Proximity to town

Could do with some TLC. On ground floor so couldn’t leave windows open which meant there was always this pervasive musty smell in the living area and the bedrooms. The window fastenings weren’t great, repairs evident. As a short term let it was bearable, even as student accommodation it is substandard. Since the purpose of our visit was to see as much as we could around Cork area it was fine for he down, up and out.

Colchón sucio, tan blando del uso que te clavabas el somier, te hundias. El suelo estaba pegajoso y al frenarlo salía negro. Pocos enseres de cocina.

Clean and good value for what it is....student accomodation.

Showers never warmed up properly. Soft lumpy beds "Lunatics" shouting all through the night from within the complex.drunk or high presumably

Une chambre chacun. C'est top. Les équipements de la cuisine bien complet.

La moquette semblait collante et noircissait les pieds. Seulement 4 chaises dans la cuisine pour 5 personnes

Mauvaise odeur dans la cuisine salon. Les fenêtres ferment mal ( rez-de chaussée) canapé déchiré et housse pour le cacher trop petite. Moins bien que sur les photos .

Loved the walks from the apartment up around the college grounds. And loved the park close bye

Nothing I didn't like

The location of thr property was good. Space wise the roomsand kitchen were a good size.

Bathrooms are very small and disappointing no facilities to store/ hang things. The Sofas in the kitchen area were not very clean and were worn out. Security of the place was a bit confusing as room keys provided did not work in the rooms but only at the main door. Doors need a bit of oiling as they creek a lot and are noisy.

4 assiettes et couverts pour 4 on est 6, 3 chaises pour 6.Batiment vétuste odeur d'humidité dans les chambres . 3 serviettes et draps de bain pour 6 . Douche mal adaptée, pas d'endroit pour poser ses vêtements où serviette. Très bruyant la nuit ,par les voisins du dessus et côté bruit des écoulements,portes qui grincent et claquent,rires...toute la nuit.

Très pratique, bien placé dans la ville, parking gratuit, parc à côté. Pièce de vie spacieuse et bien isolée des chambres. Très bien pour des étudiants.

Confort spartiate, mauvaise odeur tenace dans la cuisine malgré nos efforts pour nettoyer et aérer, de vieilles traces de saleté par endroit (évier, lavabo). Très peu d'équipement. Bruyant, mauvaise insonorisation avec les autres appartements. Beaucoup moins cosy et confortable que sur les photos. L'impression d'être dans une prison repeinte. Toute petite cabine de douche qui arrose dans tous les sens, sans patère pour accrocher peignoir et serviette. Certains lits franchement inconfortables, heureusement j'avais loué + que nécessaire donc choix du lit. Une fenêtre de chambre impossible à fermer, heureusement c'est l'été.

La ubicación buena, a 2 km del centro. Desayuno no habia, es un apartamento de estudiantes durante el curso, con una cocina muy bien equipada

Apartamentos para 7, solo 3 sillas y un sofá roto en el salón. Un solo baño y no había suficientes platos y cubiertos ni papel higiénico. No cambiaron sábanas ni toallas en 6 dias

Just put in the bathroom clips for hanging clothes For example after bath there is no towel hanging clips in the bathroom and there needs to be hand shower to have bath

It was noisy at night

Very clean and fresh accommodation , perfect for our requirements

Requested a cot and was told it would be provided but It wasn’t in apartment . Also not enough cutlery & plates. No sweeping brush either for us to clean up. One bed out of 4 had a very uncomfortable mattress

We got each of us his own room, lots of space, including the common kitchen area. Overall, good, affordable place, with walking distance from the center.

Decor( parpaing peints au mur, zéro deco..), lits ( mélamine HS) , , isolation phonique zéro, odeur, 3 chaises pour 6.. .. pas de télé ni musique, code wifi?

Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. Excellent location. Apartment fantastic size very fit for purpose.

The apartment was clean but could do with a deep clean. The toiletries were bars of soap. Towels were a bit skimpy 1 hand and 1 bath each.

Location is great as its an easy walk into the city centre.

The smell of cleaning fluid in the bedrooms was very overpowering. One bedroom smelled so strongly of urine that we couldn't use it and one bedroom had no electricity. Plus the carpets are badly stained.

Abscence of a tv in the appartment was a disappointment especially for the kids.

