Lots of fridge space. Towels provided.

Cleanliness wasn’t up to scratch. The common areas - the kitchen wasn’t clean or cleaned on the second day of a two night stay. Kitchen area smells bad. Bins overflowing. Floors weren’t properly clean. No bins in the bedrooms. No hooks for towels. Overly priced for a single bed with only the very basic room amenities.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. Especially Latoya at reception, she went out of her way to help.

The facility was functional. It provided me with a bed and bathroom. I would not have wanted to spend much time there as its very basic. There were a handful of cups in the common room to make a cup of tea, but no teabags (I had my own). For the price I can't see why there was not at least a few clean cups and tea bags.

The whole building was exceptionally hot and had little ventilation. The hallways and lift area we stifling and unpleasant. It was a hot day, but this was over the top and there should have been some ventilation and/or air conditioning adjustment. The toilet was dirty when I arrived. Staff came to my room and "cleaned" the toilet again saying it was a rust mark (!). However, there was very little cleaning agent used. The place did not smell clean. The whole bathroom needs a thorough bleach, using generous / appropriate amounts of cleaning agents. The mattress was uncomfortable and the linen is extremely basic. The blind was broken, meaning there was no way to block out the light. Overpriced and very little comfort.

The staff were phenomenal, so helpful and friendly every one of them. I even asked for the number for a local taxi company and they had it. The room itself was warm, comfortable and I felt very safe. The room was the perfect size for just me for one night. The bed was also very comfortable. Sound does travel a lot in that building but everyone settled down after a while.

The only thing that took me by surprise was the lack of toiletries in the room but I guess it's not a hotel. Maybe I should have read the description better but I was unprepared. I wasn't staying in the room long so I didn't need much but I will know in future. I did not use the kitchen so can't speak about those facilities.

The room is great, much more spacious than in the photo, the bathroom was very clean, the whole environment was very pleasant, and check-in was easy and also the check-out.

Manca il cestino e il sapone nel bagno, vorrei un pavimento più pulito. Il parcheggio è molto comodo ma va assolutamente chiesto uno spazio alla reception. Io ho parcheggiato un po' più lontano sulle righe bianche in un parcheggio totalmente vuoto e al mattino ho trovato la mia macchina bloccata dalle ganasce. Ho pagato una multa di 125 euro per divieto di sosta e ho aspettato 50 minuti perchè l'addetto delle ganasce venisse a sbloccarle.

Tenía todo lo que se necesita en la cocina

Llegamos a las 7pm y la palanca del water no funcionaba, pedimos cambio de habitación. En la nueva habitación, justo cuando usaba el water vi que no había papel higiénico y solo tenía toalla para 1 persona, tuve que ir nuevamente a la recepción para pedir todo. Lo peor: el desagüe de la ducha no funcionaba, se salió el agua por todo el piso, entonces mi esposa no pudo ducharse!, tampoco funcionaba desagüe del lavamanos, se llenaba de agua y no pasaba.

Parking available on a first come first serve basis, a dozen places or so. Many amenities available, really nice staff and easy check-in.

Walls are VERY thin, you can hear the entire building and then some, you may need to prepare with earbuds....

Helpful staff at the front desk. Good to have a community room with kitchen available, stove, kettle, tv, couches, Needs more utensils for eating meals. Helpful to have tea bags, milk, sugar, toiletries etc at the front desk. Very loud banging of doors that Interrupts sleep. Needs silent closures for doors. Needs clothes/ towel hanger in bathroom. Price is too high for very loud noise with doors banging and an interrupted sleep .

Esta en muy malas condiciones, todo estropeado, sucio y caro para ser un alojamiento a las afueras de Cork, no repetiría. Booking debería no contar con alojamientos de este tipo.

The location is convenient and the property could have potential in theory.

No welcome or empathy at check-in, even though I was clearly tired after the trip. The room lacked the basics: no soap, no shower gel, no hairdryer, no TV...nothing. I asked for help to order food but received no support. The property is complicated to deal with: too many doors to scan all the time. More like a Squid Game obstacle

DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF BUILDING. I arrived after 11pm in dark and was clamped at 2am. So turned into a very, very expensive night.

Everything was great from helpfulness of staff, the room was adequate for what it was needed for.. bed and a shower.

The walls were so thin and I was placed next to someone who snored all night so I did not sleep a wink. Unfortunately I left at 6am because there was no point staying any longer.

Among all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this was by far the worst experience.

Room was spotless. Staff were friendly but unprepared.

Check in was an absolute disaster. I emailed the property to let them know I was going to be late. Received no reply but thought nothing of it. I arrived in at ten to midnight and the night staff had no record of my booking and no access to the computer system to find it. The girl on the desk was pleasant but clearly only night security. It took a half hour to sort out (through calls and texts between the night security guard and someone who clearly had some form of access) and the solution was poor. I was taken to an empty room and let in with the master key. It didn't feel very safe to be honest. There was no record of my presence and I couldn't leave my room to use the kitchen / get drinking water without leaving my door propped open. The lack of safety just doubled when the security staff member let herself in again fifteen minutes later with the master key as she'd forgotten to have me fill in a registration form. This wasn't appropriate at all. While being registered made me feel a bit better it did not solve my inability to move around the property alone. I had to knock to be allowed into reception to check out in the morning which is just genuinely unsafe. I understand that night security was doing their best at a job that wasn't theirs and they clearly weren't trained for, but the whole situation was just ridiculous. The ball was very much dropped and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here until the potential for this is sorted out, never mind a woman travelling alone.