El WC no tragaba, el.mobiliario viejo y desconchado. Necesita una reforma urgente. No entiendo que los estudiantes puedan vivir allí. Los colchones horribles y la ducha pequeñísima. Desastroso

There was no TV in the apartment

The location was wonderful with either a short bus ride from the city centre or a 15 minute walk, (partially alongside a river so quite pleasant), the staff were very friendly and professional, the building is in a very quiet area, the rooms are basic but very clean (except for slightly sticky carpets) and the facilities were more than adequate, very clean bedlinen and towels ... we had an apartment to ourselves and my 3 teenage kids loved this place as they got a whole room each ... it's how you imagine student accommodation but it's definitely good enough for a couple of nights with a group! 🤗

Shabby, unkept, really felt like a student dorm than mainstream accommodation. Shame, as other UCC accommodation is way better.

Very good for the price we paid. Booking.com said there was 3 beds but there was actually 4 so some people didnt have to share which was good

Rooms are a good size and all double beds in each room.

No TV in the apartment was hard to keep a toddler occupied while in the apartment.

La ubicación sin duda, y después que disponiamos de un apartamento completo con habitaciones individuales para los tres.

Un solo baño y el horario de recepción no fué del todo cierto y tenías que contactar con un telefono del personal de una empresa de seguridad que tuvo que tuvimos que esperar para que entrara en las oficinas y nos diera las llaves.

Viele Dinge waren beschädigt ( Tisch, Sitzmöbel, wackeliger Stuhl in der Küche, kein Licht in der Toilette, Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Die Bettwäsche war fleckig und mit Haaren, ein unangenehmer Geruch in den Zimmernummer und im Bad, dreckiger Fußboden in der Küche. Die Ausstattung ( Geschirr) sehr reduziert.

Part of the University College Cork halls of residence and well positioned on the edge of campus. About 20 mins walk to the city centre with a couple of pleasant routes. We had a set of four student rooms and kitchen plus lounge area. Very spacious, and a good value budget option. The kitchen was well equipped, and the furniture in the lounge pretty new.There is a good cafe on site.

We arranged to arrive at 8:30pm, but when we did so reception was shut and we had no info on how to get the key. If you are in this position, ring the "emergencies only" number on the door of reception, and security will check you in. That was the only negative other than the shower cubicle being a squeeze.

The girl at check in was very friendly and helpful. Parking was free and very close to our apartment.

The shower was very narrow but not a major problem.

Location was great, close to the event I was taking part in. Bedrooms were clean. Towels were provided and shower and toilet were clean, toilet paper was also there, enough for anyone. Kitchen was well equiped.

Beds were very hard. Shower head was at shoulder height, which made showers uncomfortable. Heating seemed to be broken or didn't turn on in the evenings. Window in the living area didn't seal correctly.

The location was fantastic. Only a few minutes walk to the town and had good parking facilities in a private and quiet complex. The staff were friendly and helpful especially when we had an issue with our apartment, they moved us into another one.

The first apartment we had was a real disappointment. The base of the toilet was broken off and therefore was really unstable when being used. Also, it didn't flush properly and luckily, we found this out before anyone did anything bad in the toilet. Three flushes and one sheet of paper used to blow out nose, was still there in the pan. To add pain to injury, after two of three of us had showered, the water went cold, and even in the morning, it was still cold, so one us couldn't shower after our long drive from Wexford. The fire doors that separated the rooms of the apartment squeaked and banged shut in the first apartment, so if anyone got up to use the toilet in the night, it made a lot of noise. The staff did change our apartment the next day, but the damage had already been done. We were exhausted after not sleeping the night before and a day around town and had to spend a chunk of time packing our things up again to move to the new apartment. There were no elevators so being on the third floor was a pain when changing things over. We were only there for two nights. The first apartment was not that well cleaned. We had to wash all the dishes and cutlery we used prior to using them because they had dirt on them. Finally, the shower and toilet area was tiny and even though I'm not a large person, it was really difficult to wash oneself in the tiny cubicle. Honestly, I believe we should have received a discount for this terrible experience, but I could see that didn't even cross the staffs' minds.

No donen esmorzar. l'espai de l'apartament era molt gran. Al ser un apartament d'estudiants i estar al campus de la UCC, fa que estiguin molt ben situats, tan a prop del centre de Cork i al costat del recinte universitari. Qui hi vagi ha de tenir present que va a apartaments d'estudiants i per tant són austers. Comprovar l'aigua calenta de la dutxa, la nostra no funcionava.

No disposar d'aigua calenta a la dutxa. Estar en un allotjament fred i amb poc caliu familiar. Molt ben equipat amb tot el que fa referència a la cuina.

Shower was very small and very low pressure. There were quite a few short and curly hairs around so possibly not the cleanest.
